Was very disappointed that the sales staff were too busy to listen to what I needed. They did not take the time to even tell me what they intended to sell me? I will definitely be going to a different location in the future because of the sales staff and the store manager. The shop staff were awesome in making up for the office staff that are obviously in over their head.

They have a nice selection of quality tires to choose from and promptly got me in for a new set.

This was my first experience with Pomps Tire. I had a nail in my tire and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I stopped into the Pomps store that was close to where I worked. I was greeted by a nice young man and told him my situation. He had said they were completely booked for the day, but if I could leave my vehicle, they would work it in. 2 hours later it was fixed. So very thankful! Pomps was great to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced.Highly recommend.

Pomps is our go-to local service provider for tires, and oil changes. Recently I had a laceration in a tire while driving which caused a bulge. This is a driving hazard, so I called Pomps and explained. They got me in the same day! I specifically recommend any service from Kyle. He always does a great job and treats me with respect. Great place to go to for any kind of tire problem with your vehicle even if you just need a free estimate. Super friendly and delightful staff is ready to help in anyway they can. Although the price for services may not be your dream price, its really no different than any other place and you will definitely get quality work with some knowledge when you leave. A cup of coffee would have been nice to enjoy but understandable why it is no longer available (Covid) maybe take the pot away so it isnt a reminder how much us adults love it so much.

I have been going to Pomp’s for about 10 years now. I now have 5 vehicles serviced by them. This team never disappoints! I am not much for writing reviews, but sometimes you need to take a step back and do so to compliment the right business. Kyle has always gone above and beyond for me. In the last year or so they added Cynthia and those two always pull through for me no matter the circumstances including Covid. I am a small business owner and I drive 60 k miles a year and Pomp’s East is always my go to for all my vehicle needs. A special thanks to all at Pomp’s East for everything you do! I regularly come here to get my oil changed (1123 Cedar St.) Kyle is a pretty honest guy. I would recommend. I do need to remind them not to turn my automatic lights off though.

My experience at pomp’s tire service was top of the line. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The service was quick and timely. And I was given updates as I waited. Parts and labor were very fair and in line if not lower than competitors.Will definitely be coming back here for future tire repair and/or replacement.

My appointment was at 3pm but I needed to be at work by 2. I dropped my truck off in the morning with the intention of sending my wife to pick it up after 3. They called me at 1pm to get my truck! I was also able to make a last minuet change to the tires i had installed with zero issue. Excellent customer service and value!

Called before the store opened because I was heading out of town at noon. Noticed low tire pressure the day before. Not only did someone answer but got an appointment at 8:30. Tire was repaired and I was on my was by 9:10. Great price too. Everyone wearing face covering made me quite comfortable.

Stopped in to have my battery tested on my truck, it failed the test... Interstate warranty covered 45% of the replacement and Pomps gave me an additional discount as a military veteran. Unfortunately they did not have the time or a mechanic available to change out the old battery for the new one, instead they let me use a socket set and I was able to replace it myself and be back on the road.

Kyle did a tremendous job. Checked my wheel alignment and said it was fine! See you guys for my next tires as I drive 130 miles every day. The Firestone LE Destinations lasted 50% longer than my previous 3 set of 4 tires

I was given incorrect information regarding a check engine light. I was told I had many issues with my vehicle an was provided a estimate cost for repair. I went to a Chevy garage for a 2nd opinion an very glad I did as the check engine code was not a transfer case issue which would of cost me several hundreds od dollars if I would not have gotten a 2 opinion. It was a sensor located by the gas tank. No, I will not return to Pomps.

Would like to give big thanks to Felix and Pomp’s Tire. Last Friday, we were “ lucky” to get a flat tire right outside Pomp’s on Main St. To our dismay, the lug wrench was missing and went into Pomp’s to see if we could borrow one. Not only did they let us borrow one, but Felix came out in the frigid cold and put on our spare! He then checked the tire pressure to make sure we made it home safely. It was an incredible act of kindness and humanity and thank you just doesn’t cut it. If you’re looking for integrity, this place is it!

Got me in quick, same day to check tires for slow leak. Patched tires and in less than 30 minutes I was driving home. A little pricey compared to the local tires but very efficient.

Pomp’s always goes the extra “mile” to help. They fit me in for appointments, allow extra invoices since I have a company car, even did a small repair at no charge.I buy my tires from them and get regular oil changes, FREE tire rotation. I have had brakes done as well. They have taken very good care of my 2013 Venza it has over 245,000 miles on it and still going strong

Excellent service every time, its the only place I go for oil changes. They keep me apprised of any potential issues they see but have never pressured me to buy anything I didnt want or need.

The work was done quickly while I waited, and the price was reasonable and less expensive than I thought. Will definitely go back for more work in the future

Took my car in for a nail in my tire, they had to resection the tire. Turns out there was a second nail on the opposite side, so they didnt charge for second repair. Also got an oil change while I was there. Prices were fair and the work was all done quickly.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They presented my options and allowed me to choose what worked for me... and my budget. I didnt feel pressured at all. I wont hesitate to use their services again.

Had my brakes replaced after purchasing new tires. After they were replaced, there was a shaking in my steering, I took it back in and they warranted out the parts, shake came back a few weeks later, and I paid the difference for upgraded parts, another few weeks later the shake came back again. They told me there was nothing they could do, again this was not a problem prior to having the brakes changed. I emailed the company with no reply. Took it to another business and they found the rotors had been installed without taking all the proper steps in preparing the car for replacement. I would find another place to bring your car for any work to be done.
