Top notch facility and stellar customer service from Tye. Had a hiccup finding a location to accommodate a large move and Frisco Self Storage was responsive immediately. Tye was not only helpful, clear about availability and pricing, but she personally provided a number of options that worked best for my needs. Frisco Self Storage also has in-unit motion detection, sending alerts (that you can dismiss or flag as suspicious) whenever activity is detected. The added peace of mind is a nice touch too.

After looking for a climate controlled vehicle storage with no luck, the team at FSS offered a terrific solution. A shaded unit with climate controlled units above which keep the temperature lower than any other outside exterior unit I could find. This is perfect for my vintage restored vehicle. The staff was excellent and most importantly helped find a solution to a problem. Thank you!

If you need a storage unit or a moving truck rental, this is your place! Canassa, the property manager, and her whole staff are personable and professional, and they made our experience amazing. They have very reasonable pricing for everything, a very nice facility with elevators and new carts, nice new rental trucks, and amazing customer service. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! We do not have a storage unit here, but I am here quite often to use the post office services and recently rented a UHaul truck from this location. The staff has always been very friendly and kind. I must say how helpful and polite Tye was to deal with! She went out of her way and made the whole UHaul rental experience very easy. Thank you Tye and the entire staff!

I have used this location for all my postal needs over the last two years. I walked into their facility today at 315pm and was quickly yelled at by the employee at the desk that the postal desk is CLOSED! I said their is not a sign on the front doors that says the postal office hours are different than the office hours. She again tells me it’s closed and it closes at 3pm! Didn’t even offer me what the true “postal hours” are, or that i could come back in the morning. Just flat out RUDE! Never again, I will drive to the Little Elm post office from now on!

The Groupon gas a great deal on there... So it seemed.... Until I talked to them and they told me what the real deal was. The lady didnt even try to sale me on her property, she just accepted the loss.

This facility is well kept, well managed, and priced well. Tye helped us with our unit. She was an absolute delight to work with.

I would not recommend to my friends or family. It is new so looks great but my experience was awful. Buyer beware. I reserved a large unit and they said they would reserve it for me to start on a specific date. They rented it right under me and didnt bother to reach out to tell me and look for alternative solutions. They knew about it but never called to discuss until the day I came in (1 week before moving day!). They offered me two units to equal the size I originally had reserved but were going to charge me more (even though it was their mistake). Great service, huh? They also were not going to honor the discount price I was quoted on the first unit that they rented from out under me. Nice policies they have there on taking care of customers when they make multiple egregious business errors lacking common sense and fully lacking doing the right thing. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism, the sloppy way they managed it from start to finish and the fact they quoted me a higher price to cover their ineptness. Buyer beware. Clown circus managing the joint.

Ill be totally honest, I had an experience here that made me want to walk away but I went back because I wanted to rent here and they proved why I wanted to in the first place. Great service! Got a small 10x10 unit, did not take long and was a good price for all the features they offer. They also have uhauls they rent as well as a small post office and even wine storage, if thats something you need. Canassa is the property manager and easy to work with. The asistent managers are Tiffany and Mariah, they always great me warmly and make me feel like family. I look forward to storing here 😊

Great facility with a professional staff to take care of all of your needs. Extremely clean at all times. We had problems with our door and we were both accommodated and had the repair done quickly. This is not our first time to use a storage unit, but so far it has been the best experience.

I rent a small storage unit here. By far the most expensive i have ever had to pay for a unit and the carts ALWAYS have flat tires. Parking is limited and when folks bring in Uhaul trucks or trailers it is a nightmare. However, it is a mostly clean facility and thats why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

Frisco Self Storage is new.There is also a Post Office there.We recently used the Post Office facility there & both Paula & Tiffany were AMAZING!They both go over & beyond to help you & are extremely patient.We sent a parcel from there & they recommended we us Fed-Ex-packaged it & did not charge any extras.We went to Fed -EX & they were abrupt & wanted to charge for everything.Fed-Ex wanted $28.00 to send the parcel &this facility was only $12.00.I highly recommend more locals to support this facility...

