Every time I bring my car to Broadway, the staff there is so nice and helpful.I love how friendly and easy going the people there are, and they always do such a nice job on my car. I also like that they run it through the car wash after they are done working on it!Matt in the collision center was also very nice and very helpful when I had to have something done with my car. I would recommend this crew to anyone looking for a place to go!
Every experience at Broadway has been a good one for me. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the use of texts the service consultants use to communicate with me during the visit. I also used texting for a question I had after the visit. Very convenient.
Joe at Broadway was fantastic. Never felt rushed or pressured during my visits there. Joe was up front and honest about the various discounts and incentives that were available, and in fact, went through and listed everything line by line to see if I qualified for it. We did a lot of communication through text, which was very convenient for me, as I could respond and ask questions as they came up, instead of having to wait until I had time to make a call.After I chose my vehicle, Joe gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and I was very happy with the price I got. When I picked it up, he took the time to go through the vehicle top to bottom with me, to make sure I had all my questions answered and understood all the features it had to offer. Again, never felt rushed or like he just wanted me out the door after the sale was made.Joe kept in contact every step of the way, and he was always able to accommodate my schedule.Overall, I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Ive been looking for a diesel truck for over 2 years and Sal Robles was able to help me end that search. After find the right truck, I noticed a mildew/mold issue with the headliner. With a wife who has asthma and a one year old baby, I couldnt have that health concern lingering around. They were able to work with me on getting that replaced prior to picking the truck back up. Sal was very responsive, answered all my questions and was a respectful salesman to work with!Victor in Financing made everything a breeze. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase!

I was visiting my daughter, and had called three other dealerships about getting an oil change and no one could get me in for several days. Someone told me that this dealership allowed walk-ins and they got me right in which I appreciated.
Tony was very helpful with the check in process. The 5K mile service took approximately 1hr and 20 minutes. The body shop was unable to look at the concern I had with the trim around the passenger side wheel well. I will have to schedule a follow up visit, I guess.
The customer service was great. Everyone is so friendly, however, my vehicle didnt get the exhaust fixed. My car came in with a big job and I said I would also like my exhaust to be fixed since I was spending so much money on it to begin with. Also, my vehicle is still having some issues.
Robin and Jeff were really easy to work with! We came in with the intention of just test driving a different vehicle and we found the Blazer we liked. We were able to complete all of the paperwork and take the vehicle home the same day! We love the vehicle and thought the price was competitive. Thank you for the great experience!
I purchased a 2021 Trailblazer with the help of Joe Rose. The process was so simple and easy. He made sure I got the car of my dreams. I can truly say I love my TB! This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from Broadway on Ashland and both times I was amazed at the ease and helpfulness of the people there. I know Ill be keeping my TB for some time but will be referring family and friends to Broadway.

Excellent service! We were traveling on vacation far from home and our vehicle broke down on the side of the highway and Broadway Chevrolet Sales on Ashland St. In Green Bay helped fix our vehicle within less than a day. They were extremely accommodating, reasonable rates, and quickly got us a loaner despite being already busy with other customers. Facilities were spacious and clean. Service personnel were very courteous and helpful. Vehicle was serviced in a rapid manner and very thorough.
Things got better at the end but during the very long wait for my Corvette it seemed that either GM or the dealer (?) didnt have much data regarding the status of the production process. Long periods of near silence doesnt offer one much hope as you wait with no target information about when it might get built. I found more information from some Corvette forums than I got from official sources. I think Ryan was trying to get info but either Broadway or GM wasnt able/willing to provide it. I think GM makes a huge mistake when they allocate more cars to their big or favorite dealers and leave Broadway or others at a disadvantage in the order sequence process. I know for a fact that cars ordered after mine from some of the big dealers were built ahead of mine. That tells me that GM considers their dealers to be the customer when in fact its the consumer who should be given greater consideration. In several cases cars were ordered 4-6 months after mine but from large dealers and they were delivered before mine. I know its the allocation system but I would tell GM their system is in serious need of overhaul. Point blank...it sucks! I put the major part of the blame on GM and not Broadway.

