Weve always had good customer service with WI Document Imaging of GB, but THIS was customer service at its finest!! Yesterday I went to change our toner, and discovered we had none. Whoever changed it last, hadnt let me know to order another one. Ugh! I immediately e-mailed WI Doc. about my dilemma, and this morning one of their techs showed up to install one for us AND brought a spare!! That is less than a 24 hour turn around!! Our printer/copier (Savin IM C300) was experiencing an issue with the toner volume display on the main screen. The screen said Loading, but never completed the action. Within 15-20 minutes of reporting the issue, Tom Scully called and was able to fix the problem remotely in a very short time. We love Wisconsin Document Imaging. Ordering supplies is easy and they get here within 24 hours. The staff that answers the phone are always helpful! We have leased our copier/printer equipment from WDI for the last 12 years. I never look anywhere else.

The sales rep (Brian T) was very professional, did not use high-pressure sales tactics, and came across as being honest and knowledgeable about the industry, technology, and competition. We bought a commercial grade printer from this company which was paid in full immediately. They push there service plans ultra heavy. If youre going to do business with this company you better buy it because having them onsite for 15 minutes to tell you its an IT issue and then get an invoice 7 days later is going to cost you 160.36. Weve had nothing but problems with our OKI machine. Hard drive failure, motherboard issues etc. its sad for the first year we barely used the machine. We did call to address our concern over the 160 invoice for 15 minutes and were ignored. I just sent payment today but itll be the last payment they receive.
