The owner David, really cares about his business and his customers. The store is always clean and well organized and as a former neighbor of his he keeps his house looking the same way. All around this is a great business if you’re looking for the hard to find comic selections, visit heroes comics.

Its a pretty cool place to shop, and they have cute stuff as well as some good merch and collectibles. Just be aware when youre going in that theyre going to have more newer stuff than older, so if youre looking for something in particular, you might want to look on their website first.

Pretty rad, spent a sh**ton of money here on awesome figures- the Wilson Brothers, Slade collector item. +Got to take home the last Carnage poster the worker kindly took off display for me! And a bunch of comics mostly from DC. (Updated photos now have 24 figures and 8 are collectibles, also dont mind the tearing of the boxes my nephew got a hold of them when I was in another room)

My wife and I LOVE this shop. My wife wasnt really into comics much but anytime she had a question or request Dave always made her feel comfortable. Wide range of things to read as well.

Comic book stores are intimidating in the movies, but i had the opposite experience when I brought in my 9 yr old cousin for his first visit. He loved it.

I love stopping by with my daughter. There really is something for all ages. Aside from the excellent selection of comics, theres posters, hats, and bust banks of your favorite characters. Definitely worth a trip if youve never been.

I am a nerd ok. This place was pretty cool. I went for Magic the Gathering cards and was not dissapointed. Their prices are on par with what I paid almost two decades ago shopping for cards in Alabama, so thats pretty cheap. They looked like they had a pretty good selection of comics. If the prices for the comics were anything like the MTG cards, then id shop there for comics too. The guy at the counter seemed pretty nice too. Check them out

I love this place ! I’ve been driving to Heroes Comics, from out of town, since the late 80’s. The owner is knowledgable . The store is always put together perfectly and he has always recognized my family. I’ve taken my kids there when they were in diapers and now that they are adults they take their own kids . Always welcomed with a smile and they have the BEST selection. I can’t say enough good things about Heroes Comics in Fresno Ca.

Pretty decent place, tons of comic books if thats your flavor. Not much Magic the gathering or other cards though, for that its best to try the Bullpen.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I need to find out the owners name, but he is a very nice and friendly person. He has always been very helpful, and I feel his prices on comics, are spectacular, especially on older comics. I feel I get a very good selection, and an equally good deal! I plan to be a lifetime customer!

I have not read comics since I was a boy but I happened upon this place out of curiosity as I was thinking I might want to read a graphic novel or something. The workers acknowledged me as I walked in and asked if I needed help. The staff left me to wander which I personally like. They had an impressive selection even if I didnt know the specifics; it was a good array and well organized. Their merchandise area was also pretty cool. There is something for even non comic book lovers to peruse.

Ive been going to this comic shop for almost 25 years now and it has always been my go to shop for anything comics in the Fresno area. They have an amazing inventory, new comics weekly on every Wednesday, a huge back issue selection and a wall for golden/silver age and key issue comics. They have a good sized selection of trade paperbacks and graphic novels, action figures and toys, and also have a section for kids comics. The staff is always friendly and helpful, very knowledgable and informative. The owner Dave goes out of his way for any of my family that comes into his shop looking to buy me gifts for B-Day/X-Mas. This is a must stop shop for any comic or pop culture fan, whether youre a veteran collector or someone who is just getting into it. You wont be disappointed.

I first came here on a whim, and am glad I did! Any question you have about a series, they will answer or do their best to obtain the information. If a comic is not available, they order it for you immediately. If you are interested in branching into a new series, they will probe your interests and make spot on recommendations!

If you love comics this is the place for you. This place has been around for YEARS and I mean YEARS. You can read the books inside but you can not be messy and just toss them around. All that is ask is show some respect and courtesy.

They probably have the best organization system I have ever seen. They are all displayed alphabetically and there is a separate area for different genres and the weeks new issues. This makes it very easy to see everything that they have. They even have a large amount of back issues although it is mainly a new issue-driven store.

I started my daughters comic book collection here. The gentleman working the counter found out it was her birthday and gave here a free Magic the Gathering booster pack. (M13) she opened a nice rare and left super happy! Go here for comics but not open Magic product. Magic is only available sealed here.

Great store, great staff and great selection. Very friendly and knowledgable. It seems that they have been stocking more back issues recently and every Wednesday the new release racks are completely full so you can find pretty much anything you look for. This has been my go to spot for comics for about the past 20 years.
