Adrian and team were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is the kind of locally run place I’llgo out of my way for!Context: Stopped by, with my vintage camper in tow, in hopes of finding a tool I forgot to bring and something to temporarily repair the door.

What an island gem. They had the very small bolt and screw that 3 other places didnt have, the customer service is a 10, their inventory is great, the young man that assisted me has a vast amount of knowledge and was extremely helpful.

I have always had a good shopping experience here except for today..I called and spoke to the young man that works there looking for a tool..he said he needed to look and asked me to hold.I waited at least 10 minutes straight and decided to drive there while holding..well I assume it was the owner who opened the door for me asked what can he help me with and I stated I was put on hold and I showed him my phones screen it said 17 minutes he asked who did I speak with I stated a younger guy..I guess the young man just forgot and when he realized I was the one he put on hold and actually came to the store while still on hold. .he tried getting back on the phone saying hello sir are you still there ..yea sorry we dont have your tool here..but he did all this in front of his boss.I told the young man its too late your boss is helping me out now but thanks for making me wait so long.And guess what..his boss found the tool I needed right in front of him all the while the young man was trying to detour his boss saying we dont have it I looked everywhere.His boss was like ..here it is!In just a matter of seconds.I bet he felt like a grade A dummy lol.I gave it 2 stars for today otherwise I know I have to go in and look around..today I didnt have that luxury.
