I love the decor and swings. The staff member that assisted me was very friendly and patient with me. The cotton candy donut was not good in my opinion but I loved the sprinkle donut. I love donuts that are more cake like but not extremely sweet. The pig in the blanket was large and pretty good. I highly recommend giving them a try.

These donuts are definitely desserts! All sorts of varieties to satisfy any crazy sugar craving! Their peanut butter cup topped donuts are great! Their kolaches sausage is good, but the dough is not super soft / fluffy. Definitely not your average donut shop but a great dessert place !! Apparently open all day every day for those afternoon or evening cravings!

We were there at 8 on Fourth of July. The guy working there should get a raise! He was by himself, doing online orders while taking care of the people in the store waiting. He handled it with grace.The donuts were awesome! The kids loved the swings as seats. Lots of different choices. Donuts were fresh.

We had someone bring in some Hurts Donuts as a gift. They are very cute in design and come in a great box. As a donut they are very typical in flavor. For me it was one bite and Im done as they are super sweet due to all the toppings. Im thinking these are more like a desert gift then a daily eat. If you like super sweet cute, decorated donuts this is your place.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. when we asked for a coconut covered one for my mom the person helping us took the extra step to check if they had any on their racks.They also have about 6 gluten free options available which was great!

The experience is what makes this place so good. They have weird combinations as well as your classics. The donuts are very sweet so we can usually just have 1. I would recommend everyone try this at least once and indulge your inner sweet tooth.

The 24hr won’t drop can’t drop service allows you to observe all the different kinds of donut lovers: the it’s a special treat, the after church crowd, the drunk donut lover who is sure to fall off those fun swings, and the I just love donuts. Staff was delightful, place was clean, and the donuts, well, they hurt so good.

This is the place to go after bar hopping around 7th street in Fort Worth. They are open 24/7 so if you need a sugar rush or delicious iced cold latte, go here. The iced latte is good, the donuts were too sugary for my taste.

Always open? Yes please!The selection is great although the staff could be a little more upbeat/ helpful. It was our first time and I felt a bit rushed while there was no line behind us.We enjoyed our time here but the main drawback is that sometimes it may be hard to find parking.Well worth it, just plan what time you want to go because it is a popular area.

We got the cookie monster and nutella. They were excellent donuts and the ones we didnt try Im going back for at some point. No vegan donuts, but not why i knocked a star. The nutella isnt actually nutella, its some sort of pudding which is still delicious but I was disappointed.

Just a solid donut spot for whenever were in the area waiting for Hatsuyuki next door! Tons of variety to choose from for your pre-dinner indulgences! Staff is always super nice and friendly as well. Got there very early 6amish. The woman helping me was absolutely wonderful, big smile just a great person. The 8 dozen I bought for my staff were very much loved as they had not experienced them before. Thank you Hurts and love that woman with the great smile on 10/18

Gluten free donuts are phenomenal, if you can get them. Since their phones have literally never been in functioning condition, it’s impossible to check ahead to see if they have any gluten free in house before going in. The past three times I have been in, they have been out of stock. Not worth the empty-handed trip anymore. Maybe you could get your phones fixed, for starters.

Hurts Donuts has so many different donuts to try! They have these cinnamon rolls and fritters that are just huge. Lots of beverage options and even nitro cold brew on tap. I am not even sure of which one to start with. Im lying, its definitely going to be that Bavarian Creme. Or the Homer.

Went during Corona and man it was good! We ordered to go and not only were the donuts really good but really creative.That being said, their supply isn’t large nor is it small. We got the Cookie Monster donut and birthday cake and they were actually really good. Of course it’s pure sugar so don’t come looking to be healthy (donuts, duh!) so it’s a nice little treat if your looking for one. 5 out of 5

I got donuts for my coworkers and grabbed a gluten free one for myself. The Staff seemed to be struggling a bit and the gluten free one looked and tasted awful. Would not recommend.

There were so many options of flavors! We had a hard time picking and ended up getting more than enough. The kinds we tried were fruity pebbles, red velvet cream cheese, toffee, strawberry cheesecake, oreo, and a blueberry dutch crumb, this was BY FAR the best. The atmosphere was lively and swing seats inside which was fun.

