We had a golf cart we had purchased in January 2021. The company we bought if from went out of business and didnt know what to do! Revel 42 are the nicest people to deal with and got our golf cart fixed and delivered back to us. Chris and Mason were very helpful and I appreciate all their efforts in getting me on the go again.

On 7/15/2021 my wife and I traveled to Revel 42 to find and purchase a particular golf cart 2021 model. We were met inside by Tyler Owens who could not have been more helpful. The model we were looking for was found at Revel in Wilmington and delivered to our home the very next day. It was a pleasure to receive the high level of service provided by Tyler and the Service Manager Zach Lejnar, as well as the delivery and training provided by Eric.

Zach couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. Walked us through options and all the details of getting a street legal cart, and in less than an hour we had driven one, talked to their sister store in Wilmington, and gotten everything arranged. Easy transaction and process overall - really couldn’t be any easier. Great that they have inventory to put hands on and see as well.

In my multiple trips to revel 42 I have never had a bad experience. Most people take time to post negative but hardly ever for positive. It is Human nature. So I made sure after my last visit I made the time. They always make you feel they appreciate your business. Christopher has always takes the time to answer your questions no matter what the question is. They are fair with pricing and do NOT request repairs if it is not necessary and will give alternate options to save you money. My opinion is if you need assistance with your golf cart, scooter etc. go here you will not be disappointed.

I brought in my EZGo cart battery charger because it was overcharging my battery. They kept it overnight and tried it on one of their carts. They confirmed that the charger was faulty and did not charge me anything for their time. Very friendly helpful staff.

Bought a golf cart last weekend at Revel 42. They had a good selection and were able to get us in a great looking cart with all of the options we were looking for. It was a quick and easy process and they kept us up to date as the part we requested was received and installed, quick delivery upon completion of that. Christopher and Eric were great to work with.Updating 9/21The purchase process was great, service is not.We had to have our golf cart services in 12/20, our boys are very rough on things and this unfortunately was no exception. Our golf cart repair included a new motor break. My husband asked for the old part, as confirmation of receiving a new one, the new one didn’t appear to be new, but we weren’t able to be provided that. We have had issues since with it turning off on its own.We recently had to get it serviced again, as the auto shutoff was getting more often and it will require another new motor break. We opted to go with another location for service this time and the cost is much lower for the same part to be replaced. We will no longer give any business to Rebel 42 and cannot recommend them.

Bought an EZ-GO Cart from Revel 42, May 2020. In April 2021 it needed some repair work (No Fault of Revel 42) and should of been covered by EZ-GO. It turned out it was outside of EZ-GOs window to cover the repair. Revel 42 stepped up and covered the repairs, material and labor without hassle or negotiations. In particular, Christopher went above and beyond the call of duty by loaning me a full set of wheels and tires while my new off road tires were on order. This kept my cart mobile and my son happy for the week and a half or so that it took to get everything taken care of. We bought our first (used) golf cart from them -- officially becoming members of the older generation. We were babes in the woods but Zack was a big help finding us something relatively inexpensive but able to meet our needs. No high pressure or BS. Edit 8/6/2020They picked up our cart and thoroughly checked it. Issue is a bad steering box. Christopher has taken great care of us and our parts will be in early next week.We purchased our golf cart from this business and have only brought it to this business for service. We needed an alignment and called to schedule this. I also asked for new lights, a brake light, blinkers and a horn to be put on. After having the cart for about 2 weeks I call to check in and I am told that it is there to be serviced because it won’t turn on. I explain what exactly it is there for, again. He was apologetic and let me know they hadn’t gotten to it yet but would call me at the beginning of the week. He didn’t. I call on a Friday. Discuss again what its there for since he had forgotten, again. He tells me that he doesn’t have the parts in and will need to order them and will call me at the beginning of the week with information. No call. We call again. Here to be serviced, not turning on? No. There for alignment and lights. We laugh, he swears he won’t forget again and will call me soon. Well over a month it was there. $700 later the alignment is worse than it was before and it randomly pulls then jerks back and almost flips the cart and when you turn the wheel one tire rubs the cart. Lights and horn work great though.I am writing this as I wait for a call back from them. I was understanding that business was busy and parts took time to get there. I was kind and I was understanding about him forgetting several times why my cart was there. What I don’t understand is how they can deliver something in worse shape than when it went in. There’s no way they tested the alignment before sending it back to me.Edit: They have called back and are picking it up next week to see what happened. I will be sure to update my review once service is done and change the rating if it is taken care of.

