Wow! I could not ask for a more professional flooring company. We live in a historic home in the East End built in the early 1900s. We wanted to keep the original hardwoods; however, we needed to have subfloor put under the house. This company did an incredible job, you would never know that the flooring had any issues it is like brand new. Johnny and Seneca both treated our home like their own home. Online number didnt work both times I called. I tried emailing and he did answer so he gave me a number and we spoke on the phone.The plan was for him to call me the next morning around 8 am to tell me what time that afternoon he would be by my house. No call.My time is just as precious. It would have been professional and curteous to get a call even if he couldnt make it.When I tried him back the number wasnt working again.This speaks volumes to me. Respect and communication is everything. In my recent experience.....if you dont have these two things, you end up losing a lot of money and being frustrated while not getting your job done.Im disappointed because Ive heard such good things about this company but none if what I heard was true in my case.

Coastal installed new vinyl plank in my kitchen and bath then painted the entire home. Very pleased with their service. Five stars

Johnnys team turned up on time and completed the jobs efficiently, which is great when you have a lot of work to schedule. We had vinyl plank installed and the work was fantastic. We had carpet installed and the result was average, it would have been great if the installers provided some professional advice on how the carpet would look on our old subfloor surface so we had an opportunity to fix it before installation. Instead we have new carpet with visible lines and lumps due to the poor subfloor which may have been resolved with underlayment. Johnnys team installed backsplash tile and did a good job although not perfect, some big areas filled with grout where tile was cut too short. Finally they installed quartz countertop. Unfortunately counter top was scratched and counter top was installed unlevel in one section, both of which Johnny refused to fix and still charged full price.

The guys at coastal flooring did a fantastic job on our beach house. They basically gutted the house for us. Johnny was patient and informative with my wife as she picked out the flooring, tile and quartz countertops.They cleaned up after themselves and it looks like a brand new beach house.Thanks coastal flooring for such a professional job that kept me from having to come down to the island every day to check on your progress.Great Job!!!

Coastal Flooring—exceptional work! In 2020, Coastal replaced the existing carpet, vinyl plank, and entry tile in my Galveston pier-and-beam home with extra-large porcelain over hardie board. It was a large project at +2000 SF and required moving furniture. The quality was exceptional. The timeliness was very good. The cost was fair and reasonable. They were also professional and courteous. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others. Suggest calling to see their floor room on 45th in Galveston.