This place is overrated in my opinion. The donuts were really dense and dry. They all kind of tasted the same and were super sweet. I’ll go back to my Circle Donut shop on Bluebonnet circle in the future and pay less than half the price for donuts that melt in your mouth.

Finally a 24 hour donut shop! Ive wanted one of these forever, and this one has cereal donuts too. The fritters dont have apple and no bear claws, but the variety of other specialty donuts makes up for it. Unfortunately theres no sausage rolls without cheese injected in them so for me thats gonna be minus one star. They were super friendly when I visited at 4am and had places to sit and coffee so if you havent gone here for middle-of-the-night donuts then youre missing out; fix that!

First time trying them. Seeing the location I can see why they would do 24/7 because they are in the heart of the club and social gathering area.

The young lady behind the counter had a disposition that was not pleasant. Also, I went specifically for bear claws, which they do not have. The cashier thinks that bear claws and apple fritters are the same item.I agree with a previous post, my local fort worth donut shop have such pleasant people and the food is delightful. (This post is intended to inform/help the owner. My friends and associates are business owners.) The shop has a nice set up and could be wonderful with a bit more positivity. The fritters could use alittle more apple filling and frosting as well. The stuffed cherry donut was delicious.

Ordered for the first time yesterday morning, decided to get the random dozen so we could try different flavors. Although the donuts looked nice they were mostly cakey, dense, and stale. I honestly believe we got day old donuts. Since we got delivery, I have no idea of even knowing what some of the flavors are, one looked like cinnamon and tasted like salt, there is one that looks like white and nerdy on their website, but is chocolate. I was most excited for the fruity pebbles one, but it is so dense an heavy, one bite was enough.

Are you up late at night staring at these bad boys...its ok, no need to wait another second. this place is 24/7worry about the calories later~~~

Have been to this location twice...I dont live near here, but its worth a bit of a drive. Not a standard donut shop this is more expensive for sure, but you will notice a difference. They are substantial and one at a sitting is plenty.The donuts are unique and they have a number of choices.

Maybe Im just old fashioned but I didnt enjoy any of the donuts I tried. 😕 no coffee made at 3am and no kolaches. Little bit of a disappointment.

Place has gone downhill. One kind of coffee avaliable (burnt to hell), some doughnuts were stale (fritters seem to be leftovers from day before, not the first time Ive had this occurrence), and no customer service. Pretty sure girl working the counter just rolled out of the bars to work. Wont be comming back. Shame because this was a goto last year

I took my family to grab some donuts here and the service sucked. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet us at all. She didn’t say one word to us til was ask for the donuts and even then when she knew, we had never been didn’t even try to up sale anything to us. My kids had to go to the bathroom ( which are locked) and she didn’t even offer to let them in.. my two stars are for the service and not the donuts.. we also had coffee. Ice caramel mocho and eww never again. Tasted black. Like coffee and caramel only. Bland

Fantastic selection, great coffee. I buy the Maple Bacon Coffee for the house. One donut is enough and the kids love it.

Super delicious donuts & fun place

The last couple of times I have been there I bought some cream filled donuts and there was literally HALF a TEASPOON of filling. I feel cheated and wish management would have better quality control. I really like this place due to their creativeness and want them to succeed but they have to be more consistent and not cheap with their filling filled donuts.

I bring girls here to impress them with them doughnuts. They are everything people need, pretty and full of calories. Everyone here is friendly. Not much to go by here apart from parking, not the best of parking conditions but bring along your grandma on your date so you can use that handicap hanger. Just a suggestion, I am not held liable if it doesnt uphold in the court of law.

So this is a newer location so I am going to give it an extra star because i think they are still learning so I want to be fair. The donuts taste DELICIOUS!!! They have great flavor and my kids love the designs. The pricing is expensive. 6 donuts, a cinnamon roll (its huge) and 2 chocolate milks $21. Could have bought a lot of donuts with that but the flavor would not have been there.The negatives: there is always a line (like I said new location), the trash is always overflowing (I have been here 4 times) and the tables are not clean. I understand they do keep a lot of staff behind the counter to keep the line moving as fast as possible as all the parking outside is only 30 minute parking but I would say they need at least one person to clean the lobby. Again new location so still adjusting and none of this is enough to stop me from going so I will be back.

