Bad Attitudes. I usually go to League City UPS, this was my first experience at Galveston location, I think it will be my last. The young man at the register wasnt very inviting or friendly, but he was very helpful. Thank you.However, the older lady with long brown hair came to assist the young man with processing my packages. She was very rude. She seemed to not understand the security aspect of a package being secured by tape (closed & sealed) in the presence of the customer,before the customer leaves. She was clearly irritated by me making this request, and was verbally hostile towards me. I refused to take any bait from a miserable person trying to spread negativity, I ignored her. I wasnt going to write this review, but when I saw she has a history of this behavior I felt something should be done... In the event this lady continues to provoke customers and someone does respond at least the customer can legally prove that UPS was previously aware of their employee being hostile, verbally & physically provocative towards customers...

0 Stars fro this experience.I had the most HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL experience ever at this location. The employee Deanna was outright rude. She went to the back of the location to TALK trash about her issues with me wanting to see my $600 laptop packaged after another employee took the cord from my laptop and put it in another box that they were packing up to be shipped out. She also stated loudly that she needed to go pee and I guess my request for her to do her job was causing her anguish.There was NO clear manager on site an it was just a mess.I hope corporate monitors these reviews because some real customer service training needs to happen ASAP.

Terrible customer service! The young guy who works there should definitely stay home. He is not a good fit for workplace. Ups must be desperate to keep people like him on board.

Went to drop off an amazon return and had a less than pleasant experience. The store closed at 6:30 pm. I pulled up at 6:32 and walked to the door. The two young men working upfront saw me and rushed to turn off the lights to appear closed and the other signed to me by swiping his hand across his neck that he would not simply walk 5 feet, and take my package. That’s all he had to do. So rude and unprofessional. As someone who has worked in the service industry several years, it isn’t the end of the world to assist a customer after closing, especially 2 minutes!

Great service & prices

Service is a bit slow but employees are helpful if you ask the right questions. Not friendly but helpful.

Had an Amazon return which is always fast and simple. Went back to the car and forgot I wanted to ask them a question. I asked and they said no. The lady at the register stated, “uhhhh do we look like the post office?”. Since when was it stupid to ask a simple question? I understand UPS is a separate entity from the USPS. But customer relations and service goes a long ways. Even if it means to ask a simple, stupid question.

Apparently, like other delivery services, they cant read their special instructions I requested that someone knock on the door when delivering and not drop and run, which they did. We have alot of package thefts around here and I ordered an expensive item. Luckily it wasnt taken before I found it, but CLEARLY they dont care about their customers!

Theyve been placing my packages in the hallway by the street other peoples yards and even behind cars. Freaking annoying disgusting and untrustworthy. They also wont refund kr replace they never answer and are bot help what so ever.

Could provide better service.

Once I was inside everything was fine, but what happened outside the store was upsetting. As I was getting out of my car, my packing slip blew out of my hand. I was chasing it down carrying my box as the wind blew it everywhere. I finally got it with my foot and set the box down to put it inside. Employee comes out hollering at me about leaving trash in the parking lot. I explained that it wasnt trash and I was shipping the box but had to chase down the packing slip. She turns around and walks back into the store with no apology or offer to help. The other employee checked me out.
