Do not spend your money here! Run away fast. Bought a fresh tire and rode away, next day it had a crack in the tread line. What they told me is that it may have been an old tire. They wanted full price for another tire to replace it. BS. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have taken my motorcycle for tires and also bought my helmet there. Its pretty much my first choice when it comes to motorcycle parts and accessories. Also, bike nights are a must to go!

The lady who runs this place is why I will be a lifelong customer. Had a nail in my rear tire, she got me in despite everyone else there telling me that it was too late in the day to get patched. The tire prices are always the cheapest and the mechanic is the best for Hondas in So.Cal.

If you need gear they have good deals here and there but avoid them at all costs for any motorcycle repairs. They give you a decent quote over the phone but jack up the price by 2-3x once they have your motorcycle. Will never be coming back.

First time rider, and needed some gear. Had great customer service, assistance, and all the staff was really knowledgeable and even more friendly. Loved going here as a newbie and learned lots! Their selection seems pretty darn close to perfect for a newbie like myself, but I cant speak for more experienced riders. I hope you enjoy your visit like I did!

Really good service, selection and convenient location

Motorhelmets is the place to go for anything motorcycle related. The second I walked into the shop Alex was helping me choose a helmet to fit my riding type. He answered all my questions and taught me more about helmet fit than Ive been able to find online in years. Extremely happy with my choice and will be going back for everything moto related.

Wow my first time here and they have a very large selection of motorcycle gear. I wasnt expecting to see so much and didnt bring enough cash, but they have everything from cheap to high quality gear. Shoei, AVG, Alpinestar, Dainese, Scorpion, and so on! And they also service bikes here to and their prices seem reasonable. Staff was friendly. I think I was in the store for over an hour looking at all the gear. Oh and I forgot to mention that the prices here is very nice. The Alpinstar Celer gloves are cheaper here than Revzilla. Plus I get to try on all the gear before buying. Big plus for me as I will be coming back here more often and maybe foe services too.

Purchased 3 helmets over the past 6 years. Always received great service and valuable advice. In addition, had them install a new set of tires on my vespa (yup vespa) a few years back. Didnt make me feel weird about not having a motorcycle. Going in later this week to see about a new set of tires for my MV Agusta.... hopefully theyll be able to get it done....

My bike had a oil leak no one could find there mechanics found it did full service got new tires and a new helmet the final cost did not cost me so much I would recommend this place to any one

Told me it’ll be 1 hour to change a tire that cost 70 dollars cheaper elsewhere and it took them 3 hours. On top of that when they removed my fender and out the tire back on they smashed my turn signal wires on to my fender which cased the tire to fray the the wires! Customer service was okay but aside from that it’s a last resort shop for me.

These guys are great! Yesterday I got a killer deal on a Shoei Qwest and I really needed a helmet upgrade. Tyler and Jayce took the time to help me distinguish between AGVs and Shoeis and I feel that Ill be much safer in my Shoei in case of a collision. Even discounted the helmet cleaner I picked up. Coming back here today to pick up my old helmet (couldnt carry both as I was on my bike when I bought it) and may grab a Sena or some other gear.Thanks guys!

Scam you for any cent they can. Steal parts or use used parts to fix yours and sell it to you as new. Went to get my bike “repaired” and it broke down less than a mile away from their shop. It took more than a week and a half to get “repaired” then it took them another week to solve a problem they caused.

Great shop, great people.I had been shopping for a set of bars for my 2014 Roadking. Once I picked out my Factor 47s I called into Ruben @ Motorhelmets and it was seamless from there.At that point Ruben was the contact with Factor 47 handling the order of my bars and setting up the install. The bars came in a week earlier then expected and I was called to set up a day to drop off my bike.I dropped my bike off the day before the scheduled install and my bike was ready the same day.Thanks again to everyone over @ Motorhelmets

Had some work done to my bike about 2 hours worth 2 new tires a chain and oilchange never called to tell me it was done I called a day later they said it was done went to get it and theyre computers were down couldnt give me the bike back they were closed the next day so go in Monday to get the bike. I had dropped of on Thursday morning running. Put it in the truck bed drive home wont start no power try to charge battery nothing. Go get a new battery still nothing bike has 1000 miles on it no idea whats wrong now. I guess its my fault for taking the bike to them

Excellent service. Came in told them what I needed they took the bike told me it would be ready in about 3 to 4 days. Received a call 2 days later it was done. They noticed something else was wrong with the bike informed me, offered the service but did not try to push me into it.

Great place for stuff from street bikes to cruisers. My last visit I had a front tire replaced on my FLTRU (Harley) for $100 less than the dealer. Ask for a discount on helmets. They can usually sell for at.least 10% off. Make sure you look online before going for price match.

Ive been coming here for years for all my motorcycle needs. They have everything from parts and accessories to anything you need to gear up. If they dont have it in the store, they will get it quickly. With the great staff that is always helpful you can never go wrong and they are very knowledgeable.

Only been there to pick up accessories (gloves, helmet visor,etc) so far but love this place. Excellent customer service and better prices than online as they’ve kicked in a 10% discount without me asking (not sure if that’s normal). I am definitely giving this place more of my business to keep the local brick and mortars around.

