I always go in there when i’m in the area and i absolutely love it. Last time i went in, Cece (Cici? no sure if that’s how u spell her name, my bad) greeted me immediately, asking if i needed anything. i ended up having a full blown conversation with her about life itself. it was very nice, she was super friendly (the staff always is) and helpful. It’s also super easy to fine what u need or preorder things. 12/10 would most definitely go again!

My child and I went to this location looking around. The associates were very nice and helpful. Talked with my child about different games and things. They told us about sales happening now and future sales. We loaded up on pops games Pokemon cards and held stuff for the sale the next day. It was a great trip.

Whats not to like about GameStop. The staff is always friendly and willing to talk your ear off about games. They always have the games Im looking for. The have all kinds of toys and things to collect. My daughter loves playing on the demo systems they have out. Theres just nothing to dislike about this place if you are into gaming.

Returned some xbox one controllers that didnt work. $10 store credit for each one. Not to bad of a deal I thought, ended up buying a pre owned one with my store credit. Making sure I buy the warranty this time.

I cannot remember the young ladys name but she is gorgeous, an RN and she saved my kids Christmas. I left a card with money in it which I intended to pay for their Nintendo Switch with on the counter and she kept it safe for me until I returned. The managers name was Kayla. The entire staff was amazing and she even hugged me when I was crying. Ive always shopped at this location because I live nearby but now I will always come there for sure. Thanks to the entire staff!

GameStop needs to either hire better employers or pay them more. Because I just went in today and there was over 10 customers In line with only one person on the floor?

Went in to sell a PS4 to get some money back for a PS4 Pro. Woman was automatically snippy with me and acted like it was a hassle to get anything done. On top of that I had a controller with the analog sticks messed up and I kindly asked if that was okay and yet again she got a snippy attitude. I said fine and walked out. I use to always go here but it seems customer service has dropped in quality and I do not recommend going here anymore.

I am happy that the eye rolling rude manager seems to not work at this location anymore. Most of the time we have good service from employees and managers. My family goes in there often, we are a family of gamers. Overall this location is well kept up, and has friendly staff.

Manager is awful unfriendly. No staff in the store for several customers. Th3 guy with glasses is super rude and deserves to be fired, but doubtful he could hold a real job. Explains why gamestop is a sinking ship

Amazing choice of video games n amazing service

Always a great place to go shopping if you like video games. The games are fairly priced compared to the digital downloads most people get for their system, the staff is very knowledgable about most of the systems/games they sell. That is especially helpful for those who dont play games but want to buy a gift for someone who does. You can just tell the employees a little bit about what your intended gift recipients interests and they will be more than happy to advise you on good options. Gamestop also deals in the hard to find games and accessories because people trade or sell their used stuff everyday. The best part is they have a great return policy, 7 days for games and you can bring em back and get a different game to try. You cant lose.

They are rude and obnoxious. I tried to purchase a used game and was given a game in a generic case and they had the original case with the artwork, the clerk was trying to ask the goofy-looking manager with the goofy-looking hair a question and then he rolled his eyes and didnt acknowledge her so I walked out the store dont go there. There are way better GameStops.
