Brought the car in for a warranty repair thinking I would have a $50 deductible. Found out that Fiat Chrysler America had canceled my lifetime power train and bumper bumper warranty for failure to meet a 5 year inspection requirements that I was unaware of and the dealer had failed to schedule on my behalf. Got stuck with a $50 diagnostic car, a $700 repair estimate and a huge devaluation of my car. The service manager was nice enough but I was forced to deal with Mopar warranty directly and he did not understand why my warranty was canceled. The entire experience was horrible. Fiat Chrysler America has lost a customer for life. BTW the vehicle still passes the required power train inspection but because was not done within the 60 days of the 5 and 10 year anniversary they say Ive default on my contract. It was a couple of grand to extend the warranty to bumper to bumper ...I had one claim over the life of the car for driver window regulator. Hoping I get resolution through one of the many open class action suits. I wont be back to the dealership for service or car purchase ...ever.

Visited March 2022The service department is a bit misleading as it’s small. It doesn’t look like they have service bays but they do.I arrived and waited my turn and explained why I was there for my 7500 mile service **recommended by Fletcher**While waiting Tyler my service agent took an OBD device and plugged it into my truck for the data. When he did every light came on, tail lights, turn signal lights, mirror lights, brake lights etc (all lights) when I questioned to why the lights were on Tyler didn’t know he said “I only hit run”Eventually we determined it was the device he plugged in. This won’t happen again (when I visit) as no other car while I was there experienced the same issue. Also a guy was in complaining or paid for an electrical issue with his truck. Could this have been the issue?We have cameras inside the truck and captured several things during our visit.1. No plastic lining to protect my seats was used, but was used in other vehicles captured by the camera. I did ask Tyler if the seats were protected he believed they were... if he didn’t do it like the other service tech then in theory he would have known it wasn’t done.2. During the refill process of the oil it appears as two different types of oil was used. A 5qt blue bottle and a yellow bottle to fill the balance of the 7 qt needed.Not sure why they’d use two types of oil, granted oil is oil and this was a free oil change so I guess I shouldn’t be complaining.I was happy they’re using twist cap oil rather than barrel or bulk oil. It is plausible they are using bulk oil and using the jugs to transport to the truck.3. Guy changing the oil didn’t do anything to prevent his dirty hands from touching the steering wheel. Why would he, he’s working on the car.4. Tires were rotated; air pressure wasn’t adjusted to manufacture recommended levels.While we waited in the lounge coffee was available. However the Keurig was filthy and is in need of a cleaning.Overall Tyler was informative and friendly. We will be back.

Fletcher was our first stop when out truck shopping and we didnt need to go anywhere else. We were offered a fair trade in offer on our truck, and a below blue book price on the nearly new truck we purchased.
I love this place! Top notch customer service! Very speedy with my repair and had no issues. They keep me updated from start to finish with my Jeep Compass. You don’t find this level of knowledge or customer service anymore but I am please to have found it with this place!
I have taken multiple vehicles to the shop here. Worst shop I have ever had to deal with. Sent one in for an ABS module. They programmed it but didn’t even bleed the brakes. Told me the calipers were on upside down which they weren’t. Took 3 weeks and still had to repair myself. Last month took another vehicle in for a PCM program and to clean fuel system due to water. They had the vehicle for a month. Said they did a complete fuel system cleaning and verified everything was good. Vehicle had to be towed back to me because it would not run. Found the fuel tank still full of water. The seal for the fuel pump was not installed at all. The did not clean out any of the fuel system. Injectors we’re rusted and clogged due to them trying to start it with water and it sitting that way for a month. Spark plugs fouled due to the water. They charged me for everything on both vehicles and did nothing at all except for the programming. Just let the vehicles sit there. Plus they charge $40 just to create a work order. Will never send anything there again. Please do not send your vehicles here. I could go on and on but it is too much to sit and type.
The day before I was heading out of town my change fuel filter decided it needed to be changed. At last minute they were able to book an appointment for me. They also provided a ride home and picked me up when my truck was complete. Service was top notch.
Friendly, fast, and professional. The staff are great and the accommodations are excellent while you wait. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced here and have already sent a few friends their way as well.
These guys are great to deal with. Steve was eager to help and get the information to me as soon as he knew it. He called or text with updates and always checked before moving forward with repairs.I am not going to say it is the cheapest place I could find but the flexibility to fit my schedule and quality of service made it worth the price.
Picked up our car today from having some repairs done and while I appreciate that they put plastic and paper all over the inside of the car, I think it should have been removed when they called to tell us it was ready and knew we were on our way to come get it. Instead I had to take it all apart and then drive with it flapping around in the car and then had to discard it in my own trash.
Very very pleased with my experience with Fletcher. It was my first time going there. I had just bought a 2021Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2 weeks ago, from a different dealership mind you; my check engine light was on already. I had called the dealership I bought it from and was told @ 4:30pm (they dont close till 6pm) that it was too late for them to look at it today. I pulled into Fletcher and without hesitation I was greeted, and they hooked in their Code reader, diagnosed as a stored code, he called back to a service technician who came right up and cleared the code. I was sent on my way, no charge. They just earned mine and My husbands business in the future. Thanks again Fletcher!
We were traveling through the area heading to the east coast when our new Ram 2500 threatened to depower in 150 miles. We called several Ram dealers closer to our location who offered no help. Walt and their diesel tech offered to check it out and within 1.5 hours we were cured and on the road. Very friendly, knowledgeable people. Excellent! Thank you
Gave great pricing and worked with us on trade in. However, sales rep was a bit jumpy- quickly greeting us before finishing the food in her mouth and no sales rep transition (we were dealing with another rep initially). Ran numbers and confirmed on 2 vehicles only to later realize that those vehicles weren’t available after all. Once they finally found another option, our brand new truck had to be driven to us from out of state. We were told it would be here the next day and the time continued to get pushed back due to a “mix-up” with the drivers. Once truck arrived, we requested detail and fill up. Detail happened but clearly was not inspected correctly. Keys were handed over and my husband did his own inspection only to quickly catch that our brand new windshield was cracked. (Had we driven off the lot, it would have been our problem to fix!) Fletcher ordered new windshield quickly but we were given the run around with replacement date/time and they were requesting us to bring the truck back in for another 24hour period for window replacement. Since window replacement takes approximately 45 min - 1 hour and we gave push back, they decided to send windshield repair to our home - which happened to be great service and only a 45 minute process!Although we love our new truck, we found this experience to be frustrating to an extent. Expect to be given the run around and a lack of honest details/updates.

