Went in to buy some tshirts. Asked for a 2xl in white and black. 2 of each. after the lady says no black ones except 2xlt... I said just the white then. I get home. 2 tshirt.... Size XL. I was hot. Go. Back to trade em.... No. Refunds.... I dont want a refund I want what I asked for. I wont go back to that store again.

Best most friendliest place in town. One of the first smoke shops in Fresno. Best prices and service. Only place you can get right size screens without buying an entire pack of the wrong sizes.

Terrible customer service have been trying to purchase a water pipe for 9 months first the owner claims she forgot to order the pipe. Now the company is out of business, then she tells me to call back in a couple of hours and she will create one with other pipe pieces. When I call back she puts on hold for 5 minutes and I hang up. Over the 9 months I made several calls to her regarding her getting the pipe. I used to really like this place but it just sucks horrible way to treat repeat customers!

The owner was very nice and funny. Helped me find what I was looking for and didnt try to upsale me. Place is pretty medium sized. Close and convenient to where I live.
