Nicole was so sweet, and she definitely made me feel comfortable and relaxed as this was my first time here and my second time ever getting lash extensions. Even though my eyes were tearing up from the sensitivity of the light, she worked with me to make sure my lashes were cute and intact! I did the classic lashes with a cat-eye look ❤️ I love them! THEYRE SO CUTE! I look wide-awake even though I’m exhausted! (Lol!)Definitely recommend going to Nicole for lash extensions! I’m on day 3 and haven’t had any issues with my lashes falling (like I had the first time I had them done somewhere else). I’m definitely coming back and getting my fill-ins with Nicole!

Service was professional from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist/woman at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and kind while I filled out my first time visit paperwork. All of the pricing was very reasonable and what I was used to from a different city. I especially like their membership plans where you get a discount if you plan to keep extensions regularly like I do.Kimberly was very sweet and made me feel very relaxed before we began my lash session. She was very professional but explained all the options for the lashes well and made me feel like I was getting the best quality service. I was very happy with the way my lashes looked when she was finished and definitely plan to come back again. It has been several days now and the lashes are holding up great and look so fabulous. The entire place has a great atmosphere with a great staff.

Love this place!! My lashes always looks so naturally full. people can’t tell if I have full lashes or if I get them done. I constantly get asked where do I get my lashes done once I tell them that I do indeed have fake lashes on. My eyes are never red and they always last 2 to 3 weeks

They are good with my lashes. Always courteous and friendly. Results are an enhanced natural look but that’s what I was going for. If you want a more dramatic look you can get that too. Bridgette and Erica have done my lashes and were wonderful! Just wish it was easier to get an appointment that works with my schedule though. That’s my only complaint. Overall, it has been a good experience thus far.

My first visit here the girl did a horrendous job on my lashes, SO BAD that they ALL fell off the next day. I did not know this was not normal. I went back for a refill as I had never had lashes before in my life! My lash girl advises the manager that all my lashes had fallen off and what should she do. The manager apparently, whilst standing right next to me says Well SHE(me) should have booked for a full set, not a refill. Do what you can but she should have booked for a full set. Even after I explained that it was her employee that messed up my lashes, I WAS THE ONE who paid for my full set and was expected to pay for another full set???? Also, when I finally left this place, I wanted to gift my remaining credits to someone who would have potentially been a NEW member. But they claimed that I had no remaining services (at my previous appointment I obviously did or they wouldnt have booked me). They kept saying they would call me back to check if they would be able to give me the gift card for a potential new member but they want each person to sign their name on the dotted line before providing any services. Trust me. Just look online for a better company or person that will give you fuller eyelashes that you want without having to sign up for membership. A company that offers gift cards for people so you can actually recomend their services. These people just want you to sign into their membership for their skimpy lashes. Only reason I would give one star was because my lash specialist was awesome but says nothing about the terrible lack of professionalism here by their MANAGERS. Focus more on money than customer satisfaction.UPDATE 1/28/2020 - Thank you for emailing me as I requested NOT to receive a phone call. I received a $50 gc and an apology for my experience. Unfortunate that it had to come to this, but I credit you for attempting to make it right. Good luck Lash Loungers.

I got my lashes done here a few months back. I came in as a practice model and have been coming back for my fills ever since. The staff is awesome and I am very happy with my lashes. The salon is beautiful and they make sure I am comfortable every visit! Highly recommend!

I got individual lashes done for the first time on 3/3 and its been 8 days and most of them are gone. I didnt allow water to get on my lashes nor did I wear eye makeup. The girl that installed them took a long time. Another employee started with her client after us and was done before she finished my eyelashes. Horrible. It was a waste of my money. I would not recommend this place.

My first experience with lash extensions didnt go well. After leaving a review, the owner of the business called me within 24 hours, asking to hear about my experience first hand and offering to fix my lashes for free!!! It was supposed to be a spot fill (approx 10 lashes, all of which were going on my right eye, which is where my lashes had fallen out from) but the technician they set me up with went through and filled all the empty places she could find on both eyes. Im very pleased with the businesses follow through. One week later and my lashes still look nice and even. Not sure if I will continue to get my lashes done, but if I do, it will definitely be at this location! :)

Going here, I had never had lashes before other than a few isolated times when I had my makeup done professionally. Personally I could not apply falsies and mascara has not been so kind lately. So I had no idea what to expect or what my options even were. Erica, who is an esthetician, instantly calmed my nerves, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable. We even talked a little bit about my skin and how lashes should be maintained with my skin type. I asked for natural but enhanced and that is EXACTLY what she did -there was no up-charging or secret fees. She was gentle and even though I have always been super squeamish with my eyes, she made me feel like I was a veteran with this! I will definitely be back and definitely recommend Lash Lounge and Erica.

The lashes are good, the atmosphere is clean and professional looking. First visit: (Riverpark) I had an appointment scheduled that somehow got removed from the schedule without anyones knowledge, even though I was recieving confirmations. A stylist was still able to take me AFTER I had to talk to the manager who was able get my first visit comped...ok. one time...Ill book for fill. SECOND time: (Woodward Park location) confirmation call, followed by a cancellation call. I had to reschedule which they make sound easy and no big deal. Im not impressed with this company AT ALL! It a waste of time. Im sure there are solutions to this problem, but the managers dont seem competent to know, that if your staff and do it, you as a manager, should fill in. Rescheduling something 3 days after the canceled app is ridiculous ESPECIALLY after booking the app WELL in advanced. I hope they start acting how they look.
