In this market things are crazy. I needed a solid daily driver. Affordable Auto had a truck very similar to what I wanted- but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. It was priced right however. The salesman sat down and listened to what I was hoping to find in a truck. He went over the truck on the lot with me and said I can make all of that happen for you with this truck. So he put a leveling kit on, new wheels and tires and afterwards he did a proper alignment. I priced checked a few other places but Affordable Auto has a very fitting name. They beat anyone else prices and it was all top end components. I feel like that kind of service pricing and attention to detail should be commended. You just don’t find that anymore especially in today’s day and age. Affordable auto will have all of my family’s business moving forward. Thanks guys!

Better slow down on the road. One of your black Cadillac Escalades almost caused an accident by going 60 in a 35. I know it was one of the higher ups due to your trash yellow affordable auto plates on the back. Just know you are worthless and have been reported to proper authorities.

Google doesnt allow a zero rating. I talked to Tim the salesman over the phone about a car. The price was above blue book and was assured car was A+ and they were willing to adjust price if I purchased it.I called about car be cause I was 1hour 45 minutes away. I was assured car in great shape and tires nearly new driving the high price. Upon arriving found car to D+ condition. There was damage, scratches, and dents. They applied touch up paint front to rear. The front 2 tires were worn out and rears were newer but different brands left to right and different than the fronts. Tim stated tires were boss/owners fault they didnt want to change worn tires. Understandable Tim is just the salesman. But Tim lying about tires and overall condition shows his lack of character and willingness to do anything to make a buck. Buyer beware. Maybe they take care of locals but think twice before you make a long drive.

Most amazing customer service and they stand behind what they sell. New or used this is the only place we will purchase our vehicles from.

Cars on the lot seem pretty nice and priced ok for the most part. Only thing that my husband and I didnt like was that the salesman wouldnt give us a minute to talk alone, he was always right next to us. Otherwise the place seems nice

Drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle. To find rust covered up by touch up paint. Be careful here and look the vehicle over good . They waisted 3 hours of my day.

We bought a vehicle there and within a week the head gasket broke. They fixed it but it took over a week. We also discovered that one of the power windows doesnt work and one of the doors doesnt lock. None of those things were on the disclosure form. I will not be buying another vehicle there again. Update in less than 6 weeks we also dicovered that the steering pump and drive belt were shot. We wouldnt recommend buying a vehicle there ever.

Bought a car in February 2017, only problem after problem, head gasket had to be replaced also the cradle frame was rusted out and had to be replaced in order to drive the car. The owner brushed me away when I mentioned the issues.Over 1000.00 on repairs. Not happy.

Save yourself from a commitment to a car that will be nothing but problems. I trusted them to find me a reliable car and after all I got was lie after lie. I bought a car there in November 2014 it is now September 2015 and I am searching for a new car. After I went back in with problems I got nothing but denial about promises and complete unwillingness to help a customer.

Kind of pushy sales friendly but kinda pushy and didnt give us time to talk by ourselves and the vehicle we looked at had frame rot issues the rest of car was great but the frame rot scared us away we live in Michigan if we hit a pothole the car would have been done for and they didnt have anything else in our price range without high mileage
