Great service!! I needed assistance to change my phone provider and this place was awesome. Mark and Ryan were very nice and helpful. They made the process go very smooth and in no time I walked out with two new phones. Verizon has awesome deals! Would definitely recommend this store.

I AM CREATING THIS REVIEW TO WARN OTHERS TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS TO AN ACTUAL RETAIL STORE, NOT ONE RAN BY CROOKS.I arrived for a simple SIM card replacement but have been RIPPED OFF. Upon entering the store they asked what type of phone I have. I told the reps and one asked where I bought it. Seems strange, does that matter?All was well for the SIM card replacement until it came time to pay. The total was $25 for a SIM card in which I already have a line and device! I stated my concern in which he told me, thats even discounted. I was skeptical so I contacted support who advised the cost is generally free of charge and even offered to send me one free of charge via mail.Lesson learned, I will never return to this store!

I visited this store in hopes of gathering information for switching from prepaid to contract, updating my phone (mentioned that I was not looking for a brand new phone) and adding my son to my account. This was the worst experience as far as retail customer service I’ve ever had. There was only one guy working and I was the only customer. I told him what I was inquiring and he proceeds to offer me the most expensive phone first ($1,000+). I told him that was too out of my price range And I didn’t want to spend that much which he then offers a $900 Phone. So I asked if they had any pre owned certified phones, he laughed in my face and told me I could buy them on the Verizon website but they were basically trash phones. So I asked him if he really just told me that Verizon sold bad phones to people? He replied you get what you pay for. I said ok I’m done talking phones. So how much is it for me to switch to a contract. He said it’s more expensive. So I said ok well let’s talk about the options for kids. He said we don’t have anything for kids. I knew that was a lie because I researched online before even going and my friends have kids with Verizon plans. He then said it will be the same price for him too so $80/mo. I asked him about the $35 option online and he said well if you would have read the fine print you would know you need four lines to get that Price. I told him ok I really thought maybe I could talk to someone in person and then help me out but that’s definitely not happening and he literally just walked away from me like he was going into the back room!!! I was sooo done at that point with how rude He was and he was clearly only looking to make his commission because once I wasn’t buying into his $1,000 phones, he lied to me and was so rude to me that he was clearly just trying to get me to leave. He made me feel like I wasted his time after I didnt want his phones. I was so mad when I left that I have seriously considered not even keeping my Verizon plan now because of this very rude employee. Do not go here!! This was at 330 on Tuesday 9/8.

This place may be new (within last 2yrs) but have customer service down. I am picky and do not really say much but when its warranted it is warranted.Highly recommend these guys especially if you live near there. Super helpful and courteous and were very patient with my limited technical acumen.Mark and Otmeil are the best! They set a high standard

Gigi and Otniel spent over an hour with my sister who had totally messed up her I-pad. They were patient with her, and treated her so respectfully even though she’s a total mess with electronics. I will come here from now on and I suggest this place to others. (I have left Verizon stores in tears before.) I really was so impressed.

Not an authorized retailer.Switched my phone here to prepaid. They make you pay for the $20 sim card in cash. That transaction for the sim is listed on my receipt for $0, but my card transaction of $66+change for my first months bill shows with detail.Whose frivolous activities are we funding with all those twentys you all are collecting? Be transparent and give receipts as proof. I fell for the thievery.

Store opens at 10am and the opener got there at 10:01 then had to set up and turn everything on. He did not open the door till 10:07. He was rude and very unprofessional. He did not help us at all with our phone internet problem. We told him we were going to go to another store where they can help us and he said “ok bye”.

Went there to purchase 6 new phones for my family and was told to wear a mask. I hope they think twice next time before turning away customer over a mask. They just turned away at least $5000. I will be going with a differnt provider.

I had a great time here today I just switch from cricket to Verizon & I had trouble porting completing but they took care of me really good Verizon has a very friendly staff, & support team.

Worse service I have ever seen .sold me a very expensive charger that would not work on my phone. They said it was my phone. I have several other chargers that work fine. Buyer be ware.

I recently discovered there was a verizon in my area and wanted to stop into discuss a new phone option . I stopped in and was greeted my a young lady named kimmy . she very helpful and saved me some money with a new phone and a case . It was not my plan to go home with the phone that day just look around however I felt very comfortable . I love the new phone and will tell all my friends and family . Kimmy was very helpful with getting all my photos and contacts switched over . very happy customer .

Had to share the amazing experience I had today with Verizon !!!!! I was a a current customer with Sprint and decided to change with the help of Kimmie and Cam .
