We had just moved to the area aware having guest come down unexpectedly, and we needed a bed quickly. My wife gave me a strict budget an what she wanted in the bed. I had gone to 4 other stores in the area and the closest thing I was able to find was $200 over + delivery and really felt cheap and of poor value.Mattress Warehouse was where I met Faith, I was exhausted and felt like Id been trying to buy a used car. Faith Brown rocks - period, all stop. I just moved to Garner last month and recently bought a Serta X1 Hybrid Firm Mattress there. She was very knowledgeable of the product. Most of all, she was respectful and took the time to answer my questions about the purchase and delivery process. Whoever runs these stores would do well to use her to train others in how to deal with customers. It has been my experience that some of these folks forget how to treat their patrons with courtesy. Faith is a professional and is the model for how to treat customers when they walk into your store. Faiths description of the delivery process was informative and extremely helpful. I understand sales people dont often have control of the delivery side of things, but she took the time to explain how it would happen. This may seem like a small detail, but it goes a long way to manage expectations and not make the customer feel like once the store has your money, youre on your own... Finally, a note on the delivery. The delivery men were outstanding and on point. The QR code Faith provided on their disposition and delivery window was a great tool to have. The entire process was Five Stars from the moment I walked into the store until the delivery was made.

Yall, Faith Brown from Mattress Warehouse is WHO and WHERE its at. This was mine and my husbands first time buying a new mattress and I couldnt feel more at ease with our purchase here. As most understand the struggle when buying a mattress with the pushy sales associates awkwardly over top of you while you try to make a HUGE decision by laying on a bed for +/- 5 minutes, makes for an uncomfortable experience with possibly wrong $$$ choices. With Mattress Warehouse, Faith had us lay on the Bed Match system that took specific readings of both our resting positions which she then proceeded to point us to the right beds for us to try out, AND GET THIS, she leaves us to do our own conversing! No hovering over or persuading speeches for a top dollar mattress. Everything felt easy and painless and Faith is great with people, I wish all big purchases were just as easy! I was in there the other day. I was the only customer. The girl who worked there was slovenly dressed and acted like I interrupted her from doing nothing.
