Went in for an oil change at 9:45. It took them over an hour. I was driving away and only got about 20 feet from the bays when my check engine light came on and the car was shuddering like there was NO oil in it. The car was stopping itself and clearly there was a problem.I came back and it took them an hour and a half to fix it. The kid said they hadnt put enough oil in because they thought it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle, which would require less oil. Whatever- even with less than a full top off, it wouldnt have shuddered like that. They werent apologetic until I asked, Do you see that this is a problem? Waste of time and money. I will never go back. Maybe if they spent less time doing a half hearted vacuum job and more time on the actual oil change, they would serve their customers well

I went to, two other Jiffy Lube locations today and the customer service was horrible that I ended up leaving. Finally, I seen this location and figured I would give it a try. They were quick and efficient. Madison was very nice also very informative. I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me about my car and go over things with me. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I have zero confidence that theyre actually doing what they say theyre doing. When they checked me out today the read the services performed off their sheet, including that they reset my oil change indicator and set the tire inflation to 37 PSI. When I got in my car, the oil change indicator had not been reset and the tires were about 7 PSI off what they read me on the sheet. So, if they dont do these simple things they say theyre doing (that have zero cost), how do I know that they actually changed the oil filter, etc. vs. just telling me they did. I dont want to have to go back and check everything to make sure it was done.

This location had pretty top notch customer service and I would recommend them if you need something done quick and without an appointment. but they are a tad on the expensive side.

Outstanding customer service. Mike, the general manager, was very attentive to my needs, kept me informed of the progress and offered a detailed explanation of other services when asked. Overall time and cost are better than most or at least very competitive. I would not hesitate recommending them.

I am very disappointed with what happened at this establishment today. I went in for an oil change and when I got home my drivers side car door had a ginormous dent in it. Not only that but my door will now not open all the way. I called the store to ask what happened to my car while they worked on it and they told me it looked like that when I brought it in. Which is not true. My car door was working fine and there was no dent when I pulled into the shop. Not only did they have the audacity to lie to me about my car but they didnt even tell me there was an issue with the car side door in the first place. Im pretty sure they are required to tell their paying customers when their cars are not in optimal shape. They hung up on me and told me the corporate office would call me. I have still not received a call and no one has told me how they are gonna fix what they broke. I am appalled with the integrity and professionalism of this place. My biggest regret is that there is no option for a 0 star review.

These guys are amazing. I needed to get my 2014 Bentley Flying Spur serviced and I could not be bothered to drive it all the way to Tysons Corner and pay the $500 they were asking for an oil change. No one else in the Short Pump area would do the work - too afraid of damaging a Bentley they said. Even the Audi dealer (Audi owns Bentley by the way) would not touch it. But this Jiffy Lube did. The manager (dont recall his name, but great guy and great family as well) said sure, Ill do it for you. Took my coupon too. All told it took about 1.5 hours to get all the dang grommets and screws and do the oil change, but man did these guys do a professional job. Probably the only Bentley a Jiffy Lube has ever done. I would definitely take it back there with the level of care and professionalism that these guys displayed. 100% would recommend. Uploaded a picture of the aforementioned Bentley.

Took car in for an oil change. Engine was running hot. Before service, I confirmed that they would check all essential fluids. Afterwards they verified this was done and no additional fluid was needed. Engine continued to run hot. Took to my personal mechanic. Only thing it needed was adding coolant. Immediately fixed the problem and I paid my mechanic for his time. Jiffy Lube management has not called me back after multiple attempts to reach. Seeking a refund for services not provided. Will not return to a Jiffy Lube again.EDIT: My service was refunded. Thank you Jiffy Lube corporate.

The one girl that works at the front was nice but I can tell the other staff dont care for her or keep her updated with info. I went for a simple oil change and I also knew the psi on one of my tires was at 27 and had been for a few days. So I mentioned it. They assured me things we fine and no light was on when they checked it. That was a lie. The light had been on for 2 days and was still on after my full check. I brought it to their attention and a young guy with braces and curly hair clearly had an attitude about me being correct but took the car back again. I was told by the girl that a tire check is supposed to be apart of the process, and it had been in the past. They literally only put air in the one tire and sent me on my way. The psi on all of them are 35. The norm is close to 50. They didnt bother to fill them at least to the 40s. They literally only touched the one tire. Im disappointed in this JL as I have always brought my vehicles here in the past. They didnt even change my sticker in the window. Its still the one from last August. I have pics to prove it. I wont be back.

Waited two hours for four tires to be changed and they forgot to put on the air caps for all four.

