Staff is incredible and go out of their way to help find what you are looking for.

Staff sits around on there phones. Also they will not take back any merchandise so if they get you for a costume thats not the right size you are legit stuck with it this incudes any accessories not opened either.

I purchased a costume from the Baybrook location that unbeknownst to me was ripped, smelly, and stained with deodorant as well as lots of other bodily fluids.I tried contacting that location, but their customer service is terrible and they made speaking to a person/returning the costume impossible.I came to this location hoping they could help me and they did without hesitation.Not only did they take the bio-hazardous costume off my hands to properly dispose of it like the other location should have, but I was able to get a WAY cuter costume that was out of stock at the other location AND they opened/examined it at the counter before purchase to ensure it was clean, safe, and in good condition.Im so thankful for the kind women that helped me here today!
