Great customer service! LARGE STORAGE SPACE WITH EXCELLENT PRICES!

Horrible. I wish I could rate it ZERO STARS. They never answer the phone and they will not fix your problem. I have been dealing with this for almost a year. Keep records of everything. Youre going to need it for a lawsuit.

The staff is great.... friendly and most informative. My tour and egistration were complete and speedy. The rooms and public areas are clean and spacious. The location is perfect and easily accessible to I-20, 67, and literallt minutes from loop 12 and 35.

Miguel was outstanding at The store space U haul rental! Not only was he excellent in handling all the details he even kept my groceries that I had in my car because I had just come from the grocery store. ( Long story!) we got a beautiful new couch and beautiful draperies unloaded and delivered and we are a happy family! Thank you Store space!

I called in reference to obtaining a Storage Unit a few weeks ago. Was quoted a great price, but was just able to make it out. They were great and honored the price that I was quoted. Thank you Rob and Miguel!!

They made a payment arrangement and reneged on it and cut the lot and put a different one on before the payment date was there

Even on a snow day, the customer service was beyond excellent! The parking lot wasn’t slick, and the staff was helpful in answering every question. Would highly recommend their services, especially if you need boxes, prices doesn’t get much better than that!

I needed storage for my furniture until my home was completed so I rented a 10 × 20. Their prices were the best (trust me I searched Glenn Heights, Red Oak, Lancaster and DeSoto). Their office and the unit were both really clean. Michelle was polite on point and explained everything in detail. The best part was no hidden fees, added charges or surprises, I was in and out with my key code in about 15 minutes. I love a good honest company especially since I reserved it online but completed the rental in store. Thanks and I do recommend using Storage Space Self Storage.

The place has changed hands since I last used this storage facility, but it continues to be managed well. The current manager is a cheerful young woman, very helpful, and thorough. The storage facilities are clean and the whole facility seems to have adequate security. While the storage facilities are very similar to other storage facilities, their prices are lower. They provide a decent lock free of charge for customers.

Rented 2 10x20 units on 5/18/20 and purchased 2 locks. They sent confirm email with gate access code and unit numbers. Derek told me the locks would be in the unit. On 5/24/20 I arrived with a loaded u-haul truck at address on confirm email. Gate code did not work. There were 2 tweakers roaming around the property barefoot in the pouring rain. One let me in the gate after I showed her my confirm email. Drove around entire property 3 times then got out and walked around looking for units NB017 & NB019 and there was no NB unit numbers to be found anywhere. I tried to call customer svc but it was Sunday afternoon on holiday weekend and no emergency service available so could only leave msg. Property Mgr was not there. Had to drive my loaded truck to a friend’s house because I couldn’t reach anyone until the next day. Was billed an extra $60 by u-haul for keeping truck an extra day. Nobody ever called me back. Mon morning I called cust service. They gave me the emergency gate code and said my units were at a different address across the road which was not mentioned in my confirm email. On 5/25/20 Drove truck to new address. Gate code worked. Drove around entire property again TWICE In the pouring rain and no NB units on property. Called customer service again and they said try B017 and B019. Found those units. I opened the first one and no lock in the unit. Tried but could not open the door on B019 as the latch was so rusty it wouldn’t move. That was the LAST STRAW. Called cust svc and requested full refund! Also asked for District Mgr to call me. Found another storage place in Ovilla and rented 2 same sized units from them $30 cheaper a mont/ brand new and it didn’t have an RV park directly behind it or any tweakers roaming around like Store Space. Of course the property mgro at Store Space called at 10am while I was renting new storage and couldn’t answer. He left no message. Now it is 06/12/20 and I have called 5 more times and I have NOT received a call back from District Mgr nor have I received my $140.52 REFUND!!! This is without question the worst experience I have ever had attempting to get ANY kind of service. WRONG GATE CODE. WRONG ADDRESS. WRONG UNIT NUMBERS. NO LOCKS. DOOR JAMMED ON 2ND UNIT. NO RETURN CALLS. NO REFUND THAT WAS REQUESTED ON 05/25!!! I TRULY HAVE NO IDEA HOW THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS!! RUN AWAY AND DO NOT RENT HERE!! GO TO ACE STORE IT IN OVILLA!! MUCH MUCH NICER AND SAFER AND BETTER RENTAL RATES!! Stay tuned on the refund. They SAY it has been processed but it HAS NOT!!!UPDATE: The NEXT DAY after posting this review, the Dist Mgr called me and apologized for what happened and offered free storage. I already rented elsewhere and there really wasnt a way to win back my business. He said he would contact his accounting dept and make sure my refund was processed and that it should be refunded back into my account by Wed of the coming week. The following day the District Mgr called me again to tell me that they were also cutting me a check for $60 for the U-haul charge I incurred for keeping the truck I rented longer than I was supposed to. He said I should receive the check by end of this week. I havent seen the check yet but thought that was a nice gesture. Refund deposited into my account on Wed, as promised. This whole situation was so bad. And what they did was ALL too little too late. I spent over 3 weeks and made countless phone calls after this nightmare trying to find someone who would issue my refund and actually do what they said. I requested a call from the District Mgr multiple times. It took 3 weeks and THIS negative review before anyone picked up the phone and called me. And while I appreciate them refunding my money and paying for the extra truck charge, that was the RIGHT thing to do and what they SHOULD have done only MUCH SOONER than they did. So thanks, Anthony, for finally reaching out and doing the right thing. Thats all and peace out.

