Very nice Kwik Trip!

I understand this is a busy kwik trip but if this place is this busy u can definitely afford to have it clean. I love kwik trip but will NEVER use this one again. It was absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Worst kwik trip in wisconsin. idiots charged me 50$ instead of $15 for gas and wouldn’t give me my money back!

Dont recommend going here if you have Oneida plates on your car (especially if you car is a darker color). Employees will make you come inside to prepay before pumping Gas and try arguing its because you dont have a license plate on your car. Worst kwik trip in GB

Place is a little dirty. Also they lack diet caffeine free sodas outside of a single can or 20 oz but they have plenty of regular soda and sodas I wasnt looking for. Its like whoever orders inventory has something against diet soda. Great cost on a lot of food items. They have a large variety of donuts for cheap as well.

This location stays busy!! Had to drive around a couple times to find a pump. Was a little stressful, as I was passing through on a road trip and like to avoid hectic situations where everybody knows what they’re doing besides me (lol) but all in all I got in and out with a full tank, yay!!

Great selection of hot food, snacks, drinks, groceries, coffee, frappe, iced, hot- you name it! Clean store and great staff! Love Kwick Trips!

I like QuikTrip but this is not one of the nicer ones Ive been to. Parking area and gas dolls are showing their age and some of the consumable stuff like Window Washers are not in good shape

I like Kwik Trip gas stations, but this one isnt as good as most others. Older, not kept up as well. Very busy and crowded, often difficult to drive in and out of.

I am not sure if I have just come to expect higher standards at Kwik Trip, but my past couple of visit to your location at 1871 Shawano Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303, has not been pleasant. Every time my friend and I are there, they seem to get busy. No matter what time of day, there is an employee by the name on Don, not sure if he is a manager or part of the management team, that comes out from the office to help. Each time, he looks like he is irritated and just doesnt want to be bothered. He also calls another employee up to take his place and then goes back into the office to sit down and just ignore everyone. This happens even when a bigger line starts to form. He just seems like he hates his job and customers and just wants to be left alone. I get it, we all have days like this, but every time I see him, it is the same. He is not friendly to the customers, nor the team members working. Today would be a perfect example, as I was waiting in line, the lone gal working the counter asked for help, he came out and seemed very irritated that he was disturbed, then pulled someone who was stocking the food area - which was nearly empty - to take his place and then he proceeded back into his little office area. The entire time, he had the look of disgust on his face that he was pulled away and had to actual do work with customers. I know, probably just higher standards that I have come to expect from Kwik Trip, but that is what sets you apart from other places. Maybe it is just time for him to find something that suits him better without contact with others, as he just doesnt seem to care or like what he is doing.

Easily the worst kwik trip I’ve ever had the displeasure of shopping at. I will go out of my way to go to kwik trip, but this store sucks. The only gas station that hounds me because my car has a rear license plate only.

Employees are rude, dont enforce wearing a mask and shame patrons if they do.

Amazing store. Just moved to Green Bay and Im loving this Kwik Trip. All Kwik Trips really but have been going to this one a lot. Clean and friendly. Love the Karuba Gold drinks (posted pics of the drink menu) and also the various specials. Great way to draw people in, daily sales and coupons etc.Tip: 1. Join their text and email clubs and get mobile coupon codes. At different times. 2. Visit their website and see whats on sale when! For instance they had $1 cheeseburgers today! 3. If you have a Fleet Farm gas coupon I heard you Kwik Trip will honor them.

I often go to this particular Kwik Trip location, as I do many other KT locations in the Northeast Wisconsin area (as well as Northern Minnesota). This is one of the older locations, and one that could definitely use a comprehensive remodel and/or expansion. It is a very busy location, but often hard to get in and out of (speaking both of the general property and the store itself. The adjacent liquor store property is now closed, and I would hope that they would be able to purchase this real estate and expand this location for easier access. The location of the dumpster holding area makes for clogged and dangerous vehicle ingress and the limited parking near the store is inconvenient. The store is one of the smaller footprints of KT stores compared to newer locations nearby, so stock isnt as expansive and navigating the store is a little harder at peak times. Maintenance of the hot bar and beverage areas is good but could be better. Staff is usually friendly and attentive but varies. Its a good store that could be great with a little investment, and but the weak adjacent competition (theres gas stations on all but one corner of the intersection) doesnt bode well for this happening. Gas is usually a few pennies more expensive than nearby competitors.

When trying to purchase gas last night the lady with short brown hair was extremely rude yelling in the intercom about coming inside to purchase gas instead of allowing us to pay at the pump refusing payment and she rolled her eyes being extremely disrespectful i thought customer service meant respecting your customers but i guess at this general location it does not require that sorry you have lost a good customer who comes here frequently.

I guess it is an okay place, easy access, fast food, pumps some time have no printing paper, so I have to line up just to get a receipt for gas that I pay at the pump. I start to complain to the people that work there and suggest that if I have to just come in and wait in line just for a receipt them they need to provide a free fountain drink. The cashier say go ahead. Thanks for that, so I dont have to wait in line just for a receipt. Rest room need more attention. I can believe that there is no toilet paper and no one work there noticed. There are like 5 or 6 rolls for the dispenser and the whole thing is empty.

The worst location in Green Bay. Littlerly just watched discrimination at the counter clear as day. Asked to speak with a manager about retraining the member so they don’t get sued. And she was the manager....(Mind blown) Just keep breaking the law you will lose your gas station job first lawsuit someone files. Feeling powerful handing out those scratches? It’s a gas station sweatheart I’m sure you fall on hard times every month and by the sounds of it you deserve it.

This is my favorite Kwik Trip location as it is close to where I work. I only wish It wasnt so crowded. The coffee selection is great.The ATM has no charge so you have easy access to YOUR money. The food is really quite good which brings up the only other problem: weight gain.

If you’re looking to buy Juul Pods, don’t tell the cashier if they’re NOT for you! I tried to buy some for a gift for a friend and I was refused service bc they weren’t specifically for me! Won’t waste my time buying there again.

Has great sausage, egg, and cheese croissants and hamburger was cheaper than Walmart!

Kwik Trips are a staple around Wisconsin. Reasonable food and gas.Update. Absolutely no enforcement of the mask ordenance! I will no longer visit this location until they take the health of their customers and employees seriously. This country is leading the world in covid-19 cases and its places like these that are to blame
