I’d like to thank each staff member at this location including the Doctor. I was greeted upon entry and actually seen at my appointment time without delay. All services performed were professional and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and addressed each and every one of my concerns thoroughly and patiently. I was presented with several options to make me more comfortable. I left feeling well informed and anticipating my next appointment. Many new faces since my last visit a year ago, and sometimes that can make you feel uncomfortable, but not with this group. Great job First Eye Care, Fort Worth 😊

Visited First Eye Care with my husband today, from start to finish the visit was very professional and pleasant. His opthalmologist was Dr. Harper, she was extremely professional, pleasant and thorough. She took the time to listen to his concerns, performed multiple eye exam to confirm her finding. In the end she diagnosed the problem, prescribed an eye drop and made recommendations as the other finding she came across. Overall had a wonderful experience with this business. Thank you all.

Once inside was much larger and professional looking. Put off having an exam for years because of a bad experience at another Dr..But this was a great surprise and look forward to going back.

I recently came to this location to have my eye checked out due to irritation. The staff and Dr. Harper were extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Harper was able to quickly diagnose the issue and helped removed what was causing the irritation in my eye. Its only been a couple hours after my appointment and my eye feels so much better. I highly recommend this location and plan to come back in the future.

First time visiting and it was great!! Jackie was fun to talk to and so nice. The entire staff was incredibly personable and Dr. Harper was awesome! Incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Had a question about my bill and was given a thorough explanation which I appreciated. Will definitely be going back.

Jackie the technician was great and upbeat and Dr. Harper is such a pro and giving me a good consult on cataract surgery and the sales person on the glasses is so personable and giving me great information About aftercare on cataract

Booked an afternoon appointment. Based on the time of my appointment I thought I was going to be waiting for a bit but it wasn’t the case. Went in right after filling out all of the paperwork. The office is clean, biometrics and social distancing is well established. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was helped by Dr. Harper who is a great doctor and good communicator. Dr. Harper answered all of my questions and concerns with professionalism and knowledge.

This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. They are great with follow up and always willing to help. I don’t live close to this office anymore, but I still set my appointments with them because of the service they provide.

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had while having my eyes examined and getting new glasses! Everybody was so nice! I have never had anybody take the time to help me select glasses and take me outside to show me how Transition works!

Dr. Harper is very informative and actually takes the time to sit with you and discuss any issues and answer any questions. I didnt feel rushed at all. Everton was very patient even when I couldnt decide on a pair of glasses.

The visit was nice in March but I ordered contacts and I am still waiting for them 🙄🙄🤨 then they acted like I was crazy when I called twice wondering where in the world my contacts are …. I know it’s COVID and things are behind but come on two months and still nothing that’s insane 🙄🙈

Great prices they looked for insurance and discounts plus had a great warranty for their glasses! I will recommend them to everybody I know!!!

Everyone was friendly and my appointment was quick. My only criticism is that I wish they had a larger selection of frames. I will have to look elsewhere to find some frames.

Waiting time was 15 minutes today. Service is excellent. I trust the doctor with my eyes and because of her excellent knowledge and service I can see comfortably with trifocal contacts. She takes time to listen to all my concerns and then completes her examination and then answers all my questions. She puts in eye duct plugs and I use Xiidra due to severe dry eye condition as well as allergy eye drops. I can see 👀like I’m 21 years old again!💃🏼 I’m thankful and blessed 🥰

Everything was ok till it ce to picking frames. The person working back there was uninterested. Prices were not shown it discussed until things were being written up. When I picked up my glasses, he was VERY uninterested in helping me. He did not make sure they fit right or if I could see better. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied, especially for the huge amount of money I spent.

Service was pleasant for my first visit!

First Eye Care does a really great job all around! The check in process was very easy and I saw my doctor, Jasmine Hayes, right on time. She was thorough in the exam process and spent plenty of time explaining the procedures and my treatment. Everton was also great in explaining how to wear my new progressive lenses. From the staff to the doctors, I have had a great experience! Highly recommend this place.

I dont like the outside building give bad impression, otherwise everything is fine inside. Doctor have a good knowledge.

Had eyes examined, prescription issued and glasses made. The glasses gave me double vision and lots of eye strain. Went back to First Eye Care to be reexamined and they found the prescription to be correct. Had to pay out of pocket for the second examination that didnt provide a solution.Went to another optometrist to get a corrected prescription.

Dr. Harper is not very friendly. I kept telling her during my exam that I was not seeing the letters clearly. She told me to just let her finish. I told her Ive been having headaches for 2 months. She just brushed it off. Maybe shes just having a bad day, but if you dont care about people, go work at a morgue. Bald black guy that does glasses wasnt very friendly either. Had only about 5 ugly frames that were covered by insurance.Front desk lady was nice at least. Rating would be lower if not for her

Went here about a year ago. It was convenient because I was scheduled to work in the area for a few weeks. Had a good experience in office. But they forgot to give me my Rx for eyeglasses. Called they said they would email it. After a couple of phone calls finally got it. (With my bday incorrect) Ordered my glasses. I thought maybe I just needed some time to adjusy. Ive had headaches and my eyes feel tired all the time when I wear my glasses. Come to find out a year later it was the wrong Rx!!! Its almost double the Rx I should have. Idk how this hairbrush but Im furious!!

