My plant was a gift from my husbands work, and it was a little limp on arrival, and ended up falling apart by day three. I reached out to Frank, who has his email on the enclosed card, and he responded very quickly, and was able to replace my first plant, with three plants (hens and chicks) better suited for my glass. The customer service is superb, and they took care of my issue quickly- even though I did not purchase the item, they still wanted to make sure that their brand was properly represented, and it was, absolutely! We cant tell which of the plants we set out to grow will make it, but they definitely made it right, and Im happy to say that they will see repeat business from us again! thanks Frank! 😊

I Purchased from Amazon five air plants from Bliss gardens they were half dead he wanted pictures I sent pictures he said it was the lighting in my house. Will never buy from them again and I’m really glad I ordered from Amazon because I would’ve got nowhere with this guy. Amazon will help me and refund my money.

The items that theyre advertising are photoshopped, not even remotely close to what you actually get. Save yourself the money and go to a dollar store and make this yourself. Customer service is horrendous and blatantly disrespectful. I promise you youre going to be disappointed. Do not waste your money on this because youre setting yourself up to be very upset and possibly embarrassed if youre giving it as a gift.

They have a great selection of unique terrariums that made great gifts for my family and friends. Good selection of air plants too.

Received a gift order from this place on Amazon. All of the airplants died within a matter of three weeks. I have reached out to the contact information provided in the order slip. I asked for help. His solution was to credit only $2 back to the gift sender out of $22 order (because he said only one of them was definitely dying). Then, when I reached out about the other dying plants, he never responded. I was not even asking for the money back. I was asking for tips and tricks to possibly bringing them back to health. I felt like he wasnt willing to assist at all.

My order arrived with only 4 not 5 .As stated in the order it should have been 5. And one was definitely not alive. This was my first order with this seller and I wont be reordering any time soon if this is the outcome. I would like to hear from the seller as to why this occurred.