As a business owner, I believe customer service is the most important part of business. I am often impressed by the professionalism and knowledge displayed from Savoy on behalf of her company. As the property manager, I am sure she is constantly barraged by potential and existing customers but I have never been made to feel any less valued as a customer. Being greeted with a smile and pleasant demeanor is a staple for this office. If the reset of the company employees are as thorough and insightful as she is, Ill be a happy customer for a long time.

My experience thus far has not been good. When I went over to look at my unit I had a really hard time raising the door because it needed lubricating. Then I was stung on my head by some wasps that had a nest over my unit. My face swole and my skin broke out immediately. Not a good start...

Savoy, the property manager was extremely thorough in the check in process and explained everything in great detail. She was courteous and polite and I couldnt have had a better experience. The area manager was also there when i got there doing some business but she abruptly stopped and they put my needs first. Great lot, good security, and great prices.

Very friendly and easy to load and unload. My storage place is a huge 10x30ft. Video security is an excellent idea and the friendly greeting using the name of the customer is a nice touch. The only problem I have is raising the door. I think the counterbalance spring must be broken as the door is extremely difficult to lift. Other than that we are extremely happy with your company.

Mary is the best!

I have been renting from this location 27 years and have seen several owners and local managers come and go. But, the current local manager is among the best! He (Miguel) keeps the area clean, is very friendly with the customers, and performs his work assignments as I understand he is suppose to do....like walking the premises every day, making sure that when customers move out, their warehouses are cleaned and made ready for the next customer. I rent a space next to the manager’s office so I see a lot of interaction between the manager and customers outside. Since the Covid-19 has really changed the way we do business, Miguel wears a mask all of the time and interacts with customers with his I-pad, so the customers do not even have to get out of their vehicles......great service!! If you need storage in the Southern Dallas or Ellis counties, this is the location you need to check out for price, friendly service, good facilities and the ease of moving in and out.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Savoy is the best! There had been times when Ive called her after hours and she assisted me with no hesitation! Shes always polite and professional!

Glenn Heights Bargain Storage is your FINAL STOP. It can be stressful when moving, so by the time I found them I was frustrated with the other places I had checked out. They were priced well below their competition and the manager-Savoy is extremely nice. I give them 2 thumbs up!!!!!
