Normally we drive to Appleton to visit the restores because the Green Bay store was priced unreasonably high. Glad to see that when we stopped this week when looking for a table for one of the kids we noticed the prices were much more fair. Will now visit more often. And the customer service was amazing. Positive changes happening.

Great place to volunteer. My 17 year old needed hours for school and was very nervous about doing some new or out of his comfort zone. I fully expected him to drop it once he obtained the hours he needed. (about 40) When I asked him when he was going to quit he said hes not....that he really likes it!! Hes still there at over 120 hours and counting. Hes really enjoying the people we works with and Julia (the coordinator) is really an awesome person!

They have some great stuff in there. We were looking for solid bi-fold closet doors to build a shelf system. They had several to choose from. Also saw a really cool hanging light, and some nice furniture.

Good prices. Fairly good selection. Its a second hand store so luck is involved in getting what you need every visit. But that is not to say a visit isnt worth it.

Ja
Review №13

Not bad selection. Reasonable prices. But, staff is very heavy handed about customers wearing optional face coverings. Will not be back, as I only support businesses that empower people to make their own choices for their health and personal autonomy. There are still many businesses that enable this choice, and I will happily bring my money to them instead.

I volunteer at the restore once in a while and I really enjoy it. But what I really enjoy is going there once in a while and finding $400 worth of hardware, lumber or cabinetry for like $40! This place is a treasure trove. This place has fantastic stuff for both men and ladies. But you have to know what you are looking for and how it works. Somethings are best bought with instructions, which you may not find at restore.

For discount home improvement items, this is the place to go. Its donated items like Goodwill but ranges from furniture, tile, chairs, power tools, you name it. It benefits the local Habit For Humanity and the staff and volunteers are very nice.

Great store for an even greater cause!! I visited the Allouez location for the first time today and was incredibly impressed!! Employees were so helpful in helping us with what we needed, cashier was super sweet, and the guys helping loading our big items into the truck were very professional and helpful as well. Thank you, Restore! We will absolutely be repeat customers. Highly recommend!

I have bought most my furniture for my new apartment here. When starting out from scratch or maybe in a hardish time financially they have good quality items for every part of your house. Even down to ex: kitchen cabinets, faucets, sinks, doors. Again anything you need. Their purchase 3 day pick up policy is so handy when you may find something you like but need to come back another time to pick it up.They work on donations from the community so if you need a place to off load your items when getting new shiny items in your home keep them in mind the community would appreciate it.Last positive its a good place to volunteer if you are looking for spare time to make use of

Donated an entire unit of furniture to have one media center smashed from handling, and they left whatever they didnt like left for me to clean up, nice way to donate and have them cherry pick and leave the the rest for me to clean up, poor place to donate, not recommended. Pic of left overs, oh they dont like headboards either.

Its okay. But prices are high and some of their furniture like, cabinets, are very old. They do have some nice window screen for one dollar but, good luck in finding a match. I was interested in some chairs for my back porch but they were already worn and wouldnt last but one season unless you know how to refurbish. That would be nice.

Restore is a great option for items from yoir home you are done with, like cabinets, bookshelves, doors, and more. Staff are mostly friendly and prices for items they sell are very reasonable (just keep in mind that most of what you might buy was considered too old for the previous owner). Make sure to check ahead if you have any doubt if theyll take an item as there are rules and laws about donating things like baby furniture and blinds.

Surprisingly like a garage sale with a lot of junk. At 1/10 the population of GB, the Sturgeon Bay store is a lot better. This is NOT to say that the GB store isnt worth a visit, since they might happen to have the particular thing you need at a great price.

I cannot spend less than 2 hours browsing here (so I go close to closing time). Im a crafter learning woodworking and learning to create some steampunk pipe lamps. Every week is different, and good deals are snatched up minutes after being put on the sale floor. I love the random stuff they get... Like billboard rain covers $5 (saved items in my rummage sale when it rained) or rolls of vinyl fabric for $10... there is always something cool and unique. I count on finding a funky chair every time I go.I love what this does for the community, and I love that the proceeds go right back to Habitat for Humanity. Some paid, some volunteer staff....theyre all very friendly and helpful. My favorite store!!
