There is no rating low enough for this place with respect to their staff and e-cig or e-liquid products. They may have recently acquired these, but IMO that is no excuse for a lack of knowledge or professionalism.I recently went in here because I was low on e-juice and was hoping to grab something to avoid reverting to smoking. Id been vaping for a few months and very experienced with pens, mods, coils, tanks, and juices.There was 1 person working that was helping a customer when I walked in with my sister. I was not greeted when I entered and although the person they were helping was new to vaping and had lots of questions I listened why the staff person minimally explained the pen workings; even fundamentals on filling the tank with juice. If I had been asked I would have stated that I knew exactly what I wanted and would have been out of there in under 2 minutes but since I wasnt and they were inept I was there for more than 25; unbelievable.I will spare the details on how their pens werent charged so the 1st customer nor myself could sample the e-liquid and how the staff person was completely bewildered when I removed my tank and offered for them to put their tank on my mod so at least this new guy could pic something that wouldnt want to make him throw it out and give up; or sick.I eventually purchased some Vaporillos juice, on names only, which turned out to be the worst selection ever. Either the liquid was mislabeled or it was outdated/old and wouldnt give it to my worst enemy. Which Ive commented on the Vaporillos site as well.Bottom line this place has a large selection of cigars and cigarettes and should stick to those. Anyone wanting e-cig products should spend the $2 and 20 minutes in gas to find a real vaping shop in Raleigh.
