Big trash. Everything was exorbitantly priced. $2 cigars were $5. Out of control. Almost all of the cigars were priced $10. Ive gone to smoke shops who will sell their old boxes for $2 or even give them away - these folks want to charge - guess.... Yes $10. Ill never visit this shop again.

Great customer service! Affordable prices

This has been my go to shop, ever since I moved from CA in 2015. They have never let me down. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My guy is Victor! Victor is very knowledgeable and will not just sell you something to take your money. He will tell you if its right for you and go out of his way to get you exactly what you request. I now live in New Kent County and still make the 30+ min drive for my vaping needs.

I have been here three times so far because I just moved to this area... the past two times I’ve gotten vape juice from here the top has had a whole in it so when I got to drip my juice on my RDA it just pours everywhere.. second time in a row having to put it in a new bottle. Not going there anymore!

Great selection of mods and juice. The employee made the experience uncomfortable. I understand the need for social distancing and preventative measures, but she I felt treated as if I were actively infected even with proper PPE.Perhaps a splash guard and actually wearing the mask that was on the counter rather than alienating customers would be a better option. I’m sure it’s just the times, but she should work on her delivery. Asking me to step back repeatedly where she didn’t ask the other two customers.If your experience is better, then this would be a great spot with a decent selection.

Great prices, great value and great service/people!!!This is the only place I go for vape supplies since I’ve moved to Richmond a little over 3 years ago.The prices are right on mark for the products and devices offered. With loyalty discounts and veteran discounts the prices become GREAT.But to be honest the real reason I shot only here for my vaping supplies and juices is the customer service and the people.

First, she was attentive to several customers, talking on her headset, selling juice, finding me a glass, selling orhers juice and a couple of juices to my daughter. Secondly, she showed me that they were pet friendly by allowing a big Pitt mix to join the crowd!

Awesome place! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked in I felt like I was appreciated as a customer, and even though Im new to vaping, she explained everything I needed to know.

Best prices I’ve found, and even more than that is their willingness to teach me about various products, features, how to use everything, and answer all of my questions. I’ve been coming here for over a year, and have now bought several different types of vape devices (more involved, more simple and small,) and no matter the price point of what I’m buying - or even when I’m not buying anything - all of the staff is ALWAYS willing and able to guide me through the setup process and how to change filters or refill, etc. They’ll spend however much time with me that I need to understand how to use everything! I wanted a TFV-12 Prince Tank in purple to match my mod, but even after they got a shipment of them in, they still didnt have any in purple. Victor actually went out of his way to find me one and sold it to me at an awesome discount! Im super happy and cant wait to go back!!

Every time I have been to this store the staff has been nothing but kind and patient with me. Between the broad selections of juices and the location, I have found a vape store where I feel welcome. It also helps that the staff will not try to upsell you no matter what you buy.

Its no secret this place is truly amazing. These reviews dont lie. I noticed they had a really high review and figure Id give them a try. Landon and Jacob were working tonight 8-11-17. Both men were friendly, very well educated on their products and equipment. After being told about a rather unpleasant experience I had with another shop these guys took 30 mins just showing me all the different flavors stay would march my very very excessively limited profile. They also made sure to tell me about the other location they have by my work and that anything they can do to be of service to let them know. Landon replaced my coil for me but took it a step farther and Cleaned my whole set up. It was like a car pool for a tank. Over all it was a good visit to make a connection with a local store. While I dont recommend trying the cornbread pudding ( just not my thing) i do highly recommend the lemon twist, the fourth, chubby state, SODA LICOUS( mt dew) and the one where your imagining your self walking along the beach you take a hit and realize your getting fruit from the fridge ( fresh squeeze)Visit these guys and 3xpericne a laid back place to have a good time taste some good flavors and not hurt your wallet

Tobbacco Station offers a high level of customer service to all of their customers and are very knowledgeable of their products.

They have a wide range of tanks, RDAs, and boxes at unbeatable prices and the best juice lines in the area! Definitely my new regular shop.
