Cookie fudge sundae with all the fixings was delicious

Today after dinner at Pit BBQ. We decided to take a walk on the beach. Once we were done with our walk we decided to go to one of our favorite spots when were in Galveston Texas. We decided to go to Ben & Jerrys ice cream. Ben & Jerrys is my favorite ice cream place to go for ice cream. Its located on the Seawall so its very easy to find and the customer service is awesome. The selections of ice cream flavors that they have are incredible. There are so many good flavors that I cant decide which one Im going to get. My only disappointment today was they did not have any cookies and cream ice cream. That is my most favorite ice cream in the world. The lady at the counter apologize and she actually made suggestions as far as what her favorite ice creams flavors were. I decided to get Chunky Monkey which was absolutely delicious. My husband decided to try Milk and Cookies. It sounds weird but it was delicious. This was the perfect way to end a perfect day with my hubby. So if youre ever in Galveston Texas stop by Ben & Jerrys on the Galveston seawall. You wont be disappointed.

Hands down one of the cutest ben & jerry’s shops. really cute nice and great customer service. i’m sad that there isn’t one where i live. they have a huge variety of flavors and the service is GREAT quality!!

First time in a Ben & Jerrys ice cream shop. Service was excellent and ice cream was exceptionally delicious. If ever on Seawall Blvd, must give it a try!

I have never seen a Ben and Jerrys store so i had to try it. It is a bit pricey but i wasnt disappointed because they make great ice cream. Staff was friendly

If you come back after closing around 2 AM and knock seven times on the door and the trough goblin will come to the door. Tell the trough goblin you yearn for his treats. When he returns he will give u the trough. It’s an assortment of fallen toppings and melted ice cream to make a delicious creamy broth of vast flavors. You’re welcome.

Amazing place to shop an ice cream. Very tasty and flavorful. Place is clean and easy to find, stands right on the road. Ladies who served us have been very polite and friendly. I think k you will enjoy an ice cream and if you would seat cross the road you will see an amazing ocean view.

I have never got to go in a Ben and Jerrys store before. This was such a cute little shop with more than just scooped ice cream. They had smoothies, milkshakes, cones, bowls. Loved it because there product was the same. The customer service was great and the staff was helpful and great at matching ice cream. Great experience!

Fantastic ice cream, a given. I love Ben & Jerrys! The waffle cones were fresh, warm, and very good. The only problem I had was that the bottom of the house-made cone had a large gap in it so it leaked like Hoover Dam after Chevy Chase had his way with it. Still highly recommended!

Yummy ice cream. Several non dairy options for people with food allergies or vegan. But there were no bathrooms, and no place to sit down.

The ice cream was great, the two long haired guys with there skater hair all over the place I didnt care for. They could at least take it out of there face while serving food.

Small location with no seating which is a real bummer. After realizing that, the ice cream was just ice cream. And a bit over priced considering we could have just walked into Kroger to get twice the amount and the same flavors for half the price.

We went here a couple of days ago on our vacation and it was cramped parking for one and the shop seemed old and eh... It was super expensive, just wanted to try a Ben and Jerrys with my kids, we wont be back! The ice cream is good but not good enough for me to return to this location! I noticed that the owner never responded to any of these complaints, Red Flag for me.

I was charged more than I should have. I asked why I was charged 35 dol when I was only getting 3 ice creams(2/2scoops and 1/single on waffle cones) and never got an answer. I was asked to pls pay because I was holding the line. Never again at this place!

Im a little bummed that they dont let you sample flavors because of Covid, but thats not their fault. However, the ice cream was amazing and so creamy. There was a huge variety of flavors too. The employees were both incredibly friendly and patient with our indecision. Will definitely be back!

Very good fresh icecream and perfect location. Bot the best parking. But the view of the Gulf makes up for it.

Went last night. They were busy but service was quick and staff was friendly.

It was okay. I honestly thought I would get better than having a soggy cone as soon as I got it. I only took a few bites out of it then threw it away. It was NOT worth the $20+ for 2 items.