The Jiffy Lube in short pump was the best. I called in advance and asked can I bring my car in. The gentleman said sure no problem. When I got there the brown skin handsome man greeted me he politely opened my door had me fill out information in the computer. He was very polite gave me what I asked for even came and explained the paper work he was giving me to me. I did not quiet get his name but whom ever his boss is he deserves a raise. He definitely went above and beyond. I felt bad I did not have a tip to give him but he definitely deserved one.

Went here for my Oil Change as I have been for years. Have always had professional service and great customer service. Today’s service was much different. I had a Groupon as I typically do, and the Groupon states “ Includes up to 5 quarts of oil, new filter, fluid top-off, key component inspections, tire inflation, window cleaning, and floor vacuuming”. The only thing done was the oil and the oil filter. I would love to see the cameras in the bays of my service because it will clearly show the only employee that did their job was the kid under the car and the manager that cashed me out as well as everything that was not done to even Jiffy Lubes standards. 3 other service members just stood there and did absolutely nothing. The kid that filled up my oil did not check to see if the cap(s) were tight not that they checked my fluids like they should have anyways. They did not check tire pressure, did not check air filter, he also failed to pull out the dip stick to see how my oil level was at the end just assumed everything was good. Very very unacceptable and appalled that this was ok.

Waited in the lobby for service and no one spoke to me. 3 or 4 techs in the bay.

I had oil change and tire check done today (Well, they said it was done). On the way home, I still see the oil change sign and the tire air pressure sign exactly the same as before (the two things I went there for). I want to trust them and will take it back today. Hopefully I can update my rating on them.

This place is terrible. Always takes me an hour for a simple oil change. It’s pretty bad when the customers stand outside complaining about the same thing. Today, a client backs out and leaves because it’s so slow.This will be my last visit for all 3 cars.

Had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube today! The staff was professional and friendly. They went beyond what I was expecting from just an oil change and helped to service my car very thoroughly. I would recommend to others.

Eric and Kenny were wonderful. While driving to Glen Allen a car on I95 had shoes and many other things falling from the top of it. I didn’t realize that my undercarriage shield was dragging on the ground until I was pulled over by a police officer. I drove to Jiffy Lube and immediately was helped out by Eric the manager. He removed the shield completely. Kenny then told me where I could find the parts for the part so that my boyfriend could put the shield back on the car. They were both helpful and very accommodating.

We have been going to this location for years. We went to another location previously and didn’t get nearly the good customer service as this location. They even showed me our actual rotors and pad on the brakes to prove they needed replacement; who else does that?! You usually just have to take their word they are being honest. And they showed me the oil they put in our truck too. Plus, when I forgot our coupons at home, they trusted I did have them and honored them. They had me out quickly too. Mac and Jamar are the two people who helped me and they were great! Highly recommend

I had a popped tire walking distance from their location and they were nice enough to walk out change my tire so I could drive it in and they replaced my tire then and there. They were all so kind and helpful about it! I go there for all my oil changes and everything. I have never had a bad experience with them! They really care about peoples safety and doing what is best for you. 10/10 recommend!!

Had great experiences with other Jiffy Lube locations around the state. This one has been a disappointment four times I have been there. Don’t clean the windows. Don’t vacuum. Don’t put air in the tires. And these are just the services I know they did not perform. Fraudulent.

Cheating price.

I did oil change on honda crv 3 weeks ago. The price was reasonable and I thought hey this is the place I might need to go more often. A week ago, one of my colleagues found oil leaking from my car. After inspection with a mechanic, I found that the oil pressure switch was damaged and oil was leaking from it. Fortunately, I had to spend less 180$. I wouldnt recommend anyone to do oil change at this location.

Quick and professional service! They honored a groupon I had purchased for an oil change. It was near closing time on a Sat but they were friendly and kind. We brought two kids with us and they made sure they were comfortable too. We are definitely bringing all our cars here in the future.

My experience was pleasant, the staff was thorough as they showed me manufacturer recommendations for scheduled maintenance items. They were not pushy or did I feel like they were trying to up-sell me at any point which I appreciated. My wait time was long but there were several cars in for service including my own.

Technician Mike is awesome!! I use him each and every time I come to this Jiffy Lube. He as well as the staff there are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They dont hard sell you at all just provide you with the details for you to make an educated decision. Mike greets each person like he knows them personally and takes care of your car like its his own. PRIDE!! Something rarely seen is the reason I keep returning for service.GREAT JOB!!

