I get there around 9:47 ish and she has the doors locked and waved me away. Its posted on the door that yall close at 10:00 pm. Normally its not a big deal for people with cars but now I have to walk up the road another 20 minutes and then another 25 or so back. So much for convenience. Customer service is horrible. Ive gotten better customer service at Walmart with one cash register open on a busy Friday/Saturday night.Ive gone in dont receive any customer service but the cashiers continue to keep a conversation while cussing, talking loudly and not work appropriate topics.Tonight (7/1/2021) not a soul in the place and I wasnt talked to, she was too busy looking outside at a situation with the police. I asked for a pack of cigarettes and I got the loudest inconvenience sigh. I told her thank you I got a grunt, which I replied have a good night and I got a snotty you too. Cashiers name: Heaven L.You really need to get people with people skills and a ounce of customers service skills.

Trash cans full and no windshield wiper fluid, not cool. The kid working inside is on his phone...

I only had couple dollars for gas and the lady at Green Bay on Roosevelt turned my money down and I only had enough gas to make it there trash works fire them all

My car died at pump. Talked to gas station workers and she said i had to push car into parking spot which I did. Came back to car that same day to move it and turns out gas station worker called cops on me and lied and said i didnt have permission to park there and got me a ticket. Hate this place now. Real close to my house but willing to walk anywhere else but here.

Went to this gas station and the lady at the counter was very rude and should be fired never have I met a more disrespectful person. She was also constantly staring over my shoulder when I was using the ATM also cut me off constantly when I was trying to tell her what I was looking for. I hope this company teaches cashiers how to be more customer friendly and to respect peoples privacy using the ATM. I was there thursday, May 21 around 8:00.

I will never give this place another dollar. Workers all need a lesson in customer service. I went to get gas and pump handle was leaking and I went in and told them and was told go somewhere else if you don’t like it. And was told we don’t need your business if your going to complain about a little leak. Well guess what? I will never give you any more money so screw you!!

Stopped to get gas and was running late for an appointment. There were several people in line and 3 employees working with only one on the register. As I waited in line the customer who was 2 people ahead of me was purchasing lottery tickets and was taking a little longer then usual. So I asked one of the employees who was standing behind the register if I could pay her for my gas I had even change. I later learned she was a manager. As I asked the manager if I could pay her the cashier Savannah said out loud Why dont you wait in line like everybody else I said excuse me she said you heard me and continued to argue and be very rude to me. I asked the manager for a phone number to the owner and was given a number that was disconnected. I have worked in Customer Service for over 30 yrs and have never seen such unprofessional behaviour of an employee to a paying customer in my life. I am going to post this on Social Media and tell all my family and friends about this incidence . And i will never go to your gas station ever again. I expect an apology from your owner and hopefully you can send Savannah back to class 101 Customer Service.

Convenience store is a bit small, not as much variety as others. But its adequate for this neighborhood.

This gas station has the rudiest most unfriendly cash register attendants of ANY gas station I have visited in the last 5 years!!!! I spend between $42 - $48 every time I fill up in the evenings.... not to say what I spend inside the store. This will now come to an end ....
