Helpful staff, called ahead of time and asked to look up an item, the staff member was kind and knowledgeable got me everything I needed!

Had everything I needed. Weren’t rude like everyone says, I don’t know what people expect from a hydro store. You buy your gear maybe ask a question or two and get out. Good shop overall.

I bought a couple of items from here, good service prices were close to internet prices on the two item I bought.

Personalitys like a rock. I Said hi. They just looked at me and slightly nodded. I asked about something they pointed to it. I felt i had invaded their space by shopping. So I barely spent any money and left. Anyways I drove to another grow place with better service and prices drive the extra 7 miles folks its worth the gas.

I was going to stop by but after reading all the horrible reviews about bad customer service, I think Ill do my self the favor and save a trip. Thanks everyone for the heads up! This is why you should treat customers better and take reviews seriously.

The owner is very, very rude. His standard of communication is based on a loud voice and a argumentative standard. I am a retired water engineer. I went in to his business to ask a question and share with him my knowledge. I was treated with disrespect and hostility.

They were rude, came in just to ask a question and the guy in the front gave ma attitude, made me feel very unwelcomed

Caught them closing at 3:50 pm when they say they close at 5 pm. I drove from the other side of town and called before I drove there to see if they had the product I was looking for. Garbage.