Turner was excellent! Super helpful in showing me cars, didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything. I felt like he wanted to make sure I was in a car that was best suited for myself. He answered all of my questions. After I purchased the car, he gave me a call to see how everything was going so far. I REALLY appreciated this. It’s nice to meet a genuine salesman who shows initiative, is personable, and is very knowledgeable.
Purchased a 2021 Colorado in February of 2021 through Joe Rose in the Sales Dept. He was very nice, courteous and friendly. Kept my wife and me in the loop... we ended up waiting for the truck for 3 1/2 months due to GM would not install a sound micro chip right away. When it finally came in Joe called that same day and was more excited than my wife was. We were able to pick the truck up 2 days later. However, when we got there the paint on the truck felt like sand paper. Joe immediately took the truck to the detail dept. They took very good care of the truck. They recleaned the vehicle and brought it back to us about an hr. later... which was perfect as a storm came in and we also had to pay and sign papers. The truck came back into the show room, very clean up and down. Joe went over all of the options on the truck and my wife and I were very pleased with the entire process. Overall I would definitely buy another vehicle from Joe & Broadway. Thank you Joe and Broadway!!!P.S. Joe.... the back seat does fold up... and down.. the back seat has a small strap sticking out on the top.. pull that and the back seat folds forward/down... :)~
The service person who greeted me was very respectful and kind. He was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. I had a pretty good idea what the problem was with my vehicle, and when I described the issues he understood what I was describing and asked additional questions to verify the possible diagnosis of the problem. As a woman bringing a vehicle in for repair, it was great to be treated with respect.The shuttle drivers were also very friendly and professional.

The 2020 Subaru WRX ( 6300 miles ) I purchased did not go through vehicle inspection at Broadway Chevrolet if so they have poor quality. Bent wheel and Tire issues were founded upon bringing the vehicle later that day at Subaru Dealership. This is troubling considering I paid retail for this vehicle. I would STRONGLY not purchasing a vehicle from Broadway Automotive. away from the vehicle the Title and paperwork is a nightmare and I yet to receive my title considering I paid in cash on day of delivery. Numerous phone calls with receiving nothing but voicemails. I would give a zero if I was able.

I came in for an oil change tire rotation and I had a specific noise I wanted investigated. Katie Apfel was extremely helpful at the counter desk and she had me all set up in no time. The noise that was occurring was difficult to detect and Derek Krause went out of his way to help and identify what it could be. Few phone calls and texts were helpful in the conversation, and Derek seem to figure out what it was. Again extremely helpful and went out of their way to help. My only regret is when it came to paying the bill there’s a surcharge of 3% when using credit cards, not real happy about that. You would’ve been way better off at just increasing the rate, it basically soured the experience at Broadway. I have had this other times at other locations/ business just a few but have decided not to do business there anymore. I’m hoping Broadway will rethink their surcharge on credit cards.
Good service but would ask that if I need some future service perhaps a mechanic could talk to me and not just put it on the bill.

Me and my wife found are 2015 Chevy suburban salesman was good we found rust spots on the driver side wheel wells we told the salesman we would take it as long as rust gets fixed he told me it was not a problem to get that done after even told me there was a corrosion warranty witch it did not even tho it did not!!!! I been dealing with everybody there to get this issue resolved and ended with a phone call hang up after on me from joe the sales manager. place only cares when you are making a purchase it good bye after that and nobody to care to fix this issue. As a second time vehicle buyer from Ryan Brennan, I’m even happier than the first time! I was able to let Ryan know what I was looking for, and he found it! Price was a little higher than what I was initially thinking, but after discussing the value of the vehicle compared to my needs (safe, fuel efficient, low mileage, room to grow and have storage room, single owner, no accidents, and of course a moon/sunroof), I quickly agreed that what I was looking at was a steal! My family (and puppy) couldn’t be more happy or excited about my purchase. It was definitely the right decision for my family and I’m glad that Ryan took the time to listen to my needs and find the right vehicle! He spent time explaining and setting everything up while on the lot, so our drive home was peaceful without wondering how everything worked. His extra effort to get the vehicle in the timeframe we were hoping was much appreciated (even on a holiday weekend). His customer service shows how much Broadway cares, even as a repeat customer!