They answer all your questions and help you make the right decisions when it comes to things the bike needs or repairs. My first experience here was great! I had a female employee (I forgot her name) help me out with getting the things I needed for my first oil change on a 2016 Yamaha R6 as I didnt know where everything was located. She was very patient and helpful through the whole process itself all while the store was jam packed with customers. The store has a huge selection of helmets, parts and accessories. I also need to mention that they also offer financing for those who are not looking to drop a grip load of cash on parts or accessories, and all you need is a valid ID, and a bank account! Ill definitely be there again soon to purchase a new helmet!

I was looking for some gear required to take some safety motorcycle courses. I was looking at some shops online, then came across this particular one in Google.I came here and the guys working were cool with me asking new guy questions. I told him what I was looking for, and they helped find it. At a killer price, too.It was somewhat short visit and I came out with what I wanted. Matt and the team at motorhelmets is the only place I go to and the only place Id ever go. Since 2011 theyve taken care of any Motorsports needs I have. Matt is the main person I go to, and Im sure everyone has their main person there, because everyone kills it. I literally refer everyone I know in motorsports to go here. Theyre no BS, they dont try to oversell you, but they know exactly what you need. I think the thing that says the most about them: Ive referred at least 30 people here...not one has ever had a single complaint and all of them continuously return...motorhelmets takes care of its customers. I was in a tight spot and needed emergency work on my bike. I called ahead and was told if I could get the bike in the shop by 2PM they could fix it same day. I limped my bike in and got there by 130pm. On arrival they told me they couldnt help me until the next day leaving me stranded. There was no concern shown over keeping their word.

Huge selection, I came in window shopping for a helmet that was out of my budget (rf1200)but once I got there I was helped by the sales guy Matt and he helped me out a ton with answering all of my questions. I ended up leaving with a new shoei rf1200 that was way below my budget! I cant reccomend this place more, thank you matt!

Very slow to work on your bike. Dropped off my bike for a simple oil leak, I even pointed out what was leaking and what needed to be replaced. Was dropped off on 2/17, was told would possibly be ready by 2/21-2/22. Since I had not received a phone call, I called on 2/22, was told the mechanic was finishing a bike and would look at mine at the very end of the day. I waited patiently, 1 week later on 3/2, I called again, asking about my bike, was told, we just found out it needs 2 gaskets, will be $180, Was told it would take 1 week for the parts to arrive, if it was approved. At this point, I let them know I would pick up my bike. Upon arriving at the store, was then told I would need to pay a diagnostic fee, when I refused was told I could not pick up my bike until the following day, when I spoke to the service manager, who at this point, 2 weeks in, had yet to call me. I then spoke to a lady that was working in the back office, explained the situation, she then released my bike to me. I am not normally a complainer, but all that was needed to take care of me, would have been a phone call.If I did not call, I would not have received an update.My bike was at this shop from 2/17 until 3/2, with no work done at all, and not 1 phone call made to me during this time.

Went to a bunch of places looking for an rpha 11 pro and most of them had it in a size medium (i thought i was a size medium) but not in the graphic i wanted. I came here and tried on the graphic i wanted in a medium and the sales rep immediately pointed out to me that i actually needed a size small. I didnt believe him at first but he had me try one on and sure enough my actual size is a small and nobody else had pointed this out to me. Ended up walking out that day with the rpha 11 in the graphic i wanted and in the correct size i needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely going back 10/10

Customer service is terrible, I have been in six times same every visit. You get the treatment you would expect from a five-year old when asking them to do anything be right there, thats code for 15 min. after they are done chatting about what they did last weekend.... I just go to get my hands on an item and than order it for less on Internet. The sad part is they have a great selection, I just cant pull out my wallet with service like that.

Ordered items on a Friday one to arrive by Tuesday. Didnt get any call or update so called Wednesday and was told one came in the other didnt but I could come to get a refund. Go back on the following Friday only to be told neither was in and is expected Monday. A week and a half to get a helmet shield with no proactive notification? Poor. If you want something they sell on site then go for it but dont order anything unless you want to wait around until they take their time to notify you.

It was shipped out on Monday, you should receive your helmet by the end of todayFollowed by a ups tracking link. I clicked the link. It shows Monday delivery.Figured oh well. Monday is around the corner.July 15th. Shows delivered....... in the wrong state.Called company they state something happened.Get a reply that says: Hi Nicholas,I am sorry, for the error and confusion, looks like email address got mixed up. Your helmet has not been shipped yet, although we did received your returned helmet today.I forward your information to our shipping department to pull and process your exchange.This company sucks. And Ill never do buisness with them again. They offered absolutely nothing to compensate for my inconvenience. Now Im still stuck with no helmet.

I have bought several items at this store. I usually go online to check prices and they are always less .... Gloves / Helmets / Boots have to be tried on before buying online and they dont mind if you do not buy them there ! I can give them an online price quote and it is always been beaten if possible . I recently had a tire installed on my bike rim I took to them .They only Charged me 25 BUCKS and when I asked about doing a valve adjustment they quoted me 350 dollars, this included all parts needed ( gaskets and shims ) ...I had an HJC helmet with a broken chin intake vent and they replaced it for FREE, even though I did not buy it there . AWESOME PEOPLE WORKING there, I always am happy to deal with them !
