The sales team and machine shop guys make you feel like family and they give us really great deals on the parts we need to run our small business.

The best place to get parts, Rod is amazing to work with and goes out of his way to help. Been going there for years. Amazing staff and always there to help. I highly recommend this supply store for all diesel truck parts.

Ive worked with John, Rod, Jesse and Eddie and theyve all been kind and respectful toward me and have a great deal of knowledge. They answer any questions politely and to the best of their ability and make sure their customers walk away with the right parts.

The Counter People are Very Helpful and go out of there way to find the parts or find some place that has the parts needed 🙂

Theyre a machine shop and they also sell truck parts. Got a 53 trailer axle machined here for a good price and they guys here are very polite and will even offer good suggestions and alternative solutuons.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CHOSE KROEGOER EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLY CO. THAT YOU COULD BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE AND BE TREATED WITH EXTREME RUDENESS .... and heres whyI am astounded at the RUDENESS of a few of their employees, namely JOHN J. The man who worked with me to return the wrong piece of equipment that HE sold us after inspecting the truck itself.After very rudely informing me of their 20% non refundable restocking fee and what a hassle it was to have their inventory thrown off, my reply was that we would not mind paying the fee at all. He then replied that he would allow us to keep our 20%(I assume it was because he was the one who sold us the wrong part). After asking if a check was ok, to which I agreed, he then informed me that it could take a while to receive it, as the owner had to sign it, to which I replied that I could comeback at anytime of the day to pick up the check at their convenience. He proceeded to get the information for the check and then left me standing at the counter for 15 min.s, with out a what he was doing? or why I was standing there doodling my thumbs?, while he continued his computer work watched me glaring at him to come over and inform me what he was doing. As a side note, while standing there I overheard that another employee uncaringly say that he had pissed off the owner of a company who would no longer purchase certain items from them. I then decided to ask the secretary what the owners name was (which she didnt know), and he (JOHN) finally laughing went to search for the check (almost 20 min.s later ). Upon returning he informed me that his boss was in the toilette and that it would be a while longer for me to get the check that I had no idea I was waiting for after being ditched at the counter. I then informed them that, AS I HAD SAID BEFORE, I could pick up the check later and proceeded to leave.While this is a mechanical truck shop that sells parts, and I understand that it is a predominantly male occupation the irritation and rudeness that I was treated with is (as I found out minutes later) not uncommon for my boss and partner to experience as well, with this exact same employee.In any line of work where you are dealing with large sums of money and Business owners or secretarys, a general standard of civility is expected, NOT HERE.As a woman this was extremely DEGRADING as I was passed by, many times, by other staff (all men) who met my eyes or were sitting and listening and ignored what was going on. NO man would stand for his mother, sister, or daughter to be treated thus and it is shameful for this company to allow treating any PAYING customer in such a way.PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CHOSE KROEGOER EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLY CO. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here for supplies/anything. John was extremely rude and demeaning to me. I had basic questions and I was obviously not worth his time or eye contact. Im not sure how you can be like that in a service industry?Customer service is not a priority here.

Wow John is quite popular! I too went into Kroeger supply and worked with John. He was rude and spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. I will not be bringing my business here.

Always have what i need when i need it