Oscar was great! Told me I needed an alignment and showed me the picture and quoted the price. He also asked if I wanted my car washed as he knows most people don’t. I declined it as it usually leaves spots. Oscar can in the waiting area to let me know my car was almost done and to tell me the guys in tbe garage washed my car and he was sorry. I saw that he did write on the sheet before it went back not to do it so I don’t blame him at all.
Ryan was great to work with. We drove 2 hours to pick up our new Trail Boss. We felt we got a good price on our trade in, and Bill in finance was able to get the financing terms we were looking at, with a good rate. It was worth the drive and we would definitely come back.

Its been 23 years since I purchased a new vehicle. My visits went very well and was glad there was a vehicle that was very close to what I wanted. However I would have liked to have a bigger selection to choose from. I know there has been some issues getting new vehicles in so I didnt get exactly what I was looking for but a close 2nd. Everyone I worked with at the dealer was very professional and helped me with all of the processes of buying a new vehicle. My salesman, Joe Rose was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and was never pushing me into making a decision just to make a sale. I liked that he was honest with my process. When I picked up my vehicle it was nice that he went through everything I had questions on and helped me set up a few things online before giving me the keys and letting me go.

Incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Service manager Tony was not empathetic to my situation at all. Did nothing to help me. My vehicle was not drivable he not once asked if I needed a rental he even discouraged me from speaking with someone in the sales department. When I called and asked for an email address of the General Manager I was told they didnt know it. I in fact had my vehicle towed elsewhere for service. Not one person called asked me why. I will never again do business with Broadway!

I purchased a 2021 VW Atlas on Wednesday, June 23rd. I worked with Kelli Konecny. She was knowledgeable, efficient, attentive and courteous!! The buying experience was GREAT until we got to the rude finance guy Bill. He was only interested in selling me add on stuff and increasing my monthly payments. If my options are your way or the highway......Im on the highway every time. Dont berate me by asking me how could I not want your added on stuff if you cant offer any alternatives or even tell me what my cost is. Simply move on. It was ridiculous that the closing of the deal took more than an hour. I should have been out of Bills office in 30 minutes or less. Try having your sales team talk about these add on options during the sale as opposed to after the deal is done. In my opinion, less annoying this way.
Joe Rose was a Superb Salesman to work with regarding my 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss! He is very professional and courteous! Joe made everything simple, starting with the truck build and pricing. Bought a Mercedes SL500 and didnt have time to go to the dealer to look at the car. My salesperson Christi Ellis said the car was one to not pass on that it was exceptionally clean and she would bring it to me to look at!!!. I was skeptical (heard that from every salesperson I ever looked at a car from) but she was absolutely right on every account. Christi is honest and as ethical as they come. I would have lost out on a beautiful car if it wasnt for her!

Very long wait for an oil change, upward of 2 hours, while others came and went while I was waiting. And I also asked for no car wash because I had luggage in the bed of my truck under the tonneau cover, and when my truck was finally finished it was washed against my wishes and my luggage was wet. So long wait and didn’t listen to the simple thing I asked for: so thanks Broadway.

