I scheduled a gender reveal ultrasound for a friend of mine. The day of the appointment the appointment wasnt available but I already paid off the website. So I asked for a refund, who ever was texting me kept saying I could reschedule, and I had to ask for a refund 3 to 4 times before they finally tell mr I can have it in 5 to 7 business days. Okay cool. A week goes by and I never receive it. So I call. Im told it will be transferred to their finance department. Another week goes by still no refund. I call again, the supervisor is now suppose to call me. A week goes by again, and I have called every day this week because the previous day in told he was too busy in meetings to return my calls. At this point Im just going to file fraud charges because they have no issue taking my money, but giving it back seems to be a whole fight. It shouldnt be this hard to get money back for a service I never even got to use.Edit -Since the business has replied, I checked my bank account and there is no refund still.The money has not been refunded.

3d4Baby were so wonderful to work with! Alex was great with scheduling, even when we had to reschedule. Kate was amazing in the studio with our newborn, toddler and preteen! The poses she was able to accomplish with our newborn, were amazing! Our baby was so at ease with her and slept during the majority of the session. They have such a wide range of props the possibilities are endless! We are very pleased with the session! Thank you for the memories

I cannot express how satisfied the hubby and I are with our visit today! I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been to two other 3D ultrasound clinics (during my first and second trimester) and I have to say this is by far the best one! My baby was being a little difficult since he is pretty cramped up in my womb by now, but Danielle was very patient and did not give up until she got good shots of our little one. Also, when it came to prints, she was very generous in the amount of prints she gave us compared others. We will definitely be back in the future, but hopefully not until another 5 years from now! Thanks again!

I bought the Baby Bundle Package which includes the ultrasound, maternity photo shoot, and newborn photo shoot! From our ultrasound to the photography sessions, everything was top notch! We loved our 3D/4D ultrasound and it was incredibly heartwarming to see the tech get as excited as us. You can really tell that she loves what she does and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. This is our first baby and it was our first ultrasound so this moment meant so much to us and Im so happy she was a part of it. Their photography team were so awesome and captured the most amazing pictures. I really cant thank them enough and I absolutely recommend them to anyone that wants a great experience when meeting your little one for the first time.

We came to 3d 4baby for our ultrasound and now I had my daughters one year photos done here, and my only regret is that I didnt book with Kate earlier for more baby pictures! She was so easy to work with, was great at getting my daughter to smile and engage, and gave me very clear directions about how to help position her for different shots.4 Babys studio has a ton of backdrops and props set up for a variety of photo themes, and a few outfits and accessories as well. She also keeps every nice and warm so if you are bringing in a newborn you dont have to worry about them being uncomfortable.I have been recommending her to all the mamas I know in person. They can book up early so be sure to check in as soon as you are thinking of having pictures of your little one taken. Enjoy the memories!

I have used 3D 4Baby for both my maternity and my newborn shoots, and I am so grateful that I did!Kate did my maternity shoot; she made my husband and me feel completely at ease.  Maternity dress shopping is tough, luckily they provide you with tons of cute dresses to choose from.  We were allowed to do three outfit changes, and all the while, were never made to feel rushed and as though we were their only clients that day.Next up was the newborn shoot.  My 10 day old son did not exactly cooperate the entire time, understandably.  Kate never at any moment lost her cool, even when my husband and I were!  She was open to all the ideas I had going in, and by the time we left we were calling her the baby-whisperer!They are extremely professional and patient. They have gone out of their way on several occasions to get us prepared prior to each shoot, and provided us with a special experience which will last forever.  Im already looking forward to my sons 1 year smash cake session!

I bought the Mommy& Me package, as they do their own photography there and their studio is so professional and they have so many props and dresses for maternity and newborn! I am going to do my maternity pictures here. I am a first time mom and want to go all out for the memories. I couldnt be any happier with my visit and cant recommend them enough! Its my first time doing a 3D/4D ultrasound but my experience was beyond exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly and was so kind to us. We got to see our little nugget for the first time as she took several great shots throughout the scan. Other than colored and black/white pictures, our package came with a DVD of the recording as well so that was really nice. Amazing experience! You wont regret it :)

Im writing this with the input of my wife (it was her belly that was the center of attention after-all). I called a few places in town this morning to check availability and to get a sense of professionalism. Immediately the lady that answered was both engaging and very professional. She was able to get us in this afternoon. The tech performing the ultrasound didnt rush, made us both feel at ease, and seemed so genuinely patient with our questions as she performed the imaging. 3D 4 Baby is great and they really amplified our excitement with their caring demeanors. We will certainly be back further along on the pregnancy!

