After researching numerous brands of adjustable mattresses, and visiting area retailers, my wife and I then visited the Sleep Number store. Suffice it to say we felt like we were active participants in an educational seminar on sleep comfort. We walked into the store thinking we knew exactly what we wanted. Our sales person, Tammi guided us through the product menu, encouraging us to experiment the various choices. She did a very thorough job! We left the store very confident that we made the right choice. Thank you!
We were treated so kindly by Cody Lee. This guy loves what he does and it shows! We took a while to decide and even kept him an hour after closing. Though it was late, his politeness and manners never faded. We have never been so impressed! What a great experience!
My wife and I have been searching for the perfect mattress for quite some time now - especially with regard to my ongoing back issues. My chiropractor recommended Sleep Number so we decided to take a look over the 4th of July weekend at our Green Bay store. Well.... never in my life would I have guessed we would buy a mattress system before we walked out - and spend twice as much that purchase as my 1st new car (yes - Im that old). Blair was absolutely terrific in explaining the technology and all the nuances of the Sleep Number system. Very knowledgeable and patient. Although we are not receiving our bed for a couple weeks we feel confident we have found the answer to our sleeping issues. We spent a good part of the afternoon experiencing the various mattress and number options and it is the most comfortable mattress either of us have ever tried. Also given that my wife and I have different support and firmness preferences and the sleep number can address that is wonderful. Add an adjustable base and finance option and we were good to go. The 100 day return policy is reassuring in case anything changes after we get a chance to try it over the long term. Thank You Blair - We are excitedly awaiting our delivery. As my chiropractor told me: You spend a third of every day for the rest of lives on this purchase - choose wisely. After much looking we feel we did. Thank You Sleep Number. Sure youll hear back from us in a few weeks.

We bought I-8 bed and for the first month everything is going great, the sales team has called us to check if we have any questions !The delivery team was great, a lot of information about the bed also !Very respectful!

The sale was awesome. They couldnt wait to get my business. They just have a problem FIXING any issues they may have. (It took three times for the right part to be ordered, and during that four week period, my foot warmer sometimes worked.) When I suggested to the sales person that for all my troubles I deserved a free pillow, I was laughed at. Sorry.... for the price I paid for the bed, I expected EXCELLENT service and didnt get it. Also, when I did leave a message for the sales person, I didnt get a call back. I have to say that the techs that came to fix the bed provided EXCELLENT service.
We had a great shopping experience at Sleep Number. They explained the products, educated us on the benefits, and we were able to test out the different models. Great no pressure experience.
Everyone was helpful who assisted us and I love my ILE. It has taken yrs for me to find a bed that allows my lower back to be happy when I wake up! I was constantly having lower back pain and it was affecting my activities on a daily basis because of how I was sleeping and the non support I was getting from all other mattresses....and I have had quite a few mattresses! Love my sleep number!
Our visit to the store in GB ended with a purchase of i10. We are thrilled with our new bed and the Sales Team assisted us was far more experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant than any other stores we visited that are in same industry. If you want to good night sleep and experience a true customer experience we highly recommend.

We spent over 2 hours in the store and thousands of dollars. When we were done. They’d didn’t say thank you or good bye. I was not impressed!!!!!
Good service Im mad they dont make my pillow anymore. Its the only pillow that doesnt give me a headache. Bought 2 new ones and they are not the same. Please bring back my pillow
All we wanted was an adjustable frame and mattress. We were overly pushed towards an air mattress which we told them we already have and dont want another one. We found a local store that got us what we wanted with no pressure.
We were extremely happy with the knowledge of our sales consultant, Cody, and the time he took with us to answer questions and find our comfort levels. Well worth the three hour drive to a Sleep Number store. Our Sleep Number arrives tomorrow!

Sales person Kelli was great, Delivery guys were great. Totally disappointed in the product for what you pay $2265.09 (includes $199 delivery fee). This was just a basic non-adjustable base and the sale price of the mattress. First, Im not heavy enough so the responsive air doesnt work for me but does for my husband. Second, my husband has a higher sleep setting than me and keeps rolling to my side of the bed. The dog also sets off the responsive air every time he moves. Back problems and legs are the same. My biggest complaint is that we were never told about a pickup fee. It was only explained that we wouldnt get the $199 delivery fee back. The pickup fee was $221.19!!! So we paid $420.19 to try a bed for 30 days. Not worth it. I saw a review that said you could return it to the store yourself! Not once did they offer that and no where does it say that you can. Honestly the $199 delivery fee is ridiculous. The whole thing comes vacuum packed that my 9 year old could have carried it. We did the split queen box spring which I could carry each piece myself. It took them like 5 minutes to set the whole thing up. I do not recommend at all! Bought a new mattress from WG&R and love it!
Blair and Rosie were very knowledgeable and very good to work with. They both appear to be happy working in the store, we had a great experience.
I wanted to suprise my husband with a new pillow, so I went to our Sleep Number store. After speaking to Rosie, I chose the ComfortFit pillow. My husband loves it! He likes that he can adjust the pillow to his liking.

I need to spend a few days a week in two different homes, with two different beds, and not sleeping well in either. You had me and my fiancé lay on a bed with a projection on the ceiling and we viewed where our pressure points were and not being supported at our current number. I was at 100, thinking a hard bed was good for my lower back - I was wrong. I sleep so much better now that I purchased your recommendations. Both beds are set at 55; the two inch Coolfit Foam Layer and unbelievable pillow, make my beds a welcome back sound sleep experience. I also purchased sheets that same day over the phone, by your coworker, who was also very helpful, and was able to get the 30% discount. I very much appreciate you, and your products. They understood what I was lookin for in a bed. They took took their time and explained everything to me. They showed me how it works and let me go ahesfd and explore it myself. They weerd all friexndly, willing to answer question s and very infomative.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I went there to buy a bed and pay with CASH. I walked around the store for 20 minutes with out any kind of acknowledgement from the sales people until I finally asked for help I was Then told by the sales person very rudely rhat he didnt have time for me. So I walked out. The sales people here dont seem to care about the customer service. Stay away from this place.

I went into the store to return a mattress pad I never ordered but got charged for when I bought the bed and out of no where got yelled at by the salesman. I’ve never seen such poor customer service from a store.

Sleep Number is the worst company I have ever bought from. They lied repeatedly about delivery times, took two months to deliver the bed, and when it finally came the air pump and bladder were missing. It then took another week to get the missing parts and they never refunded me for shipping like I asked. Stay far away from this scumbag company.
Ordered a bed, they failed on delivery twice. A month later, still no bed! Customer service is poor.
