I own a plumbing company in the Fort Worth area. We average 14 + employees and all of our company has used Binswanger glass many times. We not only hired them, but more importantly, we have referred there company to our customers, countless times, over our 34 years of being in business. We had a incomplete shower job, were the existing frameless glass was planned to be used. With a concern, do to weight, I called Binswanger Glass with my concern, asking for them to come out to look at the job. They were busy so we set up an appointment. Approximately 5 days later. I scheduled for access to the job and paid an employee to meet them. Binswanger Glass did not show up. They were notified by phone and we were told, they are to busy, to call back when shower was finished so they could measure opening. The point was to confirm the wall support for the heavy glass door, before the tile was completed not after and possibly have to tear our work to correct a possible problem. Binswanger should have never set the appointment, if they were not going to show up. We wasted the days we could have been working and the many hours paying for an employee to set on the job waiting for the scheduled appointment. What a shame to have no regard for there long time customers. We have no choice but to locate and start a new business relationship, with a different company. Sad.

We had to order a new bathroom mirror. The customer service to the install was amazing. Jan in customer service was a absolutely amazing to deal with. We need more people like her in this world. Today they installed and the 2 gentleman were a class act and very professional. Binswanger will be the only glad company i will ever deal with again. Philip with Binswanger Glass was amazing! Called 2 and a half hours before he showed up at my house to let me know around what time he would arrive, and did an entire windshield replacement in under 40 minutes (on a rainy day)! Definitely a great company and employee. Will be recommending them to anyone with broken windshields.

A very well established glass company which has resided in Ft Worth for longer than I can remember. Excellent customer first attitude! For example; Last time I was there, I approached them with the ‘non-glass’ related issue of locating parts for (hinge accessories) and fabricating an access door made of a smoked, acrylic type plastic, one that I brought a sample for them to match. It’s almost like they can snap their fingers, and the exact product the customer has in his/her mind magically appears! 5 Stars - All Day Long!

I had two side tables needing glass tops made. I ordered mirrored glass tops for both and they look amazing! Susan at Binswanger was so helpful with answering all of my questions. They were so fast too! They were ready for me to pick up the same day!

I own a Construction company here in Weatherford and Binswanger Glass is the only glass company that I would use. They are night and day from the other companies that I have used. Ive worked with Jeremy Lowry for approx. 10 years now and he has helped me come up with some highly complex window treatments. They are great at the small stuff too. Their customer service ( communication, follow-up, bidding process, warranty work) is outstanding!

I am extremely pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff at this location. The technician was knocking on my door a few minutes before the scheduled time. After having cheap windows replaced with double pane windows, my electricity bill went from $680 month to $288 month!!!AAA+++

Got the job done quickly and pretty accurately. I had a glass top made for a table that was almost the shape of a boomerang. I was able to pick it up in just a couple of days.

I love the friendly staff and excellent service I get at Binswanger. They know their stuff — and they do it well.

Wow. Great fast high quality service. Replaced driver’s window on a 2012 Honda Odyssey at my office for $180, within 4 hours of my call. Quote from Honda dealer was $573 with a three day wait for parts. It was so much less expensive that I initially had concerns about quality, but as it turns out the replacement glass was made by Pilkington, the same company that makes Honda’s OEM glass. Joe, the installer, was great- quick, friendly, and called when on the way. Could not have asked for a better experience. Way to go, Binswanger! Highly recommend!

I had called Glass Guru of Keller to get a quote on a table top replacement. They are a joke, if they call you back you are lucky. The did eventually call me back with a quote of 130 bucks. Binswanger quoted me 50. Guess who got the business! Whats funny is my neighbor told me (after the fact) that her mother has been using them for years and loves the company. Thank you for the tight turn around.

I was I-30 going westbound, tire went flat between Montgomery and Hulan. One of your employees seen me on the side of the highway and stopped and changed my tire! So very appreciated. He was so kind. Of course i thanked him, didnt get his name but whoever you were THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

The technicians was not helpful, could not guide me to ordering what i needed, did not have any sample to choose from nor does the website help in guiding a customer to what they need. Called to try and get help from main office and was treated terribly because i did not know anything about glass. Would not recommend this company what so ever.

TOP NOTCH by TCU! I live in a Fort Worth Historic District and was playing ball in the house with my son when we broke a window. 1st called a place called the Glass Doctor they said they couldnt come out for another week and quoted me over the phone $150Then I called these guys. They told me over the phone that it at most would cost $125 bucks and they would have a guy at my house in just a few hours. When he arrived he was professional and friendly. He disassembled, changed out my 36 x 36 window and cleaned up all the mess in about 30-45 mins.When it costs at least $100 to haev a plumber come to your house I dont see how these guys are this good and this cheap! Would recommend ANY TIME
