Kathleen is so incredible rude, and lacks any professionalism. Closes store early or doesn’t open on days she’s supposed to. Can’t even get product out for mail orders when she’s supposed any she makes up excuses why.. been dealing with the same issues for years. Thought I’d give her another chance but screws it up immediately. Definitely going to be going threw the Selma store for any purchases made.

The products are awesome and the manager is very helpful. I prefer to buy cosmetics at Target or Ulta, but I really like the foundations that Merle Norman offers.
