Me and my boyfriend went today and Anna helped us she was so nice and she pulled the trays of all the rings my size to the top shelf so I could see them all under the glass which was so helpful! there wasn’t really a wait which is always good lol

To my surprise they had extended the sale I was so excited, I purchased 3 more charms saved 50% and I did buy another charm that Ive been looking for MOTHER/SON CHARMLast week I did purchased several items my favorite charm was FAITH OVER FEARGREAT customer service both times in Pandora..

I went there to have my bracelet cleaned, and one of the sales associates constantly tried to sell me something. I understand that they earn a percentage of what they sell, but I felt uncomfortable having to deny the multiple offerings. Also, this person did a poor job in cleaning the bracelet, as it was visibly yellow on some parts and lighter on others.

The youngman working there knows his merchandise. He was patient and has a great sense of humor.

I was a little disappointed that they didnt have the book that you can take home with you and look at the charms and decide by your next visit. Otherwise the lady was very nice to me. I just wish they had more books to distribute to their customers.

Understaffed,3 workers. One line for purchase,returns and repairs. After waiting....they dont have item😕I find,Pandora in Green Acres is well stocked,more workers & pace is faster w/out the rush☺

I had received several rings as a Christmas gift. The rings were too small and I needed to exchange for the next size up. The sales associate tells me I have to pay 35% fee to exchange for the same exact rings. Complete scam. Horrible customer service!!

Absolutely terrible costumer service. I ordered only one ring for pickup and was told I would receive an email 6-8 hours after. I have not revived any email after a whole day since ordering. This is ridiculous since I only ordered one ring. No help in the store either. Terrible experience.

There was an hour wait in the line to enter the store. Once in the store, the sales rep was attentive to us and spent time until the transaction was over. It was a nice experience.

Customer service is great.

Waited 40 minutes on line for the worst service for a jewelry-type store. You expect to be able to browse but employees rush you through and treat your merchandise haphazardly. In addition, I told them I wanted two rings and they retrieved them from other employees (not wrapped, not boxed) in their hands. I was surprised because another pandora store I usually went to took such care into making sure I received only new and untouched items. They were not even cleaned or wiped before putting them into bags.

Just got some things for my mother bday.... Am so haply with their attention Emily angie a gentleman i think named john, they are sooo helpful and dedicated thanks so much for the work you guys do!!!

Believe the other reviews! They are rude and unprofessional here. Don’t spend your precious money in this sorry excuse of a jewelry store. If Pandora actually reads these reviews, fire the entire staff at this store and get ones who truly believe in great customer service!

Service 5/5, Price 5/5, waiting time 3/5I went to the store on 12/26, and there was a line to get into the store as I expected. It took us about 30 to 40 min just to get in. The person who helped us was very nice and explained very details about the products. We got the bracelet with 3 charms and 2 clips, and got 45% off on 3 selected items which were the bracelet and 2 charms. (Sale was for the limited time) It was my moms first pandora bracelet, and she is very happy with It!I cant wait to get more charms for my mom. The bracelet and charms are beautiful!

Helpful staff but inventory is lacking

Sunday morning. Three young ladies working in the store. One person being helped and I have been waiting on line for 30 plus minutes. No one has even acknowledged the fact that Im standing here. When I said something to them, one young lady caught an attitude and told me that I have to wait. At this point I want to return everything. Pandora needs to do better.

Went into the store with my girlfriend to buy a ring last week on the 18th of december. I spoke with an asian woman on what I wanted and they did not have her ring size. She kept trying to give me other rings that I did not want.She told me she can order it which was fine I didnt mind spending extra money on a fast delivery, I just wanted to make sure I had the right size ring for my girlfriend. I asked her to measure her finger and made sure with her that it would be an good size. Ended up with the ring not fitting her so I was a little upset.

