Walked in and I said hello. Guy at counter asked if we were together, brothers and I. I said yes and he asked what is the name of my company. I said it was for my personal pool, he did not even let me finish my sentence and said No! We only sale wholesale, no and just pointed to the door.

Smart staff. They help me load heavy stuff, since i struggle. Always lighthearted, but all business, too. Other locations the same. I am there 3-5 times a week. Never had bad experience, never got less than amazing service.

Dont really like this place. They are pompous. Take their time. Add a mandatory $1 donation to every invoice. No wonder they got sued for millions. I only go here as a last resort.