Great place to get some late night ice cream. We entered and was great by the super nice employee Alex. I cannot give this guy enough praise, he was super nice and had a great personality. He deserves a raise. We spent some time picking out our ice cream and I got The Tonight Dough in a waffle cone as pictured (After a took a couple licks) this is delicious GET THIS FLAVOR, it was so good. No complaints at all except it is a little expensive, but I would go again. Great place! -NL

Called earlier in the day to see if they still had the caramel core, they said they did, but when we got here the girl working said they didn’t but she could make it for me anyway. She ended up charging $7.99 for some extra caramel that wasn’t even a “core”. For a long time B&J lover, and my first time there, I sure was disappointed.

Ice cream was not cold...it was melting as they scooped into cup..u could see how it had melted in bucket beforehand...would not go back

Of course this place has no bathroom, sends you to the pizza place next door—but I didn’t want pizza. The ice cream is too sweet and the place needs a good cleaning and update. Galveston is just not tourist friendly folks.

Loved dropping by here for ice cream.The smallest you can get is two scoops for $5.50. You can get a shake made out if any flavor. They have sundaes too. No in-store seating and no outdoor seating either.

Wow just wow a true gem on the island the tastiest ice cream anywhere perfect for a cool down after a hot day on the beach the staff are allways so friendly and patient while my family and I take our time to build the perfect ice cream and also giving us suggestions to make it even better would highly recommend any visitor to galveston island to stop in for a cool treat on a hot texas day !!!

This is the worst Ben and Jerry scoop shop I have been to. I verified online thay had the scoop shop exclusive flavor of cookies and cream and I was happy when I saw it on the menu when I walked in the store and then it went downhill.As soon as we walked there were workers in the back just sitting in view of the customers. They were sitting on their phones and chatting. I made eye contact one, she got up, and then went right back to sitting talking to fellow workers. There is also a bell on the door so they can hear when someone comes in and more people came in after us. A worker came back in the store from outside and had to get them moving to help us after a 4 minute wait.I asked if they had cookies and cream but they did not have the ice cream. They were annoyed that I needed to think after not having an ice cream that was on the menu board. I picked a different flavor and the ice cream was yummy. Overall I was very disappointed with this scoop shop and do not plan to return.

It was okay. The price for ice cream here is crazy! For 2 adults and 4 kids (2 cones, a cup with one scoop of froyo, and 3 shakes) it was 50 dollars!! We didnt even get anything fancy like sundaes or add ins! Its the location, I suppose but dang! You can get the same thing at Braums for under 10 dollars! I was also kind of disappointed with the set up because you pick your flavor but then go down the line a little more and there are more flavors to choose from but you already have your cone! I just got something because I didnt see anything I wanted but then got down to the end and saw some ice cream I really wanted to try but I had already gotten my ice cream! Oh well, its the experience I guess because its right on the beach!

Stopped for two scoops of New York Super Fugde Chunk, at Ben and Jerrys along the seawall in Galveston, pleasant stuff, great water view and eating ice cream was excellent.

The only reason why this place isnt getting 5 stars is because there was only one person when I went so it took some time. Another reason was because they had ran out of some flavors, including my favorite, cookies and cream. Other than that, this place was good.

Wonderfull experience, loved the chocolate icecream and peanut butter shake.

I love the brand its just weird the branch charges you twice your local grocery store for the same packed IC.

Thanks to their Dairy free selection, which I rarely see anywhere, I was actually able to enjoy some ice cream with my wife on Valentines Day. It was late, but they welcomed us in and were very friendly and hospitable.

On a hot day, by the beach, what else could you want besides a delicious scoop of ice cream? Ben and Jerrys have fantastic flavors and the company itself is awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

Always excellent quality and friendly staff. Sanitizers provided and masks required. No cash during covid and social distancing in place.

Card machine was down, we had to go get cash, and the parking lot is really small, 6 spaces, but the ice cream is great!

Nasty wreck happened outside just after we got inside. Hands were thrown, yelling commenced, and the dude took off. Police on scene almost immediately and when they discovered the guy left they took off like a bat out of hell. Very entertaining.Oh and the ice cream was on point, too. 👌

I visited this place because of their social activism. Unfortunately they only had a small variety of flavors. Then I order a banana split, but they failed to tell me they didnt have any whipped cream or nuts :( until the end.Service was friendly, and the ice cream delicious but lack of supplies was disappointing.

This is a small little shop right on the Seawall. They have all the great flavors. Just want you want after a long hot day on the beach! I had the cinnamon swirl flavor and it was quite refreshing. They also make all of their own waffle cones in house.