The staff was very accommodating. The prices are competitive. The facility is clean and secure and safe. Paula and Tiffany are amazing. Please check them out. We went to three or four locations in this neighborhood and we were sold on this. Plus They a have US post office on site and a place to drop off your mail where you can just drive up.

When you call a business and they say I will call you back you would think that is what they would do well I am still waiting on a call back by Cassandra on a credit I was told I would be getting in 3 days its been 8days nothing yet. I picked up a U-Haul on Saturday and me and another customer were having the hardest time let alone the waiting. Previous customer to me had her card ran 2-3 times because they thought I was the customers card then her daughters card which was not the problem. The problem was with U-Haul system and the lady could not figure that out until I told her trying to check in online was not working. Finally she called someone who ran our card manually then I went to check on U-Haul truck and it had a low tire reading on the dashboard not only that but the additional moving materials I needed were not on the truck. I was told about 9:30 that someone was coming to drop them off mind you I was to pick up this truck at 9. I ended picking up until 10:45 due to the lack of truck being ready and system issues. The online pick up on the truck shows 9:30 which is incorrect was told that would be manually corrected was not at all fixed. I lost time and movers that morning. DIves

This Frisco Self Storage location is a full-service facility with USPS services, wine storage, and general storage units. The interior is bright, clean, and very well organized. The hours are excellent and they have Saturday and Sunday hours as well. There is a large wall of surveillance cameras for the storage areas, so they feel very secure. They have a large area of shipping and general office type items for sale for almost any need that you might have. The general manager, Sherry, could not have been more friendly or accommodating and she took the time to explain everything that they have to offer and mentioned both of her managers by name as well. This Frisco Self Storage will definitely be my one stop shop for all of my shipping needs and any future storage needs that we might have.

It was a great experience obtaining storage for my collectable wine.

We decided to rent a space at this facility because it was close to our home and their prices were less than the other sites in the same area. We really like that the facility is always clean and the management folks are very friendly and helpful. The facility has good security and our access in and out works for our needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has items to store that need to be in a controlled or non controlled environment.

Canassa and Mariah were very nice! Their knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond, show me around, answer my questions and assist me with selecting the proper unit was greatly appreciated! Tiffany on the other hand does not know how to assist customers in the order in which they came. I was completely overlooked the day I went in to sign my contract because of another customers blatant disregard of my presence which proceeded his. She should have politely responded to his demand by asking him give her a moment so she could assist me, but that did not happen. Please provide her with the additional training she needs to be a well versed employee like the others.Facility Cons:- One elevator per building which is a hindrance if youre not the only person moving on that day- A lock accompanied by a Thank You letter leading one to believe it is a gift, which it is not. They will charge you for it if you use it or fail to take it to the office. This is misleading and should stop.- The elevator will stop working if your access code is entered too many times, which will happen if youre moving the contents of a 3 bedroom home like I was. Not something you want to happen when youre paying someone to move your things by the hour.- Tiffany, the associate that tells you something different in person vs. what what explained over the phone. She also claimed to have reversed the reservation fee I was charged which did not happen, in addition to charging me an admin fee. I called several days later to follow-up and the issue has since been resolved by Canassa.Facility Pros:- Clean- Fairly New- Secure- Reasonable Monthly Rates- Conveniently Located- Mail/UPS/FedEx Service Inside (hidden gem)

Utilizing the Frisco Self Storage Facility has been an absolutely awesome experience thus far. Awesome Staff here!! Clean storage units and even has bathrooms which are always kept clean. Prices are very reasonable for the storage units. Climate controlled units are kept a perfect temperature.

Visited this site on Friday, 11/15. Just went in to mail a letter. I believe the lady who waited on me was Kinesha. Delightful young lady. This is so opposite to service in a regular post office. Thanks, Kinesha - for making this so much more pleasant than waiting in line at the post office!

Bugs, bugs, bugs!! Crickets 🦗 damage clothes, mattresses and your belongings and precious furnishings. Please research! Crickets are nesting in items and there was NO pest control notice or traps given to clients so that crickets didn’t infest our units! This storage facility is crawling with bugs!! They might as well sweep them into your units, because whatever they’re doing for pest control IS NOT WORKING! See pictures!!