They are very sweet and professional. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially when you purchase one of the ultrasound/photography combo packages! We love the pictures and DVD we got of the session and are so glad we went there to find out the gender of our baby. They also have a come back guarantee if the baby doesnt cooperate, which I think is pretty cool. 3d 4Baby exceeded our expectations and will be definitely coming back when I get further along!

Best service and prices! My sister and I both came here and love this place the ultrasound tech is extremely patient and kind. I was a little hesitant about going to get an ultrasound as I am a bigger girl and techs sometimes have issues getting good pics of the baby. Well she took awesome pics of my baby and this was my second time going to them and. I will definitely be back. Amazing place I even order key chains with the babys ultrasound and also got a bear with an ultrasound picture and the babys heart beat. It was a great experience!

The friendliest team you can get. They bend over backwards for you. Amazing Place! Went at 14 weeks and 2 days to find out the gender, was hoping for a little girl but we got another little prince! Couldnt be anymore happier! The tech is so nice, cant wait to go back to see my son when he is a little more chubby!

Went for a gender scan of our twins 2 days shy of 16 weeks. Best experience I have ever had. I was accompanied my my mother and 4 older children the youngest being 2 and super excited because it was her birthday. The tech was patient and all around amazing. I can not wait to go back for our 3d scan in just a few weeks. I highly recommend them.

I cant say enough about this place :)! This was our first 3D/4D ultrasound as this is our last baby, looked on yelp for places close by us and this is one had a good reviews and very close to where we live. I loved our tech Debbie! She was was awesome our little princess had her hands covering her face for a while but she never gave up, we switched positions, coughed and drank some juice, she even suggested to take a break, and it was a success!!!! She went above and beyond to get the shots we needed for pictures and we were not disappointed at all, she even was talking to her letting her know mommy and daddy wanted to see her pretty little face. Thank you again Debbieor all your help! I definitely recommend this place loved it!

I was so impressed with this adorable little ultrasound boutique. My mother bought me the Watch Your Baby Grow Package. I first came here at 15 weeks for the gender determination and my second visit at 27 weeks. I got a whole portfolio of my baby. They saved all the pictures from all my visits and I got to see how much my baby grew! The whole staff are super accommodating as I had to reschedule 3 times. The tech was super friendly and made me and my family very comfortable. She also put in such a great effort to make sure we got some good pictures of our stubborn baby girl who kept hiding her face thank you so much for the experience and all my pictures so I can look back on for the rest of our lives!:-)

Purchased the Platinum Package and was not disappointed. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. In the room they had 2 couches and some extra chairs if needed. Very calm atmosphere and they will work with you if the baby is feeling shy. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Experience!!First I LOVED how the room could accommodate up to 10 PEOPLE!!! The staff is very friendly and assisted me with any question I had. Also they were so patient with my stubborn little one and got great shots!!! I am VERY happy I can finally see my babys face!

Horrible experience. I came on here to provide feed back and the owner contacted me for another shoot since the photographers did so bad. He set it up, then bugged me to change my review (before the promised replacement session happened). It told him I was busy, which as a working new mom I really was. I came and updated the review to 3 stars instead of 1 and never heard back from them about my ‘replacement’ shoot. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They falsely advertise, their photographer really suck, and they have a Fort Worth location on their website they DO NOT do photo shoots at. They wouldn’t refund my money and I had to drive all the way to Mansfield from Flower Mound for the maternity, ultrasound, and newborn shoot. After they messed the pictures up they tried photoshopping my baby’s diaper out of the picture and really just cut off half her body. It was horrible! They refused to issue me a refund. I hate that I EVER trusted this business to capture moments I will never get back.

We did not enjoy our experience here at all. Very unprofessional and high pressure up sell (similar to a car salesman). The tech was not very personable. Considering what we got for an experience it was over priced. Do your homework and choose wisely. Wish we had.

I have a gender reveal planned and at the OB appointment I had the baby was being uncooperative and would not let us see the gender. 3d 4Baby got me in the next day for a gender sono! They were sympathetic to my situation and very wonderful to work with! Angela went above and beyond to help me and then the tech was very nice and patient while gendering the baby. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
