I had excellent service from Cam at Verizon.He was very patient and knowledgeable. He also helped my sister and husband. We all got newI-Phones. He explained everything very carefully and helped us get everything transferred from our old phones to our new phones. He answered all of our questions and offered to help us if we needed any other assistance. While set-up took awhile,We never felt rushed. Cam is a dedicated employee who puts his customers first. Jon Mark spent an hour and a half when he was supposed to be done with with helping me and my mom upgrade our phone and straightening out our plans. I can’t say enough good things about him! My wife and I had a Phone crash issue and stopped in on Sunday about 1 PM. Jon Pettersen greeted us warmly and led us to his desk. He worked on our Google 3A for about 15 minutes and finally got it working again but it was spotty and all the contacts were lost. We decided to abandon the phone and moved on to a Motorola version. Jon transferred all of my (George) contacts from my phone to the new phone to get her started rebuilding her new phone. All pictures were recovered. First class service from a first class man !!!!!

Love this store. I’ve been there twice, and both times, the sales associates have helped me in a fast, and professional manner. I won’t visit another store now. I went yesterday and was in and out in roughly 20 mins for an upgrade. Aaron K was the salesman i was with. Not only did he move fast and efficiently, he knew what he was doing and was extremely personable. He’s definitely a great asset to the team. Corporate stores are usually extremely busy, and this store is in a great location, and didn’t have people out the door because they were helped so fast. The sales team was so nice, too. WOW! Just incredible, I stopped in to inquiry on the new Android watches, I had the original Frontier watch so there was a particular feature I wqs looking for. My associate Ben Anderson was delighted to assist me, even when I came in 10 minutes before closing. Being that I live in Michigan I told him I could come back in a few days. Upon my arrival Ben had already inquired on the watch I wanted he also noticed that I could save $100 on my watch by upgrading my phone. He was so relatable and easy to talk with. He ended up showing me this amazing new LG phone I would have never thought to look at. He then ended up hooking me up with an amazing deal! I mean out of this world! He even went the extra mile and a half by ensuring I would get my new toys as fast as possible. Ben Anderson is most definitely worth driving from out of state for he was just simply amazing. Stopped in the Verizon store on Mason St in Green Bay for a new phone. My customer service rep, Joe Ziese, was great!! He explained my options and choices. I would recommend him to my friends and family!!

Joe was a very nice, thorough and understanding sales person who helped me with all my questions. He pointed out all the features and options and packages available. He answered the questions I had about my different questions. I would recommend.

Terrible experience. Awful service. Incompetent staff. Nonfunctioning technology. Unable to activate my iphone in over half an hour after wasting an hour before that trying to process the sale itself. When I asked about waiving the activation fee, which had never been mentioned at any point during the sale, so that I could just do it on my own as I was obviously going to have to do anyway, I was told I should leave the store and that all service sales were nonrefundable. I will never be going back and encourage others to go to best buy or an actual verizon store. If I could give zero stars I would

Ive been going through Verizon for a while now, I always had great experiences and the customer service is always very welcoming and friendly. Today I actually lost my phone at the mall, it was an LG Wing that one Verizon represenative, Aaron Kornowski, had helped me to purchase a few months back. I was very upset, so I went into this Verizon store today and luckily, Aaron was there again. I told him my situation and he immediately started finding possible solutions. He managed to track my phones location to a restaurant on the east side of Green Bay, then he called the non-emergency number and got me in contact with an officer who was able to assist me in retrieving the phone. In short, if werent for Aarons immaculate help, I could have lost not only the phone, but all the photos, conversations, and general sentimental memories with it. I would 100% recommend Aaron to anyone, hes very friendly and will answer any questions you may have, and if theres ever a problematic situation, he will find a solution. If youre reading this, thank you again Aaron!!! 😁

This has been one of the worst experiences ever. My wife was just looking to upgrade her phone. Her phone was paid off, so it was supposed to be a very easy process. The sales person (who i will not name in here) was very unclear as to how the process worked. He continually kept trying to upgrade the wrong phone, kept trying to push through new phone plans, which weve had to correct him multiple times not to do. The phone arrived and it was not attached to our account. This means that we had to spend days trying to get in contact with the sales person to call verizon corporate to work on our issue. As of right now its been nearly a week and still no new phone. Will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

They create fake positive reviews for themselves because their business is bad.. Go to an actual Verizon store. Dont waste your time here. They really push upgrading your device even when you say you like the phone you have now. By really push, I mean that they wont take no. And even though I declined/requested certain add ons/plans, I still had to change those in the app long after I left the store. Had I not gone into the app to look at why my bill was higher than it should be, god knows when I wouldve seen that. Im glad I was mislead and got to pay for things I originally didnt want :)