I love buying their products for my wife, but the wait to just get into the store was unbelievable. I had to wait over an hour to pick up two items because there were only two employees at 11am in the store. I was then told I needed to wait in a line that they just put out in front of the store because more people were coming in. In their confusion on who was first, second, etc... i had to stand outside in the line. Once i got into pick up the two items, which took me a whole 10 minutes, which included paying for my selection. Very disappointing! If it werent a gift for my wife i would have left.

My bracelet turned black! So disappointed with them. I had it cleaned and it still turns black within days! I spoke with someone at the store, I was informed sometimes this happens but she cannot do anything about it. She suggested I clean it weekly...👎🏾

I went to exchange my birthday gift bracelet because it was too big, and wanted to buy a few more things. Unfortunately all I received was poor customer service. One staff member ignored me when I asked her if there was a sign in sheet. When I was finally attended, the lady was completely unhelpful. I ended up leaving. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Not only this location, it’s happen to Pandora at Woodbury location also. They treated us very rude. They can see we are not rich, and not gonna buy much. So even though we are in front of the sales person, they are not talking to me either. But I am pretty sure the sale person are talking to others customer in a very passion way, and asked them if they need help or something. But not us. I felt like not only we are seem not gonna but anything, and also maybe because we are Chinese. I felt like they discriminated us. Who knows what is the real reason for them to don’t like provide any service to us.

Very rude staff, I had asked a question on what I can do about my ring and I just got attitude. Did not appreciate that at all. I went to pandora when I went to the city they said I could get it fixed at another place. I love how the city staff had more manners and were very helpful.

General rule, if youre shopping in Roosevelt Field Mall during the Christmas season, bring your patience. I was buying from Pandora for my daughters birthday, she wanted a ring. The store has a line outside, one person taking names and handing out lollipops. Waited about 15 minutes (on a Thursday morning), would have waited longer but two people in front of me (who didnt bring their patience)left. My salesperson, she told me her name but I cant remember it and its not on my receipt, helped me make my daughter very happy. I not only bought the ring she wanted but two more, because they stack so nicely. I enjoyed shopping there but Im not sure my husband would get the whole thing. I will be visiting the store again real soon, I got my first bracelet this Christmas :)

I was standing in line and the guy skipped me to help another person. That stores lacks on communication, they don’t acknowledge you when you come into the store. Will never go back there.

This Pandora store in Westfield Sunrise is well ran and the service one gets here makes it worth the drive from other parts of long island. After going to this store and Roosevelt Field I learned the hard way.... Roosevelt Field isnt worth it. At Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa youll receive a pleasant mannered nice person serving you.

The manager Stephanie Lopez was rude and obnoxious. She seemed totally burnt out and had enough of everyone. All I wanted to do was return a ring that was the wrong size. I had a gift receipt and the ring was purchased in the same month, yet Stephanie Lopez refused to return the item. While on vacation in Boca Raton, Florida I went to a Pandora there and they helped me immediately with a smile.Avoid this store otherwise youll have to deal with this mean lady if you need to return or exchange.

The employees are rude, an every time I go in there to get my bracelet cleaned they never have solution! It’s annoying people spend a lot of money in these stores it’s ridiculous!!!

I wanted to exchange my gold ring because it was too small, the sales associate already got half way through picking what i had wanted and manager mid way says no. We cant exhangw for you because we dont accept gold since people generally steal the gold and i had the gift reciept and on the reciept it never mentioned you cant exchange it

Horrible customer service!! Went in to exchange a gift and the lady helping us Lisa sales trainer was rude and all over the place. There was a bunch of papers all over the counter! The manager was sitting on the floor also with papers every where. Lisa said she was going to help us than told someone else to and in the end said that we need a gift receipt Because it was part of a promotion before. She wasted our time instead of starting off that I needed a gift receipt. Also when she was talking to me she kept walking away. Never coming to this store again rather have gone to another mall.

I had to get my pandora ring cut off at school because my finger was jammed, so the nurse had to cut it off. I went to Pandora to see if I can get a discount and they gave me a brand new ring for free!
