OMG they were very fair on pricing. Ive been bringing my car here since I had it and I dont trust any other shop to work on my car nor do my oil changes. Mike the manager and Willie the top manger both helped me out. They really put their customers first. I recommend anyone bring their vehicle to them. Trust me if youre loyal theyll be just as loyal. Awesome ppl.

These guys, like all of the Lentz/Monro corporation are the worst mechanics I have ever worked with. It took six visits for them to try and diagnose a P0171 code for my check engine light, which, in itself, can be problematic, but is still ridiculous, when parts were thrown at the car haphazardly with little regard to finding the actual cause of the issue. By the end of the sixth visit, they decided that it was the fuel injector, and tried to push me into replacing the whole system for a mere $800. After having them fix what the guys at Monro on Alexis Street in Toledo, Ohio did, and having to leave early early repeatedly from work to try and get this issue fixed, as well as have the stress of a less than functioning vehicle, I eventually told them to give me my keys and let me go.In short, my usual mechanic I go to, up in Ludington, said that it sounds as if they had no clue what they were doing and were just trying to drive a bigger profit margin. I only went to Monro in the first place out of necessity, since I was well out of town from my usual mechanics, when the issues started. My usual mechanic suggested taking it to Walmart to have the fuel injection system cleaned and flushed, and wouldnt you know it, $20 compared to the $300 spent on the exhaust and O2 sensors fixed the issue, while they wanted to try and dump larger repairs on me, which would have taken a seventh visit to accomplish.If you value your money or time, look elsewhere. I only stuck with these clueless fools because the Monro corporation owed me for the shoddy work of the first store. Im considering disputing the charges with my bank as an advocate between us. Save your money, go to West River Car Care in Comstock Park.It should also be mentioned, that I witnessed a lady come in to pick up a car, which was supposed to be finished that day, to have their incomplete records not know who the real owner was, and they ordered the incorrect radiator for her, and told her it would cost more to fix their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE!