So my mother law had some abrupt health changes and could no longer navigate our backyard safely. She was essentially trapped in my home because I was the only one who could push her wheelchair up our hill. Did a brief internet search and was dissatisfied with the lack of transparent pricing. Most of the advertisements stated call for pricing. Revel 42 was different in that they had upfront, no haggle pricing. When we arrived to test drive the models we were interested in, Zach was professional and zero pressure. For safety reasons and less maintenance we opted for a more expensive but newer used lithium battery model. They made a special effort to delivery the next day to our home. This will help my mother in law be free and more mobile. Thank you for the prompt service and zero pressure environment. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need or want of a golf cart.

_Bought a New EZ Go Cart, one week of usage and the break pedal stop working. Took the cart back and they told me that I had to wait to warranty approval. Got Warranty approval. Called in a week. The did not have the part yet, called again following week and complained. Part not yet arrived, I pressured to resolve my problem, manufacturer answer to them about the part to be shipped in 3 more weeks!!. I asked for a solution, maybe a loaner . They found the part in Amazon. They wanted me to pay $150 Why, for new cart I paid over $9,500_All this time the manager Chris Wild, was combative, not helpful and bordering rude. I ask to speak with the owner. The owner response was that he does not talk to customers. Worst service I ever experienced. They lost a customer for their requested $150 . DO NOT RECOMMEND

Brought a 24 year old clunker with good bones and new batteries. They turned it into a new golf cart in a few weeks with new body, windshield, seats, suspension, and a few other items. When I got it home with the new one, my wife admired it and asked in passing what I had done with the old golf cart. Based on the ride and the look, she just assumed this wasnt the same golf cart! Very good experience, no surprises. Very pleased.

Golf carts galore, they have it all. Check out the new titanium battery EZ GO that has an 8 year battery warranty and plenty of power... very, very nice. Pricey but worth it when youre riding with plush comfort seats and a quiet smooth ride. Phone charging ports too. Anyone desiring to gift one of these, I can think of someone who would love it. Have fun and ride in style!

My elderly neighbors had their cart serviced and charged them over $500 to get it running and 4 days later it stopped working again. They contacted this business and was told that they would need additional work done. Why not get the job done right the first time instead of charging them $120 just to pick it up 10 minutes away. The elderly woman depends on this cart to get around the yard and neighborhood or otherwise she is stuck at home not able to enjoy her yard or neighborhood.

Excellent service, my batteries were dead, I disconnected my batteries so I could charge them individually for 15 minutes just to bring them up enough so the Golf Cart Charger would work. When I connected the batteries back up the last cable was arking to much, not sure why I called Revel 42 in Garner where I had purchased my Cart, they sent a service man out to my house, and he knew exactly what the reason was and had it working and they never charged anything. I sent an email to the dealer requesting information on a particular cart. They responded with an email saying they would contact me soon since I was important to them as a customer. No one from the dealer ever contacted me after that. My experience with this dealer was disappointing.

I called before brought my cart down, i was told they would provide me with a free estimate. Was told they would get to it in two days. I brought the cart down and dropped off, explained what the cart was doing. A week went by and i called for an update. I was told that they could not reproduce the condition. i went down to pick up my cart and was told i had to pay 150.00 dollars. when i said they did nothing and even their tech said i should not be charged because they could not reproduce the problem,

We were shopping for a golfcart and was referred to revel42 by a friend. We went in and their selection was great! Everything was customizable which was very nice. I bought A used RZR from them and the guy told me they had looked it over before putting it up for sale and said it was all good. I believed him and bought it. When I got it home I found so many things wrong with it. It was awful. It had to go to my mechanic the next day. There was even dirt in the covered air filter. The oils was barely on the stick... I wish I had never even gone to there store.

They dont bother to you if you ask them to finance you they give your information to the yard card credit card company with out asking you first Reval has a F score with the better business bureau check it out first dont get scammed like I did !