Early February 2020, my car (2019 vw atlas) went in there for an oil change and tire rotation. When it came out two hours later, I could see that the tires hadnt been touched. I pointed that out and they reluctantly took it back for the remaining job I paid for.Now I was watching and this technician was using a sharp driver to remove the lug bolt caps scratching the holes. I was taken aback by the way they treated my car and their lack of care in general.When I got home, all of a sudden I felt the need to check the underbody and the bottom panel they had removed for the oil change was missing 7 out of 14 bolts as well as the center rivet that holds the panel. I knew it was them because it was only the 2nd oil change of the Atlas and I did the first myself.Did I go back? Absolutely not. I wouldnt let them near my car at any cost. Once had done enough damage.

These guys were awesome. I was in and out very quickly. The only reason I wont give it five stars, and this doesnt really have anything to do with the site itself, are the prices. 100$ for an oil change?? I know synthetic is more expensive, but I know its not five times as expensive. Anyways, service was awesome.

Drove my car here because I couldnt find the place I had chosen to get my oil changed. Car worked great. Serviced regularly at the dealership, but we are new to the area so we tried this place instead.Waited two hours, paid more than $70 for an oil change.Get the car and it doesnt start.When we bring this to their attention, they tell us that cars are random and its the Cadillac converter. I refuse to accept the timing of this situation as cars are random.The manager starts telling people we just dont understand cars. I try to put them on the phone with someone that I know who does know cars, and they wouldnt speak to her. They said theres no point.I google some things and discover that jiffy lube has disconnected hoses in order to up sell their products. I asked the nice young man (Peyton) actually helping us, about hoses. He looked at it for a minute, and hooked up a hose for me. He seemed confused as to why it would be disconnected. Then it started right away.Horrible customer service. If they had not been so adamant that we didnt know what we were talking about, they could have fixed it in 30 seconds.To appease us, we got a coupon book. A useless coupon book since we would never come back here.Do not come here.

I went to get the signature oil change service done which includes interior vacuum and exterior window wash but none of it was done but marked as done on the receipt. Just because they mark off something as done doesn’t mean they actually did it so you have to make sure they actually did it. Very poor service.

The team here provided me quick and thorough service with the best attitude I’ve ever experienced at an auto service shop of any sort. I called about 30 mins before close to see if they could squeeze in one last oil change for the day. They assured me they could, and when I arrived I was met by a gentleman who wasn’t the person I’d spoken to on the phone but insisted he’d be more than happy to help me anyway. He was upbeat and helpful the whole 15 minutes my oil change took. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend.

Aaron and Don were extremely helpful, and nice. Another jiffy lube had messed up my oil change and Aaron and Don fixed it and apologized for the other location- they were extremely professional. Definitely recommend this jiffy lube over all the other locations!!

This is the second time that I have had my car serviced at this location. It is obvious that there is a new manager on the premises. The service techs were polite, informative, and expedient. My issue- this is the second time that my car has had oily hand prints and or shoe prints on the interior, rugs, upholstery, doors, hood, and lift gate. I forewarned the technicians that I was going to fuss if it happened again- and it has. I am going to have to take my car and have it professionally detailed or cleaned due to the amount of grease.

I’ve been using Jiffy Lube for years always in and out. First time at the Short Pump location. Despite the negative reviews. Staff here was great ! Very informative and courteous. They didn’t try to up sell me or pressure me to purchase things I didn’t need. Definitely hope I’m in the neighborhood when my oil indicator light strikes again. Kudos !

Darese was super friendly. They did a good job on my vehicle and the service was quick for an oil change. Overall a good experience. However, one of the employees who handled my car wasnt very careful with my key fob and they broke the key right off of it. I guess they didnt feel it was important to mention, since no one said anything to me. I didnt notice until I started the car and felt the key fall right off, then had to pull over at the gas station next door to check. Sure enough, the key was broken entirely off. I had trouble getting the key back out of the ignition. I tried calling twice within 10 minutes of leaving the shop, but no one answered. I left a message instead. In full fairness, the key fob was already slightly loose, but Ive never had trouble using the key. Now its completely cracked and broken off. Someone should have told me they broke it. Id show a picture, but apparently pics arent allowed...

My brake rotors got ruined because they didn’t inform me that my brake pads are almost out after inspection. I don’t even think they really inspected them properly. After calling the store and asking for reimbursement for the rotors, they said there’s nothing they can do for me because they did not technically touch my brakes. The worse part, the higher in the chain of command I elevated the issue, the worse customer service got. The district manager, Tom, basically kept interrupting me and ended up hanging up the phone on me. Avoid at all cost.

Nice staff, no pressure as Ive seen in the past. Just has gotten very expensive. With Groupon, synthetic oil change and tire rotation nearly $100.

