Very knowledgeable about all things automobile. Even with estimates, they know what they’re doing. The staff here could diagnose a child with cancer from another area code with a telescope.

Nobody was at the front desk when I got there. So I waited around and never got anyone to help or even say I’ll be right with you. There was a guy in the office across from the front desk on his cellphone. You would think he would’ve tried being helpful but nope. All he had to do was say we’ll be right with you. But to just ignore a customer waiting at the front desk that was unattended is very unprofessional.

Did an amazing job with my GMC Arcadia, also fixed my headlight! Great customer service and the door looked absolutely amazing! For me personally i will recommend this place to anyone who needs auto body repairs, and will also continue to go to them to get any repairs done from now on! I have used William Auto Body a number of times these past 20+ years. Im always amazed at the superior quality, workmanship and perfecting the art of complete restoration of any dents/scratches/dings and/or crunches in any of my vehicles. Williams did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle! The best part was climbing into the truck expecting it to still have the day to day wear still inside from when I dropped it off. Interior detail scheduled in advance. I dropped off the vehicle at 830AM and it was ready at 4PM. Looks like they washed the exterior, partly vacuumed, and extracted that carpets. Thats it, nothing cleaned as far as interior trim and plastic or dashboard. Dust and dirt remains, dark spots and marks on door panel trim, arm rests, rear compartment (its an SUV) area and headliner. I pointed some things out and he started cleaning them up but I just noticed more and more and realized didnt do half of what they said. He took a lesser payment but I still paid too much for whats done and now I will probably do it myself.

They gave me a very fair quote on fixing up my car the right way, and they were polite. You would think that this would be common, but its just not. Most shops are just extremely rude, overpriced, and/or will try to throw in additional charges to steal your money. Ive been to tons of different shops from Green Bay to De Pere, and this is definitely one of the best around. I cant say how they are with major body work, but Im sure other reviews can tell you.

Our 2011 Volkswagen Jetta was the victim of a 4 X 4 piece of glass that fell off a monster farm tractor being hauled my a semi trailer. The glass shattered on impact and raked the entire drivers side of the car from front to back bumper. My first instinct was to have the dealership repair it. As I inquired of friends and family for advice Williams Auto Body came up several times. I knew of their work and had seen Classic Cars renewed by Williams Auto body. When I picked up my car it looked like the day I drove it off the dealership lot. My first thought was to head for PDQ and have a professional detail job done on the inside to match. I sat in the car and my jaw dropped. The inside looked as good as the outside. This I did not expect. In fact it was never mentioned. If you want a professional job done far beyond your expectations, you need to see Mark Williams. Thanks to you and your team Mark!

Based on my experience I would not go there again. Management didnt hold up to our financial arrangement. I do think its fair to say my insurance company was ripped off big time. Now, on the other hand the work done was ok, and in a timely manner.

Interior rugs done but the rest of the interior wasnt touched much. I will not be going back as the exterior buffing was not much better.
