Jim was great, very much felt like dealing with an old friend. When commiting to a large investment and making a big decision such as a new car, an old friend is who I trust, is who i like to, or rather must work with. He gave me advice in a couple private dealer vehicles i was interested in, and when those didnt work out he steered me to a great Subaru Outback on his lot and ready to go.He made sure everything with the car and paper work was good to go, and made the whole process relatively painless for me.I highly recommend you stop by the lot to see what he has or let him know if there is another type of vehicle you are interested in, and Jim can probably help you out.

Would not recommend very unprofessional, had a deal made and contract drawn up and sent to the bank, while waiting for the bank to complete the loan and cut me a check they called and said they sold the car to someone else. Like really! thanks for wasting multiple people’s time.