Love this place! How much? We left TX for two years and just came back. I waited until we came back before seeing an eye doctor again. The staff is always great. Check in is quick and I’m in and out in no time. Even the eye glass shop was very friendly and always make sure the glasses are what we want. I won’t go anywhere else.

Assistant was amazing, I was not told I would have a different doctor. The dr that helped me this time didn’t seem comfortable and made an offensive inappropriate comment that had nothing to do with my visit. The whole time it felt tense and uneasy. Whole visit was unpleasant enough to for me to look into a different place. Just my personal experience.

Top notch customer service all the way!! They fit me in right away because my insurance was ending. The doctor was very patient with all my questions. And then she even walked me to the opticians to get me fitted for new glasses. Check out was super simple and they even called me on my way home to let me know they had to order the lenses so it would be just a little longer wait. I have been going there for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

First Eye Care have the most courteous attentive professional staff I have ever experienced. The staff is very friendly and know their jobs very well everyone employed there had the most beautiful smile it made you feel really welcome. I give them 100 all the way across the board.

Had a piece of metal in my eye they took it out it was fairly painful but they did get it out gave me antibiotics and on my way recovering

First time patient here as they took my insurance, and I didn’t want to go to a chain type place. I know First Eye Care has multiple locations, but usually they have one doctor that oversees the practice. Very pleased with staff and the Doctor, all very professional and helpful! Will recommend and go again myself!

This is my second visit with this location. I previously was there in 2018. There is a new optometrist. She and her assistant was very good. They explained everything. I had never had seen the camera pictures of the back on my eyes before. The staff and the doctor were very professional, courteous and informative.My only complaint was the cost of my glasses $240 after Medicares part. Needless to say I got my glasses elsewhere.However I will be back for my eye exam each year.

I truly enjoyed my visit! The front desk and the rest of the staff, both the medical and sales side, are very, very nice and extremely helpful. I know customer service is part of their job, but its pretty rare to meet people that actually appear as if they enjoy what they do for a living which, in turn, shows through their excellent customer service. The doctor was great as well! He was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining to me why Ive been having vision trouble and what I can do to fix it. I know Im long-winded in this review, but they deserve it. Great experience!

Went here with my 9 year old son. While picking out glasses for him, the woman came from behind the front desk and literally followed us around, she stared at us the entire time. She treated us as if we were there to steal glasses, and not once did she offer to help us find what we were looking for. There were other people moving all about the store but she choose to single us of for whatever reason. It really saddens me that my son has to endure the same thing that people of our skin color have endured for over a hundred years. When will it end. My child is very well provided for, and all we wanted to do was purchase him new glasses. 😢😢

Dr Tom & his team at First Eye Care are top-notch in my book! They render compassionate care and seem to strive to make the patient feel as though his/her needs are the only ones to take care of for the day. I never feel rushed along so that they can get to the next patient. Their kindness and expertise always make it easy for me to reccomend their service to anyone looking for eye care.

I only see the optometrist and don’t buy my glasses there so can only report on the service of my eye exam. I think that is great. I don’t have to wait long and the service is friendly and thorough.

The best place to get an eye exam. The staff are all warm and friendly. They know their job and do it well. Dr Tom is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and you leave very satisfied.

Everyone in this office is absolutely fabulous. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very patient with me as I am very squeamish about people touching my eyes and objects all around my eyes. Thank you so much for all of your awesome service.

This group provides first-rate optical care. It isnt the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for. I truly appreciate that they never forget that they serve people, not the industry.

Had another great visit at First Eye Care. Im soon to turn 70 and have started having medical issues but vision isnt one of them. Dr Harper is new to the practice but she is very good and my level of care hasnt dropped at all. All of the staff is very professional, competent, and caring. Its just an exellently ran office and I dont want to go anywhere else.

I give them a 1 star, yes I went there just to get glasses repaired. First the lady thought I walked off the street and came in. She said I cant fix your glasses, she didnt make no effort at all. I will not be back there ever. I can get better service. The doctors are good, but staff isnt.

Worst eye visit of my life I will never return here and I don’t recommend!! They made me feel very uncomfortable and offered someone else the option to be billed for a service and I asked for that same offer and was denied my request the font desk girls were whispering things about other patients and just laughing I felt very uncomfortable and I will not be returning!!!!

Excellent quality of care and quick too!

Experience was great...up until billing. I have UHC vision which is supposed to provide one free examination per year (free of course after the hundreds of dollars a year I spend for insurance) at any covered in network provider. As it turns out, first eye Care is a covered in network provider, but all the same I had to pay 100 bucks out of pocket because of some obscure contract agreement between first eye Care and UHC where they get to tell patients that they are covered but still get to hit them with a surprise charge at the end of the exam. As a patient I have no way of knowing about this until I have already gone through the exam and owe them the money. Very frustrating, they should be up front when someone schedules an appointment and asks if their insurance is accepted that it is, but only kind of and they will probably end up paying out of pocket.
