Rolled in here to unload steel coils and it’s obvious they don’t care how long we sit out here I have 2 trucks ahead of me and I need to pick up another load today thanks for making my day longer then it needs to be because you want to take all day to unload trucks

These guys do great quality work. The products are as close to perfection as I have seen and their customer service is outstanding. I made a mistake when ordering a product online. I called and they fixed my mistake instantly. Great customer service, being able to call and talk to someone right away, and great products. What more could you ask? Im a customer for life. Dock supervisor Tim Wilson had a fit last night and started assaulting me near my because they didnt have their crow bar to pull the blocking off my trailer deck. A hot head. I kept telling him that I live just 4 miles away AND WILL return to speak with the plant manager about the assault. People like Tim Wilson should never be put in contact with non-employees. Companies can get lawsuits over actions like what he did.

Im responding to the ridiculous statement made about me over 3 months ago by a truck driver the reason Im just now answering it is I stumbled up on it looking for an address this person came into my place of work to unload his truck at the time I was to get off work I wasnt even supposed to unload it because it was past my shift I was supposed to go home and he would have to stay until the next day to unload but I tried to help him out and in return he told this lie about what really happened I was in the office getting ready to leave when the guy I work with came in and said there was a driver at dock 1 was we going to unload it because I was trying to help the driver out I said yes which most of the time I would the only time I would not is when one came in with an attitude I understand time waiting cost them anyway In his trailer to secure the load they nail 2x4s down we are not suppose to pull them out because it is the drivers