At first I thought they were telling me I needed to get the more expensive oil to rip me off, but I looked in my manual later and they were right! They were very nice and speedy, though I was there at an off time when it wasnt busy. Would go back! Especially since they gave me an awesome coupon book :)

Took my truck to get oil put in it. They proceeded to tell me I needed my rear brakes changed out and I only had a month left on my brakes. Took my truck into a different shop. They told me my brakes were fine and I had 6 months left.On tops of this when Jiffy Lube returned my truck after changing the oil, I had grease marks all over my truck from the mechanic.

Pulled up at 3, drove away after having my oil changed at 3:30! Clean lobby, polite staff. A+!

No, I do not recommend this place! I go in for just an oil change and to top off the fluids, and they try to talk me into everything else, from replacing my filter (which I just replaced 3 months ago) to even getting my belt replaced. Then they try to make me feel guilty for not doing what they want to do. Is there any place I can go to with honest people for just a oil change anymore?

Terrible experience here. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Messed up my blower motor when all I went in for was an oil change. Fortunately my husband was able to fix it with a $19 part but the fact that we had to fix Jiffy Lube’s problem out of pocket for my air conditioner when I went in for an oil change is terrible. Told me I needed new tires when these are one year old, 80,000 mile/5 year performance tires is also ridiculous. Told me I had a transmission leak and needed fluid (it’s a sealed transmission system) and there is no leak under the car or anywhere for that matter.

Very efficient and professional team. Went through a checklist and alerted me to potential issues such as worn brake pads. Completed my oil change and new wiper blades which were needed. There was no wait this morning and I was out of there in under an hour. Plus, they vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows. It was a very good experience!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Took both of my vehicles there within the last month and both were handled with ridiculous negligence. On my car, they stripped the oil pan plug and I was slowly leaking oil. Thankfully, it was discovered 2.5 WEEKS LATER while getting new tires at a nearby auto center.On my wifes car, they forgot to replace the cap on the side of the engine where you fill it with oil. The cap was left it sitting in a crevice up near the windshield wipers. We discovered that beauty today, almost 1 week after the appointment. Pretty sure the users manual would frown upon driving the car like that.Ill sacrifice convenience for competent service and take my cars elsewhere from now on. I suggest you do the same.

This place is a complete waste of time and money. Employees seemed poorly trained. One employee attempted to drive my car out of the bay while it was still on the lift. Not once, but twice... I had to walk over there and explain to him and other employees who were standing there why the car wouldnt move even though the tires were screeching....Unbelievable considering this is what they do all day every day.

Incredibly slow, staff was inattentive (and inadequate). Almost 1.5 hours for a simple oil change, plus they lost my keys for short time (they were on the roof for some odd reason). This was a proximity key, so they did not need to be in the ignition. This means they could have easily flown off when I drove away. I will never go back.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is full of a bunch of incompetent crooks. The only person who cared at all about helping was Peyton Brunner. The assistant manager Cecil Chambers could care less about helping a customer and the manager Michael Hodges is only marginally better. I went here for a simple oil change expecting it to be about 20-30 minutes. I was there with my wife, cousin, and sister, all from out of town. We had planned to go to the mall after and instead experienced two hours of hell at Jiffy Lube. The men here disconnected my hoses and did not reconnect them. They took 40 minutes to give me pricing and then charged me $75 for an oil change. They pulled my car around and as soon as I turned it on the engine made terrible noises and shut off. They told me coincidences happen and cars are funny sometimes. I continued to demand that they help but by the time they agreed to try we couldnt even turn the engine on. I kept arguing with them while my wife googled things crooked repair shops do to cars. She asked Peyton if the hoses were connected and he noticed one was not. He reconnected it and the car started. I asked for a refund or discount and Michael Hodges refused. He offered me a free oil change in the future and a coupon book. I will never go here again so this is useless. Stay away from here, you are better off continuing to drive your car with bad oil.

This was without a doubt, the worst place Ive ever had service. The company we finance our vehicle with provides oil change coverage every 3,000 miles, leaving us only owing $5.00. I went to get an oil change before a long vacation trip, and was told that since it was under 3,000 miles (Only 75 miles away from 3,000) and our finance company would not pay for it, and did NOT tell me this until after my car was serviced, so I had to run home and call in to give card information, checked my histories and was charged 3 times totalling $94.90 for a simple oil change.....EXTORTION!!! WORST OIL CHANGE COMPANY EVER!! GO TO JIFFY LUBE IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!! I will be calling the corporate office in the morning to hopefully resolve this issue, and get our money back!