It’s like god just sent me this and they have a whole variety of donuts as you can see and well before I realized I was couple dozen out the door and flavor is awesome the theme is nice with their swing type chairs good place take family or like me be fat by myself.

The streusel donut is a must try!! All of the pop culture inspired flavors are neat, and worth a try, but the streusel is by far the best. I know it seems like a small thing, but the take home cups are a nice touch! We love collecting all the colors!

Last week my son informed of this wonderful donut shop thats open 25 hours a day and 8 days a week . (part of their marketing (which i love) . Anyways, he bought me the Maple Bacon donut. Instant love. Been carving it since. So yesterday, i went crazy when i actually went myself. Largest fritters ever, awesome cinnamon rolls, raspberry filled, needless to say i spent $42.00 dollars. Totally worth it lol Love this place. I will be back 👍😍💖😛

This place. If youre in the area and/or have never been here you must must must check it out. You cant really call them donuts, they are more like works of art honestly but holy moly (yeh cheesy joke I know) youll love anything you get. Recommend the key lime one if thats your jam or whatever the one was that had cinnamon toast crunch cereal on it.Some pretty historical signs and items there too.

Well...I would hope we caught them on an off day since it was Easter Sunday, but it the service was sub par to avoid being too negative. We ordered a simple coffee drink that took a long minute to get. Upon completion, the person who made it just stood at the counter holding it. If I hadnt been looking on that direction, wed probably still be waiting. My niece asked about a coffee that was on the menu and she was told it was out of season. Thats cool, but maybe take it down. The donuts were OK. Dont think well be back. My local shop in Fort Worth has better service and cheaper food.

Smores donut is just a chocolate glazed with a Marshmello stuffed in the middle with minimal graham crackers, blueberry streusel is just blueberry with extra sugar. Good donuts, BUT the lady I guess did not hear me when I said we are deciding and just stared at us with a unappeased and waiting. No smile no welcome in ect I understand being unhappy with your job but even me as a waitress I give a smile and good service

This place seemed great until the woman behind the counter was very rude. I came in with a big group, which I understand can be frustrating, but we tried to be organized and she was overheard saying extremely rude things about us. We bought a ton of stuff, tipped well and didnt make a mess, but she still seemed furious that we came in after having a drink. If you want non-sober people to come into your place, dont have a shop near West 7th.

I worked here for about a month. There is 0 soap any where in the building other than the hand washing stations in the bathrooms. They have failed their last 2 health inspections. When I told the owner we dont have any soap in the building she said to me My health inspector does not care.AGAIN ZERO SOAP

Bruh... 24 hour high quality donuts, some of the best kolaches Ive ever had, and cinnamon rolls the size of my head! (And trust me. I cant fit most hats... Theyre BIG.) Do I even NEED to say theyre delicious?? Fine, then I will. THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!

We had a craving for some late night donuts and made the drive to Hurts. They did not disappoint with the variety they had to offer. The hard part was deciding which ones we wanted to try. With three kids this is a process lol. The young lady was very patient and I left with happy kids.

A HUGE plus is being open 24 hours, and also delivery. Working at a hospital, its difficult to find places open super late or that deliver past 10PM.

Bad customer service! The donuts (Nutella, cheesecake) we had were not as great as many reviews stated. Both had a small filling in the middle, had I known it was gonna be all bread I would have gone else where. Also the caramel macchiato iced coffee had ZERO flavor. It was like water downed milk . One of them almost didnt make it home. So, so, so good. The donuts are perfect, fluffy, and with enough heft. The toppings are well balanced, and they have so many different varieties. One of my Uber rides wanted one, they were from Pittsburgh, and had heard of it. They wanted to go, so we went, it was on the way. They gave me a six pack for my trouble. Hands down the best tip Ive gotten today. Thank you! Theyre simply amazing!

Whole store was filthy. No customers in there. Employees visiting behind counter. No one greeted us. A teenage age looking guy just stared at us and said nothing while we looked at the selection. When I saw flies inside the case I knew we wouldnt be buying and we left.

This was our first experience here and it was amazing! They are open 24 hours! We went towards the evening and they were still fresh. They have swings you can sit on and a relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend Hurts Donuts!👍