I hit a deer and tore up the right front end of my equinox. Took it to Broadway Chevy and they had an estimate done the next day, before my insurance company contacted me. They told me the repairs would take 10 days (including a weekend) as they had to order parts. My vehicle was done in 7 days (including a weekend)-3 days sooner than they indicated. Upon review of my final estimate, they were going to use a LKQ fender, however they one they ordered came rusted to they put on a new one and matched the LKQ cost. Upon pick up of my vehicle, I noticed that the repairs were impeccable but they also cleaned the inside of my car. I was more than impressed with their service and quality of work
Well, Ive been coming to Broadway Chevrolet since 1984. This is 9th vehicle my wife and I have bought in that time frame from Broadway Chevrolet! When I came in about 2 weeks ago to buy a Silverado-----I couldnt make a deal. I went to another Chevy dealer and actually put money down on a silverado that was in transit to their dealership. A few days later I get an email from Broadway stating they will beat anybodys price. So I took them up on their offer. I told them what the other dealership was offering, and said now you have to up your offer. Well, Broadway increased their offer on my 2014 Silverado and came down on there MSRP. In the end, both parties were happy and my wife and are are glad we can continue our relationship with Broadway Chevrolet!

This review is in regards to the service center at Broadway.I would not recommend Broadway’s service department. Car was dropped off for side view mirror replacement as well as a shift to park error message. We were told it was covered. Found out later there was apparently miscommunication somewhere and told it would be $470 to replace the mirror but the shift to park message would be repaired for free. After the shift to park was fixed, we were told the battery was critically low and needed to be replaced. The battery was replaced free of charge as well. However, after the battery was replaced. Both the key fobs were not working properly.We were told we would receive a call when the side view mirror was in. Never received a call. We had to call in to find the part was already in. I left a message with Katie to schedule service and never received a call back. My wife also left a voicemail with a gentleman and never received a call back. Apparently no one listens to voicemails.Brought car in for the side view mirror replacement and was told the wheels alignment was off. Car was in back on 1/14 and had oil change & tire rotation. Not sure how the alignment was off in such a short turnaround especially on a vehicle with under 18k miles. Anyways, I had the alignment done.Got the call the side view mirror was fixed. I asked if the key fobs were also fixed. I was told “Oh, I don’t know. I’ll have to ask & call you right back”. Took over an hour to get a call back just to see if the key fob issue was fixed which makes me think it wasn’t.Picked up the car and a piece was missing on the passenger side door where you can tell had to be opened to fix the mirror. Found the piece and snapped it back in but very unprofessional and makes me skeptical of the work done on the vehicle.Not my first issue with Broadway service and will definitely not recommend anyone get service done.
As usual they met me; I told them what I wanted done; they told me approximately how much time it would take; and off I went to the waiting area. Smooth as silk! And they finished the job in less time than expected.
Sometimes times when I go in for a oil change they do not always top off all the fluids then I wonder if they checked everything else they should have.
I always have a good experience with the service department. Diego Garcia did an excellent job checking me in and they are always quick and efficient. And I like that they wash my car after!

Was a great buying experience. When I told James that Im really interested in the car but was closing on a house he was very patient and willing to listen. After he talked to his sales guys they found a way for me to be able to first close my house then come right in and get the car the next day. I will be buying my next new car from them when that time comes.
It seems like my check engine issue was fixed properly, however, 2 concerns... 1. With a quick Google search the average cost was >$200 lower than what Broadway charges. 2. Broadways 3% credit card fee is ridiculous. It seems petty and enough that Im looking for another location to complete my regular maintenance.

I needed a new car as my AC went out and the temps are in the 90s. I contacted an old friend at Broadway whos been there forever, Robin Bernhardt. He had me talk with Jeff Lashock and BAM four hours later Im driving out in a new Chevy Equinox!!! New car smell....I hope you last forever! If not, Ill be back to talk with Robin and Jeff again because they are the best!! A million thanks, guys....seriously!

I would really like to thank Tony in the repair/maintenance center. He did very well working with my husband on what was going on with our vehicle. Tony called and gave us updates on what was going on and had them look over the vehicle while they were waiting for the warranty people to come out and ok the work to be done on our vehicle. This morning someone called my husband from billing and explained that they over charged us and that there would be a credit to our card.I would for surely would recomend Broadway Automotive of Green Bay for any work or services. Im not convinced the air pressure in my tires was checked. Theyre the same pressure as pre-oil change, and the pressure is not the same for each tire. Everyone was nice, and I was in and out pretty quickly. I went for my free oil change from my car purchase. I wont be back because of the distance.
