Fantastic location, the staff are super friendly. The only negative is its unfortunate that the mall management doesnt maintain their property so GameStop has to suffer. However thats not GameStops fault.

The people working are always willing to help and do their best to accommodate any and all needs. Kayla specifically is amazing and attentive to peoples problems even when another worker is dealing with the customer and remembers things that i didn’t even know she was paying attention to. Def one of the better GameStops i’ve been in.

Worst service ever. JORDAN kept store credit card machine dirty, did not offer us to use our rewards (unlike all the other associates do), and called me fat. I was ripped off by $5.00.

Terable about masks. Funny they can turn away customers when they have been on the verge of bankruptcy for a while. I can spend my money at their competitors.

There are currently two used game stores in the Bay Park Square mall. If you are looking for used games, I would suggest checking the other store first. Its locally owned and the owner is always friendly and helpful.

Had the worst customer service, there’s this lady with tattoos who’s has a very bad tone with customers and doesn’t seem very nice and very uncomfortable to shop there . I feel bad for the people who have to work with her . This is most bizarre experience I’ve ever had in my time shopping at GameStop. They should definitely check into it and fix the mistake!!

They never answer the phone. Then you make the trip to the store just to find that they dont have what your looking for. What a waste of time. Every time I go in the store its just staff chating, however they are helpful in person thats why I gave 3 stars but improvement is needed

No customer service... Place was empty and no one asked if we needed help

Called an hour before closing to let them know that I was going to buy a console and the person I talked to was rude. I didnt get there until about 25 minutes before closing and the gate was already pulled down and they closed. When I looked in there was an employee just standing at the counter looking like they were just on their phone. I will never make a purchase at this gamestop again.

Been to this gamestop several times but my last visit was pretty bad. A lady that had a lot of tattoos was extremely condescending and snarky. Thats not how you treat a customer.

Do not trade in games here they scam you one time I was trading in a stack of PS3 games you know what they give me for the stack of PS3 games $9 and $0.30 also they did not allow you access to rated M games unless you have a parent and you have to be 18 plus to purchase them and they shove Game Informer in your face all the time they rarely answer the phone and theres a lack of staff save your money and go to game trade

Best place for video game info and shopping. I love going through the used games and have purchased many of them - never a problem. Staff seem to really know their stuff.

Go here for all your collectible needs. Stay away from new release games though, you might be able to get them cheaper elsewhere.

Like every other gamestop you walk into...the staff in this one is particularly helpful even if they dont have what your looking for or you have a dumb question. The selection of games and game collectibles is also pretty good.

Have always found the staff helpful and have always been asked if theres anything Im looking for whenever I go in, unless they look clearly busy. Usually find they try to oversell, but fairly sure thats Gamestop as a whole, not this individual locations fault.

Friendly service, but when I know more about the product than the salesmen selling me on it, I cant help but judge. I was told the headset I got for a gift was surround sound, when it was just a stereo headset. Upon bringing it back, he insisted it was surround sound......news flash, its not. But they did do a return for me, and I was able to purchase a headset that was surround sound, unfortunately they didnt match Walmarts price which was about $30 cheaper....overall disappointed coming from someone who works in retail sales, the last thing you do is blatantly lie to customers....

In my opinion, too expensive for pre-owned games. Also, not one clerk even asked if we needed help.
