Wonderful gem of a shop. The greenery, rich fabrics, exquisite decor and oh the heavenly aromas make this shop magical.

Jeff and the Twigs team are simply the best. This year they did a phenomenal job creating beautiful designs for our wedding and my grandfather’s funeral. Through their sincerity and professionalism, their consultations guided us through the process of figuring out exactly what we needed, wanted, and could expect to see as well as worked within our budget. Our wedding flowers were absolute perfection. My grandfather’s funeral flowers were tasteful designs to help celebrate his life. I cannot recommend their work more and you will not be disappointed in their talent and customer service.

Extremely rude.It was understandably busy the day they tried to deliver flowers to my business. The delivery driver came in, slammed the flowers on the reception desk, and started walking out. The person the flowers were for was not working. He was told that reception could not take any delivery before first verifying that the person was working. He said I dont care, Im busy, they can get them Monday (3 days later). Im not taking them.Calling Twigs then to try and get someone out later in the day to pick them up and bring them back to the store, the initial call taker was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told several times that it was not their responsibility to take care of it and I needed to basically go full Sherlock Holmes to track down this person that I had no contact information for. I could hear (what sounded like) an older woman in the background being even ruder feeding lines to the person I was talking to.Eventually the person I was talking to stopped while I was mid sentence and handed the phone to the angry old lady Id been hearing. I was then chewed out about how they were making no money off the order and wouldnt be wasting anyones time by sending someone out. Then I was hung up on.Ive never heard of this company before. Based on this first experience with them, Id say avoid them. They do not seem like the type of people I would want to do business with

Jeff at Twigs Floral did the flowers for my son’s wedding on April 6, 2019. The flowers for the church were gorgeous! Jeff did 2 large lemon leaf wreaths on the entrance doors into the church that were just beautiful! Everything from the bridal bouquet, Bridesmaids bouquets, flower girl’s hanging rose balls, the wrist corsages, the simple but very elegant boutonnières were all amazing! He even did an awesome job rolling out the white aisle carpet and tacking it down prior to start of wedding.Now comes the reception at Hotel Northland! Over the top, Gorgeous! Everyone was asking who did the flowers! Jeff repurposed the flowers from the church and used them at the reception in various places. The 2 large wreaths looked amazing on the entrance doors going into the Crystal Ballroom. The arrangements on the ends of the pews in church were used going up the steps to the Crystal Ballroom. The guest table centerpieces were so beautiful and elegant! He brought vases to hold the bridesmaids bouquets and also added those to the centerpieces. I just can’t say enough about the great job Jeff did!I still have one of the wreaths hanging on a door in my house 2 weeks later and it looks Fantastic!Highly recommend Jeff for Weddings!
