Maybe it was the wrong hours, or maybe it was the wrong employee. Maybe it was the fact I asked a stupid question when he was on the computer. Maybe he was having a bad day. I asked about a Magic the Gathering Box I had never seen before and was excited about. I was asking about the price as it was not labeled or maybe a customer pulled it off or maybe it wasnt for sale. He gave me a price.But in such a tone me, my wife, and daughter, ended up leaving. I took the time to explain to my daughter beforehand the no touch rule that generally applies to comic shops. She is 8, though maybe he was nervous about a kid being in the store. I dont know. It was kind of a bad experience for us, and considering theyre new to this side of collecting, it was a very sad 40 minute drive back.

One of the last few places one can play heroclix. I just wish they promoted their events and games a little more. Its hard to find out about unless you go out of your way to drive there and ask.

Good selection. Most of the used books are on good shape. Lots of gaming stuff as well.

I was passing through Ft. Worth and called the shop about 30 minutes before they closed to ask if they had a couple games. The owner, Craig, was super helpful and I ended up driving over there. He actually stayed a few minutes after the shop was officially closed to talk games with me and give me some info on the local gaming scene. I’d definitely go back, he was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed like he genuinely cared about his customers.

Theres so much to look through the dude who checked me (sadly didnt catch his name) really knows whats up he was very helpful not only for me but for other customers he even recommended me a series thats pretty cool even got a sweet deal on The Pickle Rick Game I was SOOO STOKED anwyas loved the selection (obviously) had so much fun!!

Love this shop! Though it may not have as big of a back stock as other places, they have a great selection of current stock and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Nice tabletop gaming area, lots of RPG books and supplies. Also the largest selection of Doctor Who comics Ive seen in one place!

Best comic store around that Ive found. They are locally owned and do not appear to be a store front for online retailers like other comic book stores. They also sell table top game related products and host game nights. While the selection of back issues and trade paperbacks may not be amazing, youll be able to find pretty much anything new.

Best kept secret in FW for over 20 yrs. Great selection of your favorite issues of all the great superheroes with an awesome selection of variants and rarities. Its also a great place to buy games like Magic: the Gathering, Pokémon, D&D, and Warhammer. Maybe one day soon the will have snctioned gaming events again.

Those is a great little comic store. They have games from D&D to miniatures and everything in between. Theres even a section set up for playing said games. They dont just sell it; they live it.

Love this place! They are super kind and willing to show you anything! Loved talking comics with the owner. Very knowledgeable in comics, board/card games and pop culture. Very well priced as well! Never felt discouraged when I had to ask questions about certain games. Great experience overall. Im bringing as many friends here as possible. Oh! I forgot to mention they carry back issues of comics and have these awesome mystery packages for 3.99! You cannot beat that!

Great selection of comics and RPG and tabletop miniature games, some I havent seen in years. On the downside, if Im completely honest, its kind of a dump.

We were in from out of town and just stopped in on our way back home. Theres a large selection of comics, graphic novels, paints, card games, etc... The guy working was real nice. The shop didnt have much collector quality stuff and a lot of the books in the front looked to be faded. Many comics werent properly stored and were bending from sitting for a while. Seems like a good spot for new releases but not so good for older comics and books.

I was in there to just look around as a comic enthusiate but the guy possibly the owner but not positive on that note kept following me around like i was going to steal something. Definitely doing that is not good for business.

The shop has improved drastically over the last couple of years, as business has increased newer and more varied items are always in good stock. The owner, employees, and regulars are very helpful. The only things missing are sale prices or coupons now and then to compete with prices on Amazon. But the price difference isnt enough to keep me from getting a majority my gaming merchandise here to support a local business.

Various comic books at a reasonable price!

Its a good place to get your comics. The shop is pretty good size wise and has a good selection. I dont go there for manga but I appreciate that they have that as well. The owner is pretty quiet but seems nice enough so I have no complaints. I would certainly recommend people go there.

The gentleman that helped us was so kind and patient. He steered us in the right direction for our 9 year old.

The place was decent as far as comics go, lots of stuff for MtG, but you get to Dungeons & Dragons and he had a lot of shelf spaces for minis and accessories that had sorry, we are currently out. He kept saying he could order it for me if I want it. Apparently he doesnt realize that I could order it, get it faster, and likely cheaper, delivered to my door if I wanted to go that route. Geeze.

Great FLGS. A little lite on selection of board games, however, their comic and miniature selections are great for a store of this size.

Although the games section is more sparse than it was years ago, this place is still a great place for comics and gaming stuff.

This has been my local comic book store since I was in middle school. It has been my go to local business for all my wargaming needs. The staff have never been anything but courteous, helpful, and above all knowledgeable about their products. Craig, who after seeing me conquer my drug addiction, even gave me a set of gold D6 dice to symbolize my sobriety.

Great down home game store focusing on Comics, Wargames, Board games, and Roleplaying Games. Wide stock with many hard to find out of print items. Its a great place for comics and everything like that, but it doesnt have much of a selection on MTC or Pokémon. It did have a decent selection on dice at a reasonable price.

Came in with my son to buy him magic cards and the salesperson couldnt be bothered to answer his questions. He just stood there in front of us playing with his cell phone and ignored us.

This place is set up more for games than comic books. I came in on a Saturday morning and couldnt even tell who worked there. No one asked if I needed help and I couldnt find anything but gaming paraphernalia.

Unfortunately I need to amend my review of this place. I went in looking for a few high dollar cards, I understand keeping them behind the counter but the young man working acted like it was a huge deal to get them out then hovered like i planned on stealing them, very uncomfortable. Store was very cluttered with trash and boxes, sales counter a mess. Gentlemen working was sitting down painting figures instead of helping customers. Very disappointed.

Amazing Japanese comics collection, they have wonderful titles in here but the price is a little high. The best thing about this place is that they make these kinds of comics accessible.