In rebuilding my 2003 Wrangler, the parts department went above and beyond to help me find some hard- to- find hardware to finish my build. Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The parts counter guys were able to locate and sell to me the correct nuts and bolts that had not been produced in a couple years! For the parts that were no longer available the gentleman even used the MOPAR directories to locate the size and thread count on multiple bolts and nuts to find suitable replacements to help me continue on my journey. This is the kind of support that a lot of companies should truly value from their employees.
They were very thorough when diagnosing my problem. They kept in touch while they were doing the repairs. Very satisfied. People friendly. Would definitely go there again. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I had a deal worked out and was on my way to pay for a used vehicle when I was notified that Jason Cosat, the pre-owned sales manager, had allowed the vehicle to be sold. This is not a good practice, and I will not be giving any business to Fletcher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM again.Update: I was impressed that Brad responded to this review, but I called and sent an email over a week ago and have heard nothing back. Apparently poor customer service is a trademark with Fletcher.

Stopped in on a Saturday to look at 3/4 ton trucks. Found one I liked and went in to talk to a salesman, he got plates and we went for a drive. Really liked it but needed to check a few things. Monday morning put money down and Wednesday finalized the deal. Courteous staff made it all the better experience.

Fletcher took care of me when my Cherokee’s part took longer than expected to come in. They gave me a rental car for free, a Jeep Wrangler with 4WD in the big snowstorm in Feb., so I was able to continue working. They offered to pay for any days my warranty co. didn’t pay for a rental car and they took care of my deductible because the part took longer than expected to arrive. I would highly recommend Fletcher to any and everyone who owns a Jeep and will only take my Jeep’s there for service in the future.

The staff at Fletchers delivered my car to me as I ordered it. They got me the best price and honored my special requests for no front license plates or dealer decals. They had the packing stripped off of it and washed just hours after receiving it. The only reason its not 5 stars is when I build the car on Dodges website, it offers me a no cost interior option that was not made aware of. However, it could be my misunderstanding.
I brought my Jeep in for service, as the radio screen was not turning off, stating I was on an active call. I hadn’t been on a call, and it wouldn’t let me turn the radio off, even after the car was off. The guys in the service area were awesome, very understanding, and were able to locate the source of the issue. Even when I take my car in for a standard oil change, everyone there is nice, even at the busiest of times.
Scheduling was efficient, communication was great, cost was reasonable, and the people in service were friendly and knowledgeable.
Andy, Walter and Troy were wonderful and took great care of me. Andy kept me updated and was very kind.

My deal may have put them in to a faster pace then they are used to, but no new vehicle should be given to a customer still dirty. Still a 5 star company I will buy from again.

Jeep broke down on me on the way. Had it towed to fletcher chrysler. The next day got a call from Walt stating the issue with my jeep. Agreed on repair. Got another call the day after stating another issue from the com. I had a feeling it was that all along. Walt was super friendly and awesome with the communication. Chrysler no longer showed my computer so I had to purchase one. Not that big an issue. Dropped it off one night after work. Got a call from Walt 2 days later and my jeep was done thank goodness. Even though I drive over an hour to get my oil change the warranty is worth it. Also I came in late on a Saturday because I thought they closed later and the crew was nice enough to stay to get me done so I didnt have to make that drive again soon. Thank you.

Went to the Collision Center & was created by a very rude & unfriendly person who did not seem interested in even doing an estimate for repairs. Thats part of the job description and what a collision shop is supposed to do for customers vehicles when they are damaged.Highly recommend you never think of going there for any kind of work to be done.
I want to share that I was in the search for a new truck!! When I pulled up there was a salesman out smoking out front. I walked around for 10 minutes and then Tommy came out. I will say that he was good but that would be an understatement!! He has only been with Fletcher for two weeks when I met him and I’m glad I did! He made it a point not only to sell me a vehicle but to try and meet everything I needed! Questions where answered right away! I did buy a new Ram 1500 from Tommy! I wanted a few items that the Truck didn’t have!! He followed up on the ordering and scheduling of my items! I didn’t lift a finger! I just got truck back and it is awesome!! My aunt bought a jeep and they approved her. Not even a week later they called her and told her they need the jeep back because she was mistakely accepted . they are pathetic. The manager cant even look at you and goes into the office and has the secertary do the job for him.
Great experience, Andy was awesome!! I needed work done on my transmission, ended up having to get it replaced, thankfully all of it was covered under the power train warranty!! Through all of it Andy kept in contact to let me know what was going on and when it was decided that a new transmission was needed and they would have to have my vehicle longer than expected they were quick to put me in another vehicle to drive while they fixed mine. My car runs great now and I really appreciated how nice and helpful that Andy was!!
First time in a long time the Express Lane for an oil change was EXPRESS. I waited 30 minutes max. Service was truly friendly and quick.
