The house had an old, leaky, and problematic patio cover that needed to be removed and replaced with a better option. I also wanted it screened in so I could enjoy the backyard more without being constantly attacked by bugs and better prevent them from getting in the house every time you opened the patio door. Cowtown Patio Covers was not only the most reasonable, but exceptionally professional. They did a terrific job and I have tremendously enjoyed my patio ever since. I see so many great reviews on how well this company does with installations. However, Ive never got the chance to witness it myself. I had an appointment scheduled for a quote and a guy came out to provide the quote. He said hell be getting back to me with the ideas we could do for my backyard patio space. Its been almost a month and no response yet, I called and he said he would find out what happened. Long story short never called me back so guess they forgot. Oh well they just lost out on a customer. Will take my business elsewhere.

Our patio cover has caused us angst from day one. The installer did not have a helper. He knocked the supports from the concrete pad to the outer edge of the patio out of plumb when he set the panels in place. One is still out of plumb. The patio cover has leaked since January and the owner ignores my calls and texts. The last time that the installer was here to try to stop the leaks, he said that he did all he knew to do and would give up if it continued to leak. You may have a better experience and I certainly hope that is the case. Im having to go through the BBB now and I fully expect additional hoops that I will have to jump through. We are heartbroken that our patio leaks and prevents us from enjoying it.

Had a polygal cover put on patio on 10/07/20. It was a good job however there were a few minor unfinished things that needed for completion. I called several times over the months and was told a helper would contact me and finish the tasks. I recently started calling again but always get voice mail and I never get a return call. I think waiting 9 months is more than patient. They came out today and diagnosed the problem so I changed the rating

Cowtown Covers built a patio cover for us in early June. It is beautiful. It is finished in dark cedar and it looks so much better than a plain aluminum cover. The workers did excellent work and cleaned up at the end of every day. I would highly recommend them.

My screened in porch is absolutely amazing!!! When I met Jeff I knew I would hire them to do the porch and they didnt disappoint. Chris and Paige put in an amazing amount of hard work and care into building my screened in porch and I couldnt be happier. It looks like it was built with the house. They didnt ask for this review but it is very much deserved.

Used Cowtown Covers twice now. They replaces a shade cover in my old house. Looked great did the job!We have a pergola at our new house. I wanted to sit out when it rains for Cowtown Covers added a UV filter cover on top. It cuts down the sun but still gives the full daylight patio.Jeff was easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and he brought up materials I did not know were available. The crew was great, friendly and courteous.I would highly recommend Jeff and Cowtown Covers for any job!

I had been trying to get a permitted aluminum patio cover for 2 months with another contractor before giving Jeff a call. He was able to work with the city of fort worth and produce a PERMITTED/approved patio cover from start to finish in 3 weeks!!! Jeff knows how the permitting process works, and the installation was seamless. Very professional, quick, great communication! Cowtown Patio Covers recently built a cover for my patio and I am beyond impressed. I absolutely love the cover, beautiful wood, and overall look of my new patio. Jeff Ellis and the rest of the crew were professional and went above and beyond to finish my patio cover quickly. When they left, they picked up every piece of debris, so there was no mess at all. I did notice after it rained that there was a slight leak by the downspout, but Jeff quickly came out to take a look and re-caulk it. Now everything is perfect and I’ve been enjoying my patio daily.
