Sleeptronic Serenity Ice not good for two people. Deep sags/impressions within a week. Company replaced with same mattress. Continued impressions. Hard to sleep in a hole. Having to replace this mattress. .

I love it Im learning how to maneuver my body in ways that I didnt know how to do. Is the greatest parents the workers are all Kool thank you for bringing me onboard. I will do the best job I can do and learn as much as possible.

This is my 2nd mattress purchase from Sleeptronic. I thought my first one back in 1996 was a great mattress, but this new one i just bought is unbelievably wonderful. And I trusted them so much that i ordered and bought my new one without even looking at it on any sales area. I knew I would not be disappointed.I probably met the good people at Sleeptronic through my employer in 1996. Even though the owner is not at the company everyday and his son is now running the business, i am so happy to say your customer service is just as super as it was 24 years ago.The quality of the product is so great that this will probably be there last mattress i have to purchase in my lifetime. I’m not really sure if a better experience or higher quality actually exist. The factory floor is spotless. Everyone has an incredibly positive attitude. It was a very impressive operation to get to see. And the product speaks for itself. Very very well done.

Purchased Sleeptronic Ocean Rest mattress in May, 2019 lasted 3 months. One side has collapsed. Retailer wont honor warranty. Contacted Sleeptronic warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. They will replace the mattress. So all is good.

I’ve been sleeping an Sleeptronic beds since I purchased my first bed when I turned nineteen. I currently own the Slumber Practic. My favorite feature is the wrapped coil system. I love that my large dogs can get in an out of bed without disturbing my sleep. This bed has great support. It’s not too firm, but not too soft. It caters to all my needs an it wasn’t super expensive. WIN WIN!

Worse mattress ever. My coworker suggested this mattress to me mainly for the monthly payment plan. It was suppose to be a firm mattress. We both started having back problems and both had the same problem of the mattress having a deep long lasting depressions. He returned his mattress already and they offered an upgrade for additional cash. NO! I refuse to pay more, I am already paying over $900 for this defected mattress. Surely we cannot be the only two families with this same problem. I did read another review from a Tina with similar issues. Our mattress is less then a year old. I had to stop sleeping on it. I now sleep on my childs bed which is 3 years old from Nebraska Furniture Store.Now my wife is also complaining about her back and falling into the depression. Time to stand up for our consumer rights so we can both sleep in the same bed once again. I already sent photos of the measured depressions to the furniture store in which we purchased it. I am waiting their reply.

I was skeptical at first, bought one of the cheaper mattresses for my daughter and she loved it, so I bought a hybrid for myself and after a year of great sleep, I’m now looking to buy one for my mother in law.

They have the worst mattress. It is fine when it is brand new, but after a couple of months, my partner and I wake up to the worst back and neck pain, weve ever felt (no exaggeration. It is horrible. This is by far the worst mattress we ever bought. Weve only had the mattress for one year. Read the label, find out whats in it. I will never buy a sleeptronic bed again in my life. Dont be fooled by how the mattress feels in the showroom.
