I wish I had did my due diligence and did research on where the mattress I purchased would be coming from. Not only is the product defective the customer service is far worse than Ive ever experienced. I purchased a pillow top mattress from a mattress store in San Diego when I received the mattress not even two weeks later it began to sink. The store replaced the mattress and not even 2 weeks later the replacement was far worse. I file the warranty and got no where kept being told to call back months pass and still transfers and more hold times. Finally after 3 months I was told theres nothing that they can see wrong with my mattress from the pictures. I explained that the sinking is felt while laying in the mattress also explained to the representative that I had a spine injury and seizure condition which lack of sleep affects. Not a care from this company. This is how you treat disabled service members thanks I wish I had went to mattress firm like I did for my daughter and moms mattress which are perfectly fine. Now I have to spend more money thats what I get for trying to support small business owners.

THIS IS THE WORST MATTRESS WE HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. WE BOTH CONSTANTLY HAVE BACKACHES AND THIS COMPANY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR WARRANTY, WHICH THEY ADMIT IS FOR TEN YEARS.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get a warranty on a mattress i purchased 4 years ago. I have not slept on the mattress for a year because after only 3 years of using it, there were 4-6 in. impressions on both sides of the mattress. After 7 months of waiting for an answer they quoted me a shipping price almost the price of the mattress. I live in Washington and the company is in California. They also said it would be 3 weeks before i got my mattress. So after a year of hassle I have to wait 3 weeks to get a mattress that I will probably have to replace in 3 years anyways. Nobody was ever helpful on the phone and they dragged out the process to get me to give up. I talked to the local company that sold me that mattress and they said they do not do business with them anymore because of their terrible warranty service. I will never be buying a mattress manufactured by this company ever again.

The people are awesome!! The mattresses are AMAZING!!! OMG YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THESE. MATTRESSES!! go down there and see for tour self you wont find any other luxury mattresses like this anywhere else!!

I would give this 0 stars if I could, I am absolutely disgusted with this company and their bs 10 year warranty! Apparently if your mattress is 2 years old its under warranty but you will not get a new mattress, you will get your old mattress repaired and if there is no store that they do business with in your area you have to take the mattress to Fresno at your own expense. I was told to hire a truck to take it from northern california all the way down to fresno what a joke I can buy a new mattress for that! Ridiculous-not worth the $ I paid.UPDATE:An associate from pleasant mattress contacted me shortly after I left this review. She was extremely helpful and emailed me a warrenty packet. I filled it out & took necessary photos. She even arranged for me to pick up the new mattress at a furniture store in my town. The whole process was very easy and quick! Have had the new mattress for 11 months with no problems. Thank you :)2 STARS

This company and its employees are great to work with. I run a family business and it feels like you are working with family.

Bad management. Poor production line. Favoritism people only gets raises. You cannot move up and they are very unprofessional with work.

Definitely the problem that people have with this place has no place because first of all there are sample mattresses where they can test the mattress before buying it and if they bought it it was because they liked it and they are not complaining about the consequences I bought one and the truth is one Rest comfortably but genders break between tastes, I recommend that you visit a chiropractor to recommend one according to your problem.It is a good place and the prices are moderately accessible so rest those who can.
