You cant get your vaccine done onlice it has never worked then they schedul you at 6 pm with hoards and horads of customers in store so you cant get it. Horrible custmer service here.

Thank you to Annie R. and the pharmacist on duty tonight. I had prescriptions sent over from Urgent Care that I really needed ASAP and they were able to fill them 30 minutes before they closed. THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH FOR EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

This pharmacy is literally ruining my life, and they don’t care. I fill the same prescription every month, and yet every month when I call to have it filled, they tell me they don’t have it in stock. When I try to call in advance before my insurance will allow me to pick up the medication, this pharmacy tells me they cannot confirm if they have it in stock or not for security reasons. Then I call to fill it when I am due for a refill and they say they can’t get the medication delivered for 4 days. Every. Month. I have missed work due to not being able to get my medication. When I inquire if they can order the medication in advance every month since I need it every month, they tell me that they recommend that I call 2-4 days in advance when I will need the medication. And we are back at square one. Horrible horrible horrible establishment with horrible horrible horrible nonexistent customer service.

My experience with the pharmacy at this location is a total nightmare. They will hang up on you, be rude to you, lie to you, lose your medication and the list honestly goes on. I have NEVER in my life dealt with such an unprofessional pharmacy. I really wanted this pharmacy to work out for us because its so close to home, but they are very consistent with terrible customer service. If you want stress everytime you need a refill, then come here.

This is an unfortunate location for Walgreens. Not only do you not receive courtesy calls for prescriptions that are filled without you asking, they do not pay attention to the number of prescriptions that are sent in by your doctor and have you coming for multiple trips. Besides the fact that the pharmacy is terribly managed, the staff have horrible attitudes. The only person who has a great attitude that I have worked with is the name, I believe his name is Brendan or Brandon. Im switching our family from this pharmacy due to the consistent mismanagement of prescriptions and bad attitudes from staff.

Brandon G, the pharmacy tech is awesome. I went to pick up my daughters medication when they opened and he was super friendly. He even went to grab some medication on an isle for me with no hesitation. He was super sweet and kind! This is the type of customer service they need at this location!

This is my go to Walgreens. The staff are always welcoming and the store is kept clean and organized. Highly recommend this location for all your pharmacy needs.

Pharmacy is the worst in the area. That’s why I always get items transferred to timber. I asked if she had the correct insurance information of my mother and “allegedly” typed it in and it still was a good amount to pay when I wasn’t suppose to pay anything at all. I said alright and paid to not hold other customers up but when I got into my car and realized she typed in some random rx number and not my mothers insurance I was furious. It’s like they never want to help people with their expenses especially during this pandemic. Not like it’s coming out of your pockets smh.

This pharmacy is excellent; My prescriptions are always correct and the staff is always quick to help with any questions. Brandon Gordon is probably the best pharmacist around; thank you for the wonderful service.

Pharmacy is soooooo slo 1 car in front of me is a 15 min wait? Three cars gave up while waiting it takes so long....there was no line!!! Its not like it was slammed before we arrived!

Great employees. Extremely nice and accommodating. Needed a product they didnt have and they were able to find it online and try to order it for me. Defiantly recommended location!

My experience at this specific Walgreens was not pleasant. Asked a an employee by the name of Kelly, in a nice mannered way if someone was covering the photography section to have this employee respond to me “What do you want” in such an annoyed voice and facial expression. I kept asking her questions nicely and she still had such a sour attitude and her response of annoyance changed my own attitude. Hopefully you’ll change your attitude.

The pharmacy staff is sorry!!!! I always call about 8 hours in advance and Im told oh yeah, its ready, more than 8 hours later and sometimes I go a day later and would you believe...the prescription is still not ready and it is a common medication. Smh. They always drop the ball. Each and everytime. I am going to switch pharmacies!!!!

Manger doesnt help at all has such a bad attitude, i had couple of coupons but he wouldnt take them even though they were accurate. The manager was also very rude to the employees this girl at the register, he kept yelling at her I felt so bad for her .

The pharmacists that work at this store are rude, do not listen, cannot take simple instructions do not fill. Then they say its the app that failed. Im glad they were shot in the face and chest. Get a new staff!
