The ball was dropped by the previous sales rep for Synergy and Kathleen Endrusick picked it up and ran to the point that all the contractors here remained with Synergy on rentals. IF it was not for her, Synergy would have lost a ton of business. Kat is quick to schedule maintenance for the machines, serviced and running to keep this 60 million dollar site moving forward. I am sure I will use Kat and synergy on any of my other sites as we develop the Hilton Head / Savannah area. Why she is not training all the other field reps on customer relations is beyond me. I assure you if the shoe was on the other foot and we were not having a good experience, I would let you know ASAP as well.
